Why would leashing a literal human be an issue solver?
The School’s problem
Simply put, there are just too many problems in this school, be it homework, the right to even have a chance against bullies, or even the mere existence of those who don't care whether you're a friend or foe to your classmate. The most important thing, however, is discipline and following the rules. Those who follow the school rules are usually decent classmates or even teachers and school employees. But unfortunately, like in every other school, there's a problem that's almost impossible to solve.
Namely, the rule breakers themselves. They don't listen, they don't pay attention, and they don't care whether a rule is broken or whether they end up in detention. Showing disrespect and continuing to show no signs of being good at showing decency and respect towards other people.

The leash. A true tool for punishing naughty students. With this tool, you can almost force any student to behave and follow you properly. This is your chance to show that you have control over the chaos. Not only that, but you can even take the dog for a walk and prevent students from doing something wrong by pulling on the leash. A powerful tool. However, only use leather; avoid chains, as they are made of metal and can be painful.

And how do I use a leash on my bad friend?
Simple! Make sure you have a collar for your friend. You'll also need your leash. First, put the collar on your friend, then the leash!!!!!!, and you've got them on the leash. Make sure you don't hurt them while pulling.

Here is some info for controlling your leashed student properly:
- Always make sure they’re following the rules at school
- Make sure you don’t hurt them, the leash is to keep them away from troubles
- Provide first aid in the worst case
- Always leash Neon Hayasaka if you see her
- Never leash kittens/cats
