I tend to roleplay with a group of friends of mine, attending as many classes as possible. I normally Play for at least 4-5 hours a day possibly more, including anyone who I talk to or even anyone who talks to me, I make sure to be as nice as I can towards any age, I have never experienced gangrp or anything of that sort, most of the time we hang out at the beach or school, trying my best to get on as early as I can in case a shop opens!

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A Receptionist is someone who helps people get around the school easier, handing out schedules and pointing students in the right direction if they’re lost, they’re always ready to help students in need which makes it easier for them to go about their day, they keep a record of students behavior and absences, helping school staff and ordering in new stationery or school stock. Once the students earn enough tokens from behaving or doing well in class, they collect them and give them their required rewards.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I joined SRP around the end of 2019, I spent a lot of time roleplaying with friends and even people I don't know, I was on the swim team for quite a while too, although I took a decent-sized break during 2020 I’ve had a lot of experience on an old popular server called ForeverPlay, I met a lot of nice people there who moved over to SchoolRP whilst it was still playable, I’ve also had previous roleplay experience on private SMP’s, and a few different games too, I have a decent-sized amount of experience in detailed roleplay, making it easier for me to work with people.

Situations
During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Yua would remain calm, listening to what they have to say before asking them to politely calm down before they grab other students attention, if the student continues to disrespect her she’d give them a warning, If it doesn't stop after that she’d send them to detention, contacting someone higher up to deal with their behavior if it doesn’t stop even after multiple detentions.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Yua would try her best to break up the fight, getting in between them possibly asking a trusted student for help doing so, once the fight was broken up she’d take them to an empty classroom and ask them questions about the fight without embarrassing them in front of other students, for example, who threw the first punch and for what reason, if they refuse to tell her any information she’d either check surveillance or ask a few witnesses, giving the students some advice on how to resolve their issues. If the situation wasn’t too bad she’d let them off with only a warning, giving detention depending on the damage of the students, or things around them.
If it was too dangerous to split them up herself she’d contact some other teachers or school employees for help.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Yua would double-check that what she saw or heard was indeed happening before accusing another employee, once understanding the situation she’d let a higher up staff member know of what’s happening, keeping it on the down-low so other employees don’t get word of it and make a big deal out of it, letting them know why it’s inappropriate and unsafe in the work zone, once she had the chance she’d talk to her fellow employee privately whilst having a coffee or something to eat, she’d let them know that a higher-up has been informed on what they have been doing, and suggest they should stop before they lose their position in the school, she’d suggest doing it off school grounds if it's not illegal, keeping whatever it was away from the students keeping them safe after she let them know she’d leave the situation alone and let it unfold on its own, hoping that her input would have saved a fellow employee from losing their job.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Yui is a quiet and personal person unless she is with people close to her, she’d sit alone most of the time reading a book and drinking her favorite coffee, having short conversations with a few other employees to not seem rude, she’d write a list of their coffee orders and do coffee runs every few days, although she is very shut off from other people she will partake in small conversations asking how their class was or what happened with their students

Here it is..” She’d hand the student the schedule and wave them off with a bright smile “Have a lovely day dear!”

*Scenario: Someone going up to her crying* She’d tilt her head at the student with a worried look on her face before asking what happened “What happened dear? Why are you crying?”
She’d stand up out of her chair and wave the student over to the door, She’d hand the student a piece of candy and listen to what they have to say
“It's okay sweetie, go hang out at the library and calm yourself down, come to me if you need anything else okay? Here, take this”
She’d walk over to her desk and grab a bottle of water, handing it to them before putting them on the shoulder.

Backstory
I grew up in a small town, my family had a run-down old house hidden behind a private school, I grew up in a poor household not being able to attend many good schools, I was unfortunate enough to never be able to attend preschool, as I got older it got harder for my family to take care of me, putting me in an adoptive home once I turned 10, It was hard for me when I was young seeing as I grew up only speaking Russian, I was adopted into an English speaking family which caused me to not be as close to them as a family should, I taught myself English by listening to my adoptive family talk, using online videos and learning on unreliable learning apps, to this day I’m still not very good at English.
I was then sent to one of the best private schools in the city, I was always the outcast at school or even school events & clubs I joined in on causing me to never make friends, shutting out almost everyone who tried talking to me, as I got older I learned how to talk to people more I started making friends and helping out younger kids in need, one of my best friends was the nicest receptionist I’ve ever met, she treated me like I was her daughter she was one of the main reasons I got more comfortable with myself, talking to more people and keeping more people in my life then I did before, because of her I had one of the best school experiences I could have hoped for before I graduated she sadly passed away in her sleep, it was hard at first but I kept going until I finished school.
I grew up wanting to be just like her and help younger kids in need, make them feel safe and included in their school time, as I got older I was in and out of side jobs trying to make a living, I applied for receptionist in a few different schools before moving to Karakura, I decided to attend college and I had to take classes for things such as, Delegation and accountability, Negotiation skills, Dealing with difficult people, principles of project management, etc, once I graduated college and got my business administration certificate, I decided to apply for Receptionist at Karakura Highschool!
Motivation for Joining KHS:
I would love to be a part of working at KHS, as helping students is my passion, and I would enjoy meeting all of my employers and many of the students to have the opportunity to participate in the scholarly community. In addition to making the school experience easier for the students, I would also be someone that the students can trust and reach out to as a safe adult. Not every student has an easy time adjusting to High School, and I would be grateful to be a part of making the transition easier for new students.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I believe that I would be an appropriate candidate for joining the KHS team because I would be able to offer more as a receptionist with my recent experience, and dedication to the profession. This position would offer me a chance to better hone my social skills as well as offer help to students in need. I have strong conflict resolution skills and am able to clearly exhibit that I am more than capable of exceeding the expectations that this position is offering. Lastly, I would like to mention that I am a very punctual, and organized person, and would be able to apply my aptitudes here.
