In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
The tutor’s role is to help students understand a certain subject, they might be struggling with, being very patient and understanding as well as they need to have good communication skills and a lot of knowledge. During their session tutor can easily focus on the individual that needs help and understand more the aspects that they might be struggling with. One on one session is often a very effective way for especially the more shy students to learn.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Before I found out about SRP I used to roleplay on a few different servers. Now after playing SchoolRP for about a year and few months I feel like I learned a lot about roleplay and wish to expand my experience.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Hansuke would calmly approach the irritated student, asking them to stop and explain that their current behavior isn’t acceptable and they should have more respect for the school faculty. If the individual, however, continued Hansuke would offer to talk to them about a reason that could cause such a sudden outburst. If the student would not cooperate and try to resolve the possible issue Hansuke would get back to his work, ignoring such pathetic acts.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Hansuke would immediately run up to the students, trying to get in between, so none of them will be able to hurt each other anymore. After making sure both of the students aren’t in range of each other and the emotions have cooled down, he’d try to understand what caused such acts and if the students are aware of the punishment that goes along with breaking the school rules. Afterward, Hansuke would inform the students that they both have received detention.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Hansuke would quickly approach the employee, asking them if they would have a quick second to have a talk. He’d move with the employee to a quiet and private space, away from any nosy students. He’d ask the employee with full professionalism and a neutral tone of voice if they’re aware of the punishment that might follow up with their actions. He’d explain to the faculty that their behavior was incompetent and school staff is supposed to be role models for the young students. Hansuke would warn the employee that if he’d catch them acting in the same way again he would not hesitate to report him to SLT members.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
As Hansuke entered the employee break room, he’s send a warm smile, following a small wave towards the employees that would be already sitting in the room, probably drinking coffee while chatting. He’d sit down on an available chair or lean against a counter, reaching out for a phone in his back pocket. After unlocking his phone he’d immediately look for his wife’s contact, messaging her to make sure she’s doing alright. After a while of talking to her, he’d put his phone down, deciding to enroll in the conversation with his co-workers to hopefully make a few friends.

/me He’d gently grab the notebook from the student with their finished work, sliding it closer to him on the table, and opened it up. He’d take a red pen into his right hand, carefully reading the work the student has done and correcting any mistakes he would’ve seen “You did quite good, but I’ve noticed a few mistakes. How about we will schedule another meeting tomorrow and I’ll help you understand them more? Bring this notebook tomorrow too” He’d slide the notebook back to the student sitting in front of him
/me He’d grab one of the plastic cups that were placed neatly on the table, putting it under the coffee machine. His eyes would wander through the options of coffee’s, finally choosing a latte. He’d click the “START” button, watching the liquid fill up his cup.
/me He’d fix the tie on his shirt, as he looked at the student with a welcoming smile on his face. He’d point to the chair on the opposite side of the table saying with a cheerful tone in his voice “Welcome! Come take a seat and tell me what would you like me to help you with, alright?”

Hansuke was born into a small quaint village in a quiet part of North Wales in 1995. However, as a baby, he was put up for adoption. He was soon adopted by a Japanese family that then gave him the name Hansuke.
While going through his early school life, Hansuke was quite the troublemaker. Often landing himself in fights with other students and arguments with his teachers. His parents would constantly try to raise him up better, attempting to make him more docile and friendly towards others. However, this would never work and Hansuke would always find himself in more and more trouble. Hansuke would constantly get expelled and would have to switch schools a lot. In one school his fellow students had given him the nickname “Scratch”. Hansuke quite liked the nickname and began to introduce himself to new people as this nickname.
However, this would be short-lived as in Hansuke’s teen years his adopted family would move back to Japan. They would move into a small house in Nagasaki, Hansuke’s parents would attempt to teach him Japanese. To their surprise, he picked it up quickly and in a span of a few months would speak it fluently. While in Nagasaki, Hansuke kept his troublemaker attitude however it was dialed back as he slowly matured.
At the age of 18, Hansuke decided he would move out and enroll in a school in Karakura, Japan. It’s here where he met his friends but most importantly his now-wife. After having a lot of ups and downs in Karakura it made Hansuke realize he needs to drop his trouble maker attitude if he wants to keep the life he has now he needs to become more mature. Hansuke would carry on working on himself and his maturity, he would have his wedding, inviting all of his friends that he had met in Karakura and eventually, he’d start to find a job so he could support himself and his family.
On most days Hansuke would spend it at home with his wife, he’d usually be sat down on the couch watching television or cleaning around the house. But, this would only take up a small portion of the day and Hansuke would want to do something more meaningful, he was sick of ordering food and doing nothing. So, he would try his hand at cooking. He wasn’t very good at it at first but he enjoyed it nonetheless. It would become an everyday thing and Hansuke had finally found something to do, something meaningful as it would feed himself and his wife. Eventually, cooking became a hobby for Hansuke.
His newfound hobby and passion eventually took up most of his time as he’d experiment with different foods and ingredients. After a while, Hansuke decided to apply as a chef in Karakura High. He has been waiting days, very patiently, but nervously and in fear of getting rejected. One day that seemed quite usual, he got woke up by his alarm at 7 AM, went to make breakfast for himself and his wife, and after that checked his mailbox, as usual, expecting some typical adverts and mails from the bank. However, in the pile of meaningless posts, he noticed a note from Karakura High. He immediately opened it up, sadly, to see it got denied. After a small disappointment he want back to his usual day, but this time, rethinking if maybe the chef position wasn’t suitable for him. He would also eventually get divorced.
Many days later he got himself together to think time try his hardest as a tutor. Considering that Hansuke is educated and is passionate about few subjects, especially history, absolutely adored children, and found it very easy to communicate with them there were high chances that he could absolutely make it and be a quite good tutor.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
I believe that every student has great potential in becoming an excellent student and possibly someone big in their life, but sometimes they might need a slight push towards their goal or just someone who could understand them and be able to support them. Getting a position as a tutor in KHS would surely allow me to fulfil my goal in life and ensure that every teenager in Karakura High will have the option to reach out for help and get the best education possible. I’m sure that my love for children and determination will make me fit in perfectly.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I’m sure that finding someone with such determination and love for children as me will not be easy. Many other applicants might wish to get accepted for this position, yet, their priorities are surely far from mine. As a hopefully future employee in KHS want to ensure that every child will feel safe and will not hesitate to reach out for help if needed. I hope that after getting accepted I’ll be able to help out many students and watch them succeed in life. Working in a school environment will be a pleasure and honor for me and I’ll surely attend it with a beaming smile on my face.
