There is no link coz the texture pack Is only for the server

There is no link. Once you join the server it will give it to you once you accept, or click yes to the resource pack. If it fails to download the resource pack while on the server do /resource.

If you got to your multiplayer tab then click on the server and select options there is a part that says enable server resource pack (or somthin like that).Click it until it turns to enable

If you can’t seem to not be able to install the resource pack; another good way is to go in .minecraft/server-resourcepacks and delete everything in that folder. Then, try relogging.​

and if this doesnt work, redownload ur mc, and if that doesn't work then there's DEFINITELY something wrong with your computer.
