The Karakuran Śaṅkhaḥ is dedicated to reporting on issues in Karakura that are of public interest and endeavours to help the citizens of the fair prefecture expand their minds beyond the deafening silence or blatant biased reporting of the town’s mainstream institutions. The spiritual liberation of all in Karakura can not be achieved unless we inform one another in solidarity.
Firstly, let us begin by discussing what has been most startling to the lamas within our community: those saddening murals depicting members of our community… quite deceased! Moreover, they depict a fearful Dharma protector (Dharmapala) as a demon, and many of these pieces of graffiti have contained problematic and cruel messages intended to deter others from exploring the spiritual path. Whoever was responsible for this clearly has much hate in their hearts, giving us cause to wonder… who put it there?
Yet, there is hope, and no need to despair! These depictions, all showing clear misunderstandings, can act as fuel for awakening. It’s also quite delightful to see others who have, evidently, gone ahead and responded with more inspiring messages that act as calls TO awakening!
Attempts have been made to permit this town’s institutions to do what we will be doing in this leaflet: report on and communicate these issues to the public, in the public interest.
- This has included the Karakura Police Department
- This has included Karakura News
We shall bring to the attention of all certain extracts from a journal, which we will comment on in turn.
[!] LINK ONE - Brought all who visited it to a site that included a high-resolution image of some sort of photocopied page…
This journal belonged to Judge Katsuhito Saiky-Akihito.
He was recently abducted this year by a criminal enterprise known as ‘The People’s Council’ (@people), which had been posting on Onrain to report government corruption they’d discovered through their crimes. Unfortunately, they kinda sucked at providing sources. One of their claims was:
Judge Katsuhito Saiky-Akihito has been giving warrants without any regulation, due process, or evidence for them. One of the locations on his list was the Nakazumi Manor. Who knows, maybe your home will be the next location the KPD busts through by the grace of your judge.
The lack of sources is surprising, because they literally had his journal! That you’re now seeing. Why they didn’t upload the whole thing is a staggering level of incompetence that leaves us vexed.
We will not be so sloppy. SO HERE IT IS. It was evidently surrendered to the Karakura Police Department by a citizen who recovered it from the sewers. We obtained these photocopies by simply infiltrating the Karakura Police Department and scanning the entire text. Unfortunately, we can not confirm whether the KPD still has the diary, bothered looking at it themselves at all, or if they’ve returned it to the Judge.
One would hope they did their due diligence by cataloguing it and documenting its contents. We doubt they did. But hey! Maybe someone in Karakura News will investigate now that there’s been actual evidence, sitting in the KPD building at some point, showing a government official just openly contemplating judicial misconduct in his diary.
Curiously, according to our records, when the judge’s journal was returned by the concerned citizen, that citizen did relay the fact that there would appear to be a clear example of a Judge contemplating granting unconstitutional warrants inside. This may have been captured by CCTV, because the police did not bother bringing the citizen into a private room to make any sort of formal record. Good luck getting those badged psychos to surrender this, though. No action has been taken by the police. They haven’t even brought it to the attention of the media. Probably because the KPD has been stacked full of the judge’s relatives.
There is a reason we have opened with this entry concerning the Nakazumi family first. That being: it paints a picture for the rest of the evidence we will be going over.
Those who pay attention to civic affairs in Karakura would recall the famous miscarriage of justice that was:
‘Nakazumi v Akihito’
This was a case brought by a young member of the Nakazumi family (Seluvis Nakazumi) against Judge Katsuhito for a defamatory letter the Judge circulated among the public. Which is surprising given the letter itself, despite all the clear defamatory claims, confessed to there being ‘insufficient proof.'
So what happened in the trial?
Well, all of the ‘evidence’ adduced in that trial is now public record. There has been no media reporting on the case. Will there be reporting now that we have made this discovery (among other discoveries) of a man who seems hellbent on openly encouraging harassment of a random high school student and those among us who practice a little differently than he? Probably not.
The judge in charge of the case (Sofiya Nekrasova) is curiously also mentioned in an Onrain post by the people’s council, where she is essentially accused of corruption (https://social.schoolrp.net/p/people/post/cmmpd2vwx1l1pe10166abdmdp). Karakura News reported on the Judge’s comments to these allegations, and, surprisingly, did actually critique them with some seriousness (https://schoolrp.net/threads/karakura-news-the-conference-at-town-hall.89311/). However, Karakura News has not made any mention of the Nakazumi case or family whatsoever, even when it directly involves this judicial officer. Her handling of the case has yet to be criticized. So we will do so here!
- She allowed hearsay evidence to be used, and accepted a motion to ‘dismiss’ the case because it was ‘leading nowhere’ with no elaboration nor opportunity for the plaintiff’s counsel to respond to the motion.
- In a previous defamation case heard by this very same Judge, where a government official was the plaintiff, and a member of the public the defendant, Judge Nekrasova ruled in favour of the plaintiff, allowing the trial to meet its completion, despite the only piece of evidence for defamation being an Onrain post (Octavia v Tullybellton).
