My activity as of recent has been great, while it is coming up to the busy period for me due to a personal life event (which only happens once, hopefully!) - But when that happens, an inactivity & Direct Message will happen. Other than that, I’m active up to 6-10 hours a day, depending on my situation. Of course, IRL comes before SRP, these situations are rare so I have never had concerns. I’m active across my two accounts, playing each and different characters. My activity has always been in the higher ends due to maintaining roles in factions and as a staff member! You will in fact see me on every single day, even if it’s only on for a few hours, so I’d like to see myself as pretty active.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
I am fully aware that inactivity will lead to demotion, unless I place an inactivity log on with a valid reason, but my plan is to at least open 6+ times monthly. If I do not place any inactivity and do not reach the minimum quota, I will accept the fact I am at risk of being demoted.

What shop are you applying for?:
I am currently applying for Rotasu Music, but the chances are if it is possible, the first part of the name will be changed! That is to be decided upon acceptance or not. However, it will still be music related! The name will have a kick to it, linking it back to the history of Music but also including the aspect of Karakura and its history too.
Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
Truthfully, I’ve been eyeing the position up for awhile, but considering how popular being a shopkeeper is and how applications very rarely open, I never got my chances to shoot my shot. I’ve always had my eye on the Music store, now as a person OOCly, I love my music, I almost pursued a career in it but opted against it due to the difficulty it brings to a person, but that doesn’t change the love for songs, music and instrumental values. Being a shopkeeper is a different experience that most people don’t get to experience, and a rare one too. I’ve been able to work at a few shops, working behind the scenes and seeing how they develop from start to thriving business. It gives a new opportunity to have not only new roleplay experiences, but being able to give other players that roleplay opportunity as well. Ontop of that, I’ve also recently joined MusicRP, so my passion for musicRP has only grown since and I’d love to share that to the community, allowing those who believe they do not have a chance, to have that chance.
What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
There are a few ideas that come to mind! Considering this is a music shop, it would only make sense for the music to explore outside of selling things, it would make sense for the music shop to host flash events, or hell, monthly events for people to enjoy the fun around music, events based on music traditions, concerts or even just promoting certain bands! Hell, even working along the side of Karakura Schools Music Club and anyone else that is willing/wanting to do a collaborative event!
The unique aspect of the store will be those monthly events, bringing the element of magic, surprise, fun and energy to the store but also to the events as well. Below are some rough ideas of what may occur, but not completely in detail as it would require more indepth planning to confirm how it would work within the store or the people that it will collaborate with.
Event 1;
The Japanese Music Tradition, also known as hōgaku, this event would be a history in itself, celebrating the traditional music that has been passed down over generations at a time, allowing the current generation to understand the magical element to the music, but also giving them a chance to carry on those traditions within their families, friend groups or hell, themselves. This event would be a summer-time event, hosted on the beach where stalls would be scattered around, a collaboration that would occur with Shinsei Seinaru Monastery! During this event, not only will the history of hōgaku be explained, but fortune telling, tarot cards, and even the history of music within the shrine will be told.
Event 2:
Concerts, now these events would be common throughout the year, but it wouldn’t be big flashy events, it would be events allowing small popstars to promote their music, a lot of popstars within Karakura don’t have much way to promote their music other than these big heavy events, this way with the music shop doing small every few months concerts, it would allow those promotions to go ahead, these events would occur on the pier, where the store is located, it would happen during an opening of the store, but the opening would go on for a bit longer than usual, allowing those who wanted to perform a few songs, or multiple performances have their chance. These events would be themed as well, to give it a bit of fun and shape.
There are loads more event ideas that I do have, but I do not wish to share publicly as they would be a surprise! Of course if you wish to know what the events are, you can always ask me and I can send you the document that has these events written down. They again, wouldn’t be in full length detail.
The shop would the element of the music world, all musical personnel coming to the store and collecting those musical items like pokemon cards, expanding
Interviews;
I have noticed with a lot of shops, interviews tend to take place via a document and whoevers stands out the best, they tend to get in. I want to be able to give those members of the community a chance to interact with ICly as well! Having a short tour around the shop, seeing the behind the scenes of the working enviroment. They will fill out an application, and then if they get through that application stage, they will be invited to an interview at the shop conducted by the owner of the shop, or any of the management team!
What will you sell in your shop?:
All things music! Giving players a chance to pursue their musicRP dreams. There are a few items that would be sold, few meaning quite a lot, they could vary from props to wearable items to furniture, anything that would enchant a person's musical talent. Some items will be personal custom items people have given to the store, while others will be items that already exist within Karakura. Here are the very few items that will/may be sold in the store - These are not the exact names, but what the items will be based around!

