Is there a way i can change my username on this website from 'Zach Henderson' (No idea why it's that) to 'CarnageRP'?

some people actually have the ability to change their forums name, however, they have to be a long-time member on the forums. to check if you're able to, click the little box on the top right on your account's banner and see if it says "change username."

The "change name" option works for the older forum accounts, I think?

It depends when you joined like Lilana said. You could also simply make a separate forum account with the name that you want to have.