- Judge Katsuhito is seen in the transcript to be called to order multiple times by court officials. His lawyer openly swore in court at fellow officers of the court, which is extra curious considering he made a motion to represent himself. Why he had a lawyer there is anyone’s guess.
- Some of the other ‘evidence’ used by the defence showed the rather frightening consequences of the defendant’s letter encouraging citizens to “gather evidence on the man”. Seluvis is pictured peacefully gazing into a mirror (which we will get to later!) alongside others. Other pictures show people photographing his bedroom in the Nakazumi manor through his bedroom window, outside.
- Even others sharing his religious beliefs appear not to have been spared, with photographs of them in the forest minding their own business being adduced. A critical observer has to wonder: how did the Judge gather all this evidence? Why did the court LET photographs of this citizen’s bedroom, obtained via literal window-photographers who had to CLIMB UP to get it, be used to support the defence?
- The Judge claimed ‘mannequins’ were inside, used by shady figures in October 2025.
Yet, it’s ‘cult behaviour’ when people the Judge dislikes take an interest, apparently? This hypocrisy was actually highlighted, to which all Judge Akihito could say in response is, effectively, ‘well, it’s okay when the Occult Club does it. They can be trusted.'
Can they? Can they really?
Spiritual stagnation of the Saiky family and associates.
This, we are afraid to say, is where the story takes a far more disturbing turn.
Here, we move from the realm of government corruption and contempt for our rights to a more sinister fact about the Saiky family and its associates.
The fact is: that we have all been cheated and lied to. The Saiky family commands great influence over the shrine and other powerful institutions. The influence is seen not just in how the case of Nakazumi v Akihito progressed, but also the HUGE defence witness list, replete with Judge Katsuhito’s friends, own family members, folks from the shrine, and, yes, the Occult Club (Witnesses which… never got called!).
But there is a deeper lie here. That is what we should focus on. Motions submitted by the defence show the Occult Club being lauded for:
- ‘Preserving history’ and ensuring Karakura’s safety.
SO, the question becomes… These experts, publishing defamatory letters, stirring up moral panic through institutions they have long controlled (https://schoolrp.net/threads/onesung-a-statement-from-the-shinsei-seinaru-monastery.89574/), treating our courts as their personal playground, and getting away with it, with unlimited social capital, which they use to frame how we look at our history and members of the community they dislike:
They wouldn’t… HIDE anything from all of us, would they?
If this flyer has not given you pause to question that narrative, then maybe the rest of it will.
Because the truth is that those families are hiding things from you. Not just about OUR island’s history, which they claim to be ‘preserving’, and educating us about… but also about themselves!
It’s very, very alarming.
Let’s first begin with the rather out-of-place comment about the ‘Mirror of Hokuseibu,' before then going on to the bigger bombshell discovery concerning our absentee Mayor, Iwao Akihito.
THE MIRROR
The Mirror of Hokuseibu is a relic that, per the Judge’s notes, has been 'at the very least’ part of the Gininkan Vault collection. Strictly speaking, this mirror is a part of Karakura’s heritage. It does not belong to any private collection. It should be enjoyed by the public. We call on the government to have this mirror publicly displayed in the small shrine currently standing in the garden directly across from the three mansions deep within Shotengai: a public space, for all to marvel.
Readers should know this mirror is the SAME MIRROR brought up in the case of Nakazumi v Akihito. Judge Katsuhito resorted to lies and unconscionable conduct to ‘purchase’ this mirror from the owner of Henki-Do, an elderly man from the Nakazumi Family who was unaware of its serious cultural/heritage significance to our island.
In Katsuhito’s journal, it is noted that this mirror was, according to some accounts, “brought forth from certain Tenoshison rituals." Perhaps it is for this reason that the mirror is now hidden away from us common folk who want to know more. This is a deep insult to our intelligence, heritage and basic historical memory. All students of this island’s history know that many years ago, Karakura’s ordinary citizenry protested for shares from the Gininkan vault, claiming that their families had added to such a large sum of items, yet none could prove such. The powerful of the time hoarded much of the treasure for themselves. Old habits die hard, it would seem…
Are we seriously going to let them do this again? To our face? Knowing all that we do in the good old year of 2026? Will we listen to their no doubt extremely superstitious excuses thrown in our way purely to safeguard their intergenerational privilege?! NO.
Demand better.
MAYORAL SCANDAL
Iwao Akihito. A former school official, now ‘absentee-mayor,' remembered for his overall weak leadership and snappiness. We learned about how he let those cheerleaders just shave off his hair, and he, what? Did nothing? Incredible spine. The spinelessness that has defined the man has carried over to his leadership in government.
He has appointed his relative, Judge Katsuhito, as ‘Alderman of Karakura', a position he was given purely due to his familial relationship. The role was given behind the scenes. No announcement. It is essentially a close advisory role to the Mayor. One should think judicial officers should be kept ‘separate’ from executive figures like the Mayor.
Karakura News was notified of this fact. They did not bother to report on it. Or maybe they have something planned? Whatever, we’re not waiting for them: we simply have too much material to cover.
