What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
Been a hardcore roleplayer on FiveM since 2018 where I did 3 real time days worth of training to be a law enforcement officer where I eventually worked my way up to become an FTO (field training officer) then eventually became the director of SAHP (Highway Patrol) and BCSO (Sheriff Office), I also became the director of FIB on a different character. Majority of my roleplay experience is gangRP on FiveM where I was a ragged member, Enforcer or an OG (leader) depending on what gang, character and server as I played on a total of 2 but was in multiple gangs as but the longest one being Azn Boi Crips or the Crips in general as that along with being an LEO was the roles I roleplayed as the longest for 4 years straight as a 2nd in command in the gang and director in SAHP and BCSO on one of the most popular servers PersonRP/FiveReloaded Gaming RP at the time as the gang was THE gang of the entire server of 200+ people during this time. I also did RedM roleplay for 2 years where i was part of a posse that wasn't a gang more like a family as we were not thugs on it but people would come at us due to our wealth and presence on the server. I also did fantasy roleplay on Conan Exiles and Minecraft for a couple years but currently I been RPing on this server for almost 3 months now.
What is your motivation for applying?:
I actually took psychology in college for a year and I do have experience in Anxiety, Maniac Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Dissociative Identity Disorder, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Insomnia, therapy and psychiatry; so my hope is to realistically provide detail roleplay experiences for people that will be enjoyable for everyone as I crave detailRP and the hospital faction is the only faction that would really provide that, which I'd love to be a part of to create fun memories for those who interact with my character. I enjoy meeting new people and learning more about their characters, hoping to create more friendships through memorious encounters to hopefully have regular patients who come to visit me or maybe even groups as I would love to give some group therapies a try too regardless of their faction.

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
I'm not going to get into the hierarchy aspect of the hospital faction as I assume you mean just the general roles within the faction such as EMS, Psychiatrist and Doctor, so I will explain my understanding of them within the server based on what I have witnessed or experienced.

Paramedics or "first responders" to an emergency call situation who usually have their own vehicle in order to arrive on scene to an event or accident that has taken place to perform medical procedures to stabilize the patient so they can be safely transported to the hospital for further and proper treatment but can also assist in other matters if needed.
* Doctors
Clinical physician who performs your standard medical procedures to patients at the hospital along with a variety of surgical procedures that can be life saving to the patient, they are who the paramedics bring patients to for further treatment where they rush to further stabilize the patient and prepare for further treatment.
* Psychiatrists
Who can also do therapy, both provide behavioral health assistance to patients in forms of guidance, advice, subscriptions, providing better understanding of ones self and how their actions may affect those around them. They are a less hands on medical field compared to the other 2 but are still just as important because ones they understand that ones actions are always influenced by ones mental state of mind at the time.

She studied psychology and some forms of therapy throughout high school where she worked part time as reception at The Blue Tree Clinic where her friend who was a little older than her that was a certified psychiatrist told her how she became one and where to go to obtain her a degree in the same field, so she went to college to study psychology for a year before going into down the the****** field where she worked toward a BPS-accredited psychology undergraduate degree along with competitive postgraduate training in Counselling where she studied 3 years in psychological counseling and research at King's College London.

SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical specialty? Why did they choose this focus?
She has experience with some psychopathy due to a couple of her family relatives having been diagnosed with it before, she also studied about Anxiety, Maniac Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Dissociative Identity Disorder, Autism, Learning Disabilities and Insomnia due to it being rather common within her family but also most of her friends had some of these mental health disorders and they would go to her for not only comfort but advice in how to handle certain situations due to their mental health as well as how to cope with it.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
She studied psychology through college as much as she possibly could to the point she would even request tutoring sessions with her teacher just to learn even more about the field as she could because her teacher was a former psychiatrist who retired to become a teacher for future generations and he was in the field of practice for years. She even voluntarily committed herself into a psychiatric hospital to get a hands on learning experience from not only the seat of the doctors or nurses but also from the eyes of the patients.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
She is 5ft tall exactly with vibrant red hair that she usually keeps tied into a high ponytail, vibrant green eyes, soft tan skin, natural pink blush, natural peach colored lips, she always has at least 1 piece of clothing on that is red as her nickname is "Madam Red" unless the circumstances calls for a certain dress code. She is from the United Kingdom where she has had a passion for Japanese culture and finally decided to move to Japan to live in the lovely culture in efforts to become a psychiatrist like so many of her friends and family members advised her to pursue as they believed she would be great at it. She would go to great lengths such as committing herself into a psych-ward voluntarily just for a learning experience because she heavily strives on knowing how things feel and are from both the doctors and the patient, that way she had a point of view from more than just a doctors to better understand and help people as she grew up with relatives and friends who had a wide range of mental health disorders such as DiD, PTSD, Chronis Depression, Psychopathy, etc.
How does your character act around the hospital?
She will often be in her office going through her laptop or papers to get any work that needs to be done, if she has nothing to do then she will go to the front to see if fellow employee's may need any assistance with anything but she will often patrol the hall as she works to stretch her legs while keeping an eye on the lobby for anyone who may need to see a doctor or psychiatrist.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
She has no problem doing things on her own but is aware that in this field of practice it can be a team effort and therefore, will work well together with others to do whatever it takes to get the job done as the comfort of the patient.
