I am usually pretty active after work on the weekdays and in the afternoons on weekends. I still have other interests and hobbies so they may take up more of my time. But overall, I am pretty consistent in my activity on the server.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
The tutors main responsibility is to book in and give tutoring sessions to students who are either falling behind, or want extra knowledge and time to study. They mentor students, assisting them with studying whatever topic they need, outside of classes.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been roleplaying on games for many years, since I was very young on Minecraft Pocket Edition, to being addicted to watching Minecraft roleplays on YouTube, to the more awkward Roblox roleplay phase around the age of 12. I have also sunk quite a lot of time into roleplaying games like DnD, as well as some text-based roleplay servers with friends. Overall, roleplaying has been a surprisingly large part of my life.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I want to join the school employee faction to see what it is like from the other viewpoint in schoolrp, I have already spent plenty of time playing as both Highschool and College students, as well as spending time as a jock. I feel like there is one last perspective of the school side of SRP for me to experience.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Cian would stay calm, not seeing the need to shout at the student for making a comment however, he would give the student a firm warning. The language is not appropriate and will not be tolerated, giving them a chance to apologise. If the student continues, he will hand them a detention slip before walking away.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
He would immediately radio about the fight, along with the location. He would then attempt to break up the fight, first asking the students to stop before physically stepping between them. After the fight is resolved and the students are separated, he would then figure out what happened. Asking a caretaker to check CCTV if he has to, before handing either or both of the students a detention slip.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Cian is well aware of the risks involved when working, he would immediately ensure that there is no immediate danger to anyone involved. Next he would talk to the employee, making sure they would not do that again. However if the situation was severe enough, or the employee refused to listen, he would report them to the SLT.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?:
He is often sat quietly with a book or newspaper in one hand and a fresh cup of tea in the other, seemingly not caring about gossip or casual chit-chat. If invited, he will take part in conversations, he just doesnt really start them.

/me Leant over the table, pointing to a line in the book. “What can you tell me about this line, why has the author chosen this colour?” He glanced up to the student, looking them in the eyes. “Thats what you need to search for, the authors intentions.”
/me Quickly entered the room, closing the door behind him. “Sorry about my lateness, there was a fight in the hallway.” He sighed, hobbling over to the bookshelf. “What topic are we covering today?” He asked, running a hand along the spines of the books.
/me Took his eyes off the monitor to glance up at the student. “Good morning, how can I help you today?.” He’d glance down at the monitor again, reading his schedule for the day. “If you want a study session, I have time just after lunch.”

Backstory
Cian was born in Belfast in 1992, growing up during the final years of The Troubles. His earliest memories are filled with tension, fear, and the sound of sirens daily. The quietness that plagued the streets during calm periods, and the rare moments of joy when his mother baked bread to chase away the smell of smoke outside.
His parents were ordinary civilians, often staying away from the protests and clashes with police. His father was a stonemason, and his mother was a primary school teacher who often tutored local children. From her, Cian learned his patience, and his love for teaching. In 1998, the Good Friday Agreement was signed, marking the end of the troubles and a new more peaceful period for Northern Ireland. This more peaceful time, allowed Cian to focus more on his studies. As a teenager, he’d help his younger siblings with homework, finding a sense of fulfilment in teaching and explaining topics.
After finishing secondary school in Belfast, he went on to attend a local college, completing his A-levels in English, History and Psychology. After two years of college, he attended university in Dublin. During this time, Cian volunteered to tutor his classmates who were falling behind, free of charge. Growing up poor, he didn't see the need in taking others money for an act of kindness. He graduated from university in 2015 at the age of 23
Cian spent the next few years as a substitute teacher, often travelling to schools in his local area to cover classes. He soon realised this wasn't what he had wanted to do, and he had to make a change. He applied for multiple jobs in international schools and universities across mainland Europe, travelling the world while teaching the younger generation. He often had to take on second jobs to support this dream, mostly construction, leading to a workplace injury in 2023 which left him hospitalised for over a year.
After this experience, Cian decided he needed to settle down, choosing the place his brother had moved, Karakura. He spent a year in Tokyo first, after another hospital trip left him stuck there. An issue from his previous injury. During his time in the hospital, he studied the history of Karakura as well as working on his Japanese, he had learnt it when he was younger but wasnt fully fluent at that point. After his release from the hospital, he had to stay in Tokyo for a couple months, mostly spending the time baking and tutoring local children.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective): Most of my life has been dedicated to teaching people, I realised recently that I would like to do it in Japan, spending time with my brother and niece. Tutoring the younger generation has always been a hobby of mine, now I want to make a career out of it.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: Cian has spent many years travelling, he knows quite a bit about many European cultures from firsthand experience. He has also spent those same years tutoring many students from many backgrounds, whether it be a poor Balkan town, to a rich German family.