Custom Items;
I personally have a few ‘music’ items that have actually been given to this shop to be sold, so my customs are within the shop already, however, I have some plans for more custom items to be added! Since it’s a retro themed shop, vintage and even a sprinkle of morden as well, but it wouldn’t be super morden. Here are some custom item ideas that I have, keep in mind there are no photos just a name of those items for now! Here are a few of those items and the description
︎︎ - Microphone Ear Piece - For those who do not wish to sing with an actual Microphone. This will go into the person's ear and sit comfortably while they sing to their hearts content.
✦︎︎ - Hanging Equipment - A furniture item which will have a collection of instruments hanging up on a wall
✦︎︎ - Custom drumsticks - These would be made ICly by some of the staff or even imported from the groves with a stamp on them
✦︎︎ - 13 Stringed Kato - A traditional Japanese musical instrument. These can be made of many woods, but commonly made of bamboo.
Employee Events;
I want to be able to give my employees a chance to get to know each other, instead of just attending the shop and leaving after a shift ends. There are a few ideas that would help allow a ‘family’ to be created within a work environment! Every month or two, a small employee gathering will happen, whether it will be an OOC gathering or an IC, This will give everyone a chance to know who they are working with and get comfortable to make the roleplay more energetic! We like a comfortable and energetic environment, always.
How many employees do you plan to have?:
Seeing as it’s going to be a MUSIC store, there will be different roles within the store. However, I believe at the start of the store, around 15 employees will do enough justice, until the store becomes more popular this number will increase.
There will be 4 but some of the roles will have sub-categories. These different roles, including an ‘add-on’ role, which you will not be paid for, but something for employees to have their own bit of fun.
Kyasshā = Also known as Cashier, these people will help finalize the purchase of the items. They will also show you the items to confirm this is exactly what you want! There are a few ranks within this role, such as Trial, SR and Management.
Anzen = Also known as security, there will be only one or two people that do this role and it will be the lowest paying job, unless it’s a big event then they’ll get a slight payrise, seeing as the store may be small and overwhelming, Cashiers, Managers and Owners may not see the behind the scenes of people causing issues within the store, security will escort them out if necessary.
Ashisutanto = Known as assistance, there will be 2-3 of these people that obtain this role, these people are the professionals in explaining the instrument, how it works and even will assist you in how to begin on that instrument or musical path as a talent or hobby!
Shutsuen-sha = Performers! It is not a music store without some performers giving a small show while the store is thriving, some say there will be a playlist for people to listen to, while other days there will be a live performance for people to dance or sing along to. This is the add-on role, you do not get paid to perform as this is a complete volunteer position, however, the instruments will be provided for the performance and required to be returned.
Shokunin = Also known as ‘crafters’, since this will be a more retro/vintage style shop, Employees will get the chance to roleplay at the shop OUTSIDE of opening hours, making up some of the equipment that is sold, adding the spin of custom-made element to the shop. Gives the employees a chance to learn more about music.
This is still a work in progress idea, but the rough idea is that the names would be in Japanese/Korean or even musical based names!

What will the Store Design be?
As most music shops tend to be crowded due to the popularity and stock income, the idea that comes with this store is to make it a bit less crowded and more japan agriculture, with Japanese music stores, you tend to see them quite colourful, spacious and walking in it feels like you’ve entered a whole new world. That’s my plan with the store, this is the description I’ve personally come up with to help you understand the feel of the store itself;
Upon entering the store, music would be subtle, different songs playing in a peaceful but chaotic environment, promoting all genres and artists. To the left of the store would be a small section, focusing on furniture based items in the store, drum sets, wall displays, record players, etcetera. To the left would be physical props, ones you could use your hands, feet or mouth to tune the music to the ears, the bottom level of the store would be whimsical, colourful and full of pop, giving that homely welcome environment. The further you entered the store, the further the music melodies increased leading to the stairs, taking you to the upstairs section of the store, this is where the colour becomes more mutual, subtle even, the most popular selling items would be here, as well as the counter where you purchase our forever musical item, whether that's the guitars, pianos or Record players. A welcoming warm environment for future popstars or hobby explorers! The design of the store will be split across the shop itself, from top to bottom and even on the outside as well.
The chances of uniform happening is slim, because in most music stores you are allowed to wear what you want! However, the chances of a colour theme or style happening, will be the chance.

If you plan to change the discord theme/design, what will it be?
The design of the discord would obviously be changed to match the theme of the store, seeing as this will be a spin on Vintage/Retro themed music shops, but Japanese. The logo will have a pop of colour, including the first letter of each word within the name of the store, giving it a sense of ‘Woah, this is cool’, and hopefully attract players to want to check the store out. There will be 3 different sections to the discord, The Public Channels, which everyone can access, The Employee section (Added HU channels too) for Employees only and Performance/Announcement Section, allowing bands to advertise their bands, performances, etc!

Shop History;
The shop was in the south east of Karkura, originally started as a small store that was for the locals, the store wasn’t modern, it wasn’t basic, it was colour blowing up in your face, retro, vintage, something that attracted the customers daily. The spin on the shop? It also held history, explaining the different history of music throughout Japan and Korea, explaining the traditions and the lives it helped from over 100s of years ago. The instruments were hand crafted, giving that sense of treasure, allowing not only for customers to gain access to a rare piece of music, but also an element of history within those items. Eventually, the store got too crowded and needed to expand the location, leading to another successful store potentially opening in more places in Karakura. Only when entering the store, will people be able to find the history of how such a place developed.
