My play time is 6 weeks+ on this account on my previous account i dont know really cuz i lost my password for it. i am mostly active at night for me and dont have a schedule or something cuz my job and study can be really unpredictable.

Well the school nurse is there to help childeren with theyre medical problems when its school like people that got beaten up or childeren that dont feel well then you help them with what they need in that moment or you hand out detention slips if necessary
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Well with more then 6+ weeks on this account i have gained many sorts of roleplay on this server alone but i also have expiriance in certain roleplay on other servers and on some roblox server/games and i have done character.ai stuff like that
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I want to join the school faction because of multiple reasons 1. i still get to interact with people during school time 2. my characters dad is also working in the faction so thats an oocly and a icly reason 3. i want to start a working and active family have tried multiple times but that doesnt really work if you arent a adult 4. this is mostly an iclt morive but my character really wants to help people but didnt get the chance to be a ems worker yet so he hopes he could get more expiriance here first to then become a doctor.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Hanato Would Stay Calm But Would Politely ask them to quit otherwise they would give the student a detention slip. something like this:
"Watch it kid next time i will reserve a place in the detention room for you" *then he would get back at doing his thing he was doing*
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Hanato would go to while walking/running at it he would call it over the radio that it was happening and where it was happening and then he would step in between the students and tell them to quit it and would ask them what it was about and then hand them both a detention slip and brought them to the nurses office if needed. it would be something like this:
*he would sprint/walk to the fight in the school gym, while walking/running to the fight he would press on his radio and says* "There is a fight happening in the school gym" * then when he arrives he would jump between them and pull them appart* "what is happening here huh?" *then he would listen what was the problem or not if they didnt tell him* "well you 2 did fight so you will be expected after school in the detention room" *then he would hand them both a detention slip and looked for possible injury's that needed to get treated.*
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
it would depend on what but if it needs instant attention he would tell them to do it differently or tell them to stop if it could wait he would search up a higher up/the dean or the principal and tell them what happend and why i he taught it as inappropriate or dangerous.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Hanato is a calm and more to himself so he would likely be reading a book or talking to his dad or studying to become a better nurse/to become a ems worker while drinking some coffee.

/me (Student Breakdown)
*Hanato would run quickly to the student that was having a breakdown, Hanato would hug them immediately before telling them* "Hey hey, it's okay kid, just calm down." *Rubbing one side of their arm. then he would sit down in front of them still hugging them then he says* "Just focus on your breathing Okay?" *He says calm voice. Pulling them slightly closer* "Take deep breaths alright, it's okay." *He says rubbing their back this time.* "It's fine, don't worry Okay?" *He say's as calm is he can giving them comfort and company was all he could do at this time.*
/me (Student Hurt After Fight)
*Hanato would open the door and see someone being knocked out after after a fight and picked them up and layed them into a bed and while they would lay in the bed he would look for bleedings and places where they got hit and grabbed a bucket because he knows that if they had a concussion that they might feel nauseous andhe would grab ice packs for the places where they got hit and layed them on the injured places then he would wait until the student whoke up* "hey hey welcome back. How are you feeling?" *he would grab a medical flashlight and turned it on and shines the light in the students eye to look if the pupils react normally* "you know where you are?" *then he would wait for an answer* "so could you describe to me what happend?" *then they tell him what happend and describe who it was so hanato would call it over the school system and asks them to come to the nurses office when they arrive he would open the door and ask them* "So what happend? because i asked [Name student] what happend and they sayed you attacked them." *after hearing their side of the story he would give the attacking student a detention slip and the attacked one to if they did something to*

*Hanato would be seeing the student having an allergic reaction Hanato would quickly run into the office grabbing an EpiPen. Running back to the student Hanato would lift their pants before telling them* "This is gonna sting for a second" *quickly putting the EpiPen on their leg and then pressed the Epipen Down. After the fluid went into the students upper leg he removes the EpiPen from the leg setting it on the side. He would get up before dialling the emergency number to get EMS at the school to get the student medical care. After he had called them he would sit down next to the student checking their pulse and symptoms. Putting them on their back he lift's his leg up or if he was unconsious on his side so he wouldnt choke on their tongue or their own spit. He would be Checking the stident constantly to see if they are breathing correctly until EMS arrives.*

Backstory
Hanato grew up in kosmatsu with his abusive parents and a dog that his parents had their own oil business that was thriving on that moment. then he decided on age of 15 he would walk away from home because he was getting sick of all the abuse and the pushing of his parents to become better and better but after a long time of walking and walking he came across bad people that wanted to take advantage of him because of his parents because they were rich and sadly he led them by letting them "kidnap" him in exchange for money but his parents didnt want to pay anything for him. when he heard that he was devastated but also happy he made the choice of running away so then the people let him go on his way and eventually from the long time of living on the streats and walking and lifting he came to Karakura at the age of 17 where appearently his lost brother Kibe Tsuyoi-Hitoshi was first and builded a whole empire but he died but after Hanato talked to a few people he heard that his brother created that and took over the gang that was known then as "Sayamada" and a family known as "The Tsuyoi Family" his brother made to lead and while leading the Family and Gang he made some changes to it and he managed to pass the college exams becoming a college bachlor not long after he came across the Kakōs Family that welcomed him a one of theirs and adopted him and after that he decided to drop the gang and change his life style to look for a job because he wanted to provide for his family and friends and decided to look if he could become a school nurse because his adopted dad from The Kakōs Family worked as a school nurse to.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
"Well since my dad works here and i was motivated to become something to help people i thought of this because yea i love helping people and i know people and i would love to still interact with my family in school times and i still wanted to put my knownledge to work and maybe gain more expiriance before becoming a real doctor. i might not be the best guy with my history but i swear i will do my best because helping people/making people feel better has become a dream of mine for a long time already so i thaught i might try it here and if i dont get accepted i will try again on a later moment because i really think i have skills that can be put to use.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I feel like I should be accepted over the other Applicants due to my motivation I currently have for SRP For the past few months I finally decided that I wanted to grow more into SRP due to mostly boredom but I also thought it would be also fun for myself and a way to grow my creativity Sadly I am not that known in the SRP comunity but for my time I have been here I have grown a lot more than what I was planning on doing I found RP subjects that I enjoyed a lot and met countless people And I still want to grow into the RP categories that I can do and such I am fully motivated on taking a bigger role in SRP it might not be a big role since it is Nurse but it will be a new experience and a big step to my RP's, it will be a bit of a journey and new experience if I get accepted and I am willing to take that big step.
