School Employee Role you are applying for?:
Nurse

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Nurses play a crucial role within the school role-play environment in ensuring the safety and well-being of students. Nurses's responsibilities cover a wide range. That includes medical care, health education, or mental support during certain situations that may have a place within the school gates. Nurses must blend medical expertise with empathy and good communication skills. Nurses have to be mentally prepared for the needs of the school community.

Repsonsibilites:

Treating students

One of the key responsibilities that a nurse has is to treat minor injuries and illnesses that occur during school time. This could include treating cuts, bruises, and sprains and diagnosing simple conditions such as a cold or fever. Nurses must act appropriately in certain situations, like cleaning the wound, applying bandages, giving medicine, or providing advice on recovery for students.

Quick emergency response
In cases where more urgent injuries or situations occur, nurses are trained to think and act quickly, providing immediate care to the victim. They are trained to handle such things as asthma attacks, allergic reactions, panic attacks, low blood sugar levels, and other urgent situations that involve administering EpiPen or an inhaler, performing CPR, or stabilizing injuries or other conditions until emergency services arrive.

Safety of students
Another of the responsibilities of nurses is to monitor the health and safety of students. Such responsibility involves regular health screenings where students's weight and height are written down, performing hearing and vision tests, and other routine check-ups. Nurses also need to ensure that the environment that kids are in is safe. They need to identify sources of danger and quickly extinguish them.

Health promotion
Nurses are responsible for kids knowledge about healthy lifestyles. They can provide students with one-on-one counseling dealing with their health issues, stress, personal problems, or any questions they might have. They also should teach students about proper hygiene and how mental health is as important as physical health. Nurses could organize health programs and workshops on various topics, detailing them and addressing concerns.

Role within the school community

Support

A nurse should be a trusted and supportive figure among the students. Providing emotional support as well as medical care. Creating a safe space for students to communicate their problems without feeling judged. A nurse should coordinate with the child's parents in order to improve the child's health by addressing concerns and giving advice.

Advocacy
A nurse should be a reliable source for students who have any questions about their health, whether mental or physical. A nurse should promote a healthy lifestyle. Advocacy helps to improve the overall school's health and safety.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:

The beggining

I started about 8 to 9 years ago. Firstly, the roleplay was opportunistic, where I was roleplaying whenever given the chance, joining some roleplay discords, creating our own histories, and playing RPG games with immersive addjectives. It quickly escalated to some bigger servers and more excessive stories where everyone was creating their own small domain for other people to roleplay. For example, some people would roleplay leading the store, and so on. I liked it, but the lack of visualization got me curious about roleplays where visualization was a normal occurrence, and that is how I got introduced to...

SAMP
My story in SAMP began shortly after I started with text roleplays without visual interpretations. There, I felt like it was something more immersive, something better. I gained some experience by joining different factions to take a scoop of every roleplay possible there. By doing so, I made many friends within the community and started getting into more detailed roleplay. I was perfecting it each day, getting advice from people. However, most of the quality servers died down after my 2.5-year cadence for something new. Something that was supposed to be better.

FiveM
That is where I met someone who changed my view on the roleplay for the better. However, the experience itself wasn't so good or worth it; it was fun, and I made memories while being in there for up to 1.5 years. But once I saw that FiveM has no chance of becoming a better place for people wanting to actually roleplay instead of doing jailbreak RP, I decided to switch platforms.

Minecraft
This is the place where I stand as of right now. Here, I made many friends and taught people some things. I contributed to society by helping players, gang groups, and such for 4 years or so. Helping some individuals improve their roleplay, explaining certain terms to new gangrpers, and such to help create gangs. But now I've decided it's time to change.

In conclusion, I think that my roleplay experience is pretty impressive. I have had time to try most of the things in roleplay communities, and I hope to have the same chance here.

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:

I want to join the faction mostly because I feel like trying something new rather than sticking to what I have always done. The school faction seems to be the perfect place for it—welcoming and supportive. I want to have the opportunity to meet new people and make friends with them, even outside the school gates.

I feel like joining the faction will give me new opportunities to try a different side of roleplay, to interact with different people, and to finally see how it is to become one of the school employees. I want to join the team and become one of them. I want to be more active on the non-crime side of the SRP for a change. I want to expand my experience within the SRP community in the hope of learning something new.

Situations

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Ishii turned at the sound of a student cursing. He took a good look at them, shaking his head in disapproval. "What did you say to me, kid?" Ishii placed a rhetorical question toward the student. Not awaiting a response, he began talking again. "You know your personal culture can also be rewarded or punished, right?" He raised his eyebrow at the kid, waiting for a nod of approval. "You know that harassing me can also be punished, right?" He smacked his lips before speaking. Again, he was not waiting for the kids response. "If you act like that again, I will punish you according to my power, which is a detention slip."

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Upon noticing the two students fighting, Ishii immediately placed a hand on his radio, opening his mouth to say, "I need someone on ▇▇... I see two students fighting." After he spoke, he immediately approached the two. Speaking as his voice was raised, deep and more audible "Break it up, you two!" Placing himself in between the two, he took a good look at their faces for any possible scenario of evading the situation. "You two, nurse office now." leading them to nurse office, he relocating a request for help to nurse office. Looking at students bruises and injuries while listening to the story to determine their punishment for such an altercation

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Placing a hand on a fellow employee's shoulder, he said, "Excuse me. I don't think this is appropriate to do." He whispered in the employee's ear to not embarrass them or cause a scene. After a talk about this behavior, they would exchange a polite bow with each other. Upon encountering such an action again, he would report said employee to SLT, knowing that the employee was fully aware of his behavior this time.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Ishii would approach a coffee maker, making himself coffee and, with the same, offering some of his fellow co-workers, "Anybody want's coffee?" He'd ask generally in the room, awaiting a response, and depending on the answer, make more coffee. Sitting down on his laptop, he would do some work on it, eventually having a small talk between the employees. Asking some questions, perhaps assisting others with something, asking about upcoming events, etc.

Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:

────────────
Scenario: A student came to the nurse, feeling hot with flushed cheeks.

/me assisted the student to the chair, noticing their flushed face and glassy eyes. He took out a digital thermometer. "It will only take a second, I promise," he assured the kid, smiling towards them. Then he would place the thermomether under the student's tongue after making sure that the thermomether was sterilized before. Observing the reading, he would confirm a high fever. "Come on, lay down for a bit" he said, motioning towards the bed next to the student and helping him onto it. "I will make you a cool compress." As he said, he would fetch a cool compress and place it on their forehead to help reduce the fever and provide some comfort. "Well, you can stay here as long as you need. Do you want some water?" He asked before documenting the student's temperature in the school health record. After a response, he would pass the students a water bottle and move on to the next student. "Call me when you need something. For now, just rest, okay?"

────────────
Scenario: A student sc****d their knee and was brought to the nurse's office by their friends.

/me gently guides the student towards a chair, helping him to sit down. "Don't worry, I am not going to touch it yet, okay? I just want to see what's happening there, okay?" He said this, reassuring the kid as he kneeled down to examine the sc****d knee. After doing so, he would open a nearby caibent and pull out antiseptic wipes, bandages, and an antibiotic ointment. He would proceed with cleaning the wound using the wipes, talking to the student, and making sure he was reassured. "It doesn't hurt, right? You're strong, you can take it!" After cleaning the wound, he would apply a thin layer of the ointment, then cover it with a bandage. "Here we go, all done." Standing up, he looked at the student, offering him a hand and escorting him out of the office. Afterwards, he would document the injury and move on to the next student needing his assistance.

────────────
Scenario: The nurse was asked to lead a session about healthy habits.

/me entered the classroom carrying a box with some materials in it. Some things were visible to the students, such as a small model of the human body, posters, and so on. He then greets the students, "Hello class, I am Mr. Ishii. I got asked by your PE teacher to lead a lesson about something important, which is staying healthy and implementing healthy habits. For today, I would like to talk about foods that give you energy and aren't bad for your hormonal structures." He would use visuals to explain how balanced nutrition affects energy levels and overall health. He would engage students by asking questions and such. He would take out the model of the human body, pointing out certain organs and explaining their functions in digestion. After the model was passed through the class, he would say, "Raise your hand if you include vegetables and fruits in your diet." He would wait for students to raise their hands. "You can place them down now. Class, those who raised their hands are less likely to catch sickness. This is because of the vitamins and minerals that our body uses, and we sha-" Mr. Ishii got cut off by the bell, suggesting an end to class. "Well... It was a pleasure to lead a class with you. I hope you learned something today." Ishii bowed towards the class as he packed his box and left towards his office.

'Co-▇-der-▇-c-▇-f ▇▇▇-ake, We're ▇-der f-▇▇-, I'll rep▇-et, We're under fi-▇▇'

A broken communicat played its ugly song at one of the Japanese military bases.

/March 23rd, 20▇▇ year/

Japanese army, peacekeeping mission. A group of 400 people under the commander-in-chief's Yasake command, on the road to the checkpoint

"Ishii, you're overstressing it! We're on the peacekeeping mission. Ever heard about a peacekeeping mission going south?" Corporal Ichikawa referred to First Class Sergant Ishii, who was in a little distress due to his gut feeling.

"I have a feeling that something will go wrong." Ishii replied, Looking over at his fellows, most of them were busy with talks amongst themselves. Ishii didn't mind it at all that his comrades weren't as distressed as he was, yet he asked Corporal Ichikawa "How are you so calm?" awaiting a response, he grabbed a bottle of water that was in his hand. Unscrew the cork and take a sip. Closing the bottle.

"Ishi", he asked, yet again not adding the title since they were close friends. "Peacekeeping missions are like vacation, you know it. The risk is low. We even have a privates here. You know this is more of a training mission than an actual one." Ichikawa answered to Ichii.

"I don't know. This whole thing is weird. That mission wasn't supposed to be so simple." Ishii never finished his words as a convoy brutally stopped, only squeaking wheels were to be heard as a foreign language was heard, and soon after that, shoots followed its path. Trucks started moving, and soldiers started flooding from the trucks on the street, resisting the attackers.

/March 27th, 20▇▇year/

Army base, First Class Sergant Ishii finished a report on the incident.

"Thank you, Sergant. And I am deeply sorry for what happened to you." A voice followed Ichii's departure. Following the paths of the building, he would stop by the restroom to refresh himself after reliving the incident. He looked in the mirror and saw his freshly patched left eye. Leaving the building, he saw no one who was in the accident...

About four years later, Ishii went back to his home and continued his service at the local military base. Yet he found his lack of an eye disturbing in his duty. He decided to change professions to something more calm. He finished his associate degree in nursing, moved to Karakura via recommendation from his family, and wanted to serve the community there.

Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
"My motivation to join Karakura High? Well, I suppose it's because I've been wounded on the line of duty, and I would like to settle down for a bit. But not only that, I really do feel somewhat of a desire. Maybe there is a need to take care of young people and people in general. What's a better place for that than school? People, especially young ones, should be protected, and I hope to do that with other school employees, teachers, and professors once I work here."

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
"I think I am superior to other candidates due to my knowledge and critical thinking skills, which I developed in the army a year ago. I just believe I am better suited for the job, I can be empathic, and I have practical skills in the field. I can recognize dangers beforehand and eliminate them, which is also a pro."