It becomes especially messed up when we consider Mayor Akihito literally promising us in a speech that at the end of 2025 that…: 'justice is public ... we will no longer tolerate secrecy' and promising changes to the government that would 'adhere to the separation of powers' principle. Well… yikes! How is that working out? This is a pretty SERIOUS VIOLATION of that principle. Judicial figures shouldn’t be advising the Mayor in this way. Certainly not through a position they got through nepotism, and were appointed to in secret, by a government that has promised transparency.
NOW, with that Mayoral scandal being canvassed, let’s return to that absolute circus of a trial. It was ‘cut short.' Perhaps they … feared the scandal that would be brought about by cross-examination? Well, as fun as it would be for us to just wait 80 years for an appeal, that’s sort of the Nakazumi family’s problem, and not ours.
The public deserves to know what kind of unhinged rubbish would’ve been unearthed. Why? Because these are the people many in our community, for reasons that boggle our minds, see as trustworthy and worthy of such adulation.
Let’s look at some of the defence’s witnesses and associates, shall we?
- ‘Miosa Saiky’ - A relative of the Judge. If you actually interrogate the evidence adduced by the PLAINTIFF in this case, we learn members of Judge Katsuhito’s family supposedly bribed Seluvis Nakazumi to ‘drop the case’. Bribed with what? Well, allegedly a mirror, but also a ‘key’ of some kind. Clearly, this is a family used to throwing money and valuables at people to get what it wants.
- ‘Sachiko Saiky’ - An influential member of the Saiky family. Despite the lawsuit highlighting ritual jars being in the possession of shady figures in October 2025, with accusations they ‘started a fire’- we have a photograph obtained of Sachiko Saiky INSIDE the heart of the Saiky estate, openly wielding one of these jars. This is because Sachiko is a witch who was deeply involved in the conspiracy to set fire to the forest and blame it on ‘the other’. We see some other evidence adduced in the trial which corroborates this, showing her lingering around Mei Miura, known for his irresponsible involvement in occult circles.
- ‘Mei Miura’ - Evidence adduced in the lawsuit shows he lingered in Room 312, having a conversation with Seluvis Nakazumi inside. No idea what the plaintiff was intending to prove there. But it is worth asking the question: why? What was Mei Miura doing inside? Don’t the Occult Club take dabbling in such places much more seriously? WELL, fortunately, WE have other evidence. We bring to the attention of all that the ‘godson’ of the sanctimonious Judge Katsuhito has actually been making repeated visits to Room 312, alone, and has courted the Amanojaku of Room 312 inside.
If you do, ask yourself: why else do you think he continues, even now, to wear gloves? Would it not make more sense for a godson of the shrine-aligned Saiky family to have his hand ‘purified’ via harai? He has not done so. This is a calculated, deliberate choice. Be it known and declared: the Saiky family has full command over the Amanojaku of Room 312, whether you believe it or not. They have this, in addition to extensive knowledge of frightful rituals they conduct at the very heart of their estate, with ritual jars they tell you all in court to fear! You are all being deceived. These pious vultures control your courts. Your media. They are coddled by those who have controlled our history textbooks for far too long. Awaken!
We now have evidence:
Katsuhito Saiky-Akihito himself:
- Openly contemplates infringing constitutional rights (search warrants, as revealed by his diary entry)
- Cronyism: others in the government and the shrine actively conspire to help him maintain his privileged position in society and work to justify and excuse his actions, or otherwise shield him from accountability.
- Nepotism: The Mayor of Karakura is his relative, who appointed him ‘Alderman of Karakura’ secretly, without telling the public, giving him enormous influence in the government. This position was not obtained via merit.
- Openly encourages surveillance and harassment of citizens who harbour beliefs he does not agree with.
- Works to use his immense wealth and influence to HIDE HISTORY from the people of Karakura when he finds it unsavoury.
- Possibly encourages his relatives to bribe his enemies to avoid accountability.
BE IT KNOWN, DECLARED, AND ENTERED INTO THE PUBLIC RECORD, that the Saiky and Akihito families have among them:
- Liars
- People who probably put trackers on their family members and tightly regulate who they can associate with (Don’t believe us? Visit Nakazumi v Akihito evidence log: E-2026-0027 'JINSEI ZEN GARDEN INCIDENT'. Just ctrl search the word 'tracker'. It's right there in the transcript. Go take a look!)
- People who control your government and receive special positions due to their family connections (nepotism) and special treatment by government officials when anyone tries to hold them accountable.
- People who openly contemplate infringing on your constitutional rights with the same casual attitude as someone deciding what to have for breakfast.
- Sickeningly immoral monsters who engage in dark occult rituals that are beyond our comprehension.
P.S.
To Karakura’s gangs and criminal organizations.
Cease interrogating innocent members of the Sangha, you foolish barbarians.
Lock in. Some of you really seem to be out here doing exactly what these enemies of history want.
A frightening day it is when those who rule over us have friends within the criminal underbelly of this prefecture.
