Add Shops to the edit mode list

Yeah, im really tired and this is a random though I just had so feel free to leave your opinions.
Why not add shops to an editable region for their owners in the up and coming apartment system update.

it would make things easier for store owners to decorate for seasons and make small edits without admins, making their jobs slightly easier
I guess boundaries and things + ownership overtime may be or become an issue too but overall I don't think its that bad an idea

HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:

Less work required for admins to constantly watch over shopowners. + the softlocked creative and the boundaries of the store make it impossible for shop owners to actually do anything outside their shops range so the staff will either know fast or they just wont do it in the first place

I like the idea of a shop edit mode, since asking for creative just to add a few signs can be annoying. One thing though, I hope this doesn't limit block choice or anything. Shops need to get very creative with design, so limiting block choice can make things harder.

I'd love to see shopowners be able to edit their shops without a whole lot of limitations, I can see this resulting in a lot of aesthetically pleasing shops, and more identifiable differentiation between them.

Thank you for your feedback, however after discussing this with the rest of the staff team we have come to the decision to deny this.

- This is a complex solution to a pretty small problem, as it stands shopkeepers may only renovate their shop once a month, anything beyond that must be minor changes (e.g. signs, banners & chests)​

- Shopkeepers can always request Creative mode from an online Senior Administrator+, or you can DM one specifically stating what you need changing and that can be done for you.​
