On the server I try to be as active as I can. I usualy join at 7pm or 8pm. The time i join and how many times a week I join depends on how much school work and other things such as chores I have. If I am away for a long time I will put in an inactivity notice.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
The school nurse treats minor injuries or provides medication to a student who is feeling sick. If the student has a minor wound the nurse will clean the wound and put a bandaid on it or will bandage it up. If the student has a bruise the nurse will ice it and apply oitment if needed. If the student has a major wound/injury the school nurse will provide first aid by for example cleaning the wound and bandaging it up to prevent further bleeding and will contact EMS so the student can get further medical care. For all majors injuries that accure the nurse will call EMS as the school doesn't have the nessecary equipment for it. If the student has a broken bone the nurse will stabilize the bone to prevent further injury until the student can receive further care at the hospital.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I first started roleplaying on roblox by joining different roleplay servers. I firstly roleplayed on adopt me and then Royale High. Later on I started roleplaying at The Robloxian General hospital. At first i roleplayed there as a patient but then started attending trainings and got the Head of doctors role and I now roleplay there as a doctor. When I got robux I started roleplaying on Bloxburg. I joined SRP somewhere at the end of 2023 summer. When I first joined SRP i got interested in it and I started exploring and learning how things work here. I currently mainly roleplay on SRP for example by interacting with other students or participating in class and etc.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
School Employee faction seems fun and there is definently alot of great people there. I have also always wondered what it's like to be apart of School Employee faction and what really happens there.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
She would kindly tell the student to stop saying profanities and if the student is agitated or angry she would suggest the student to take some deep breaths to calm down, she would also demonstrate for the student hoping the student will listen and follow along. If the student doesn't stop after 3 warnings detention will be given.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
She will deescalate the situation and ensure that the students are a safe distance away from eachother to ensure no more punches are thrown. She then will ask the two students what happened and she will also ask the same question anyone else who saw what happened. After getting and idea what happened she will check both students knuckles to see if there are any bruising or marks that indicate that they have punched someone. If there aren't any marks or bruises she will request for a review of the CCTV footage if there is a CCTV there. If no CCTV is present and there were no marks she will take account to what the two students and the other students who saw it said. If CCTV isn't present but there are marks on one of the student's or both students knuckles she will take that into account. If only one of the students punched she will give detention to the student who punched. If both students punched she will give detention to both of the students. After detention is given she will inspect the students for any injuries to make sure they are okay physicaly. If there are any injuries present she will treat them. If the injuries are severe EMS will be called.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
She would kindly tell the school employee to stop acting that way and that her actions have consequences. If the school employee stops she will kindly remind her to not do it again. If the school employee doesn't stop she will notify SLT about the school employee's behaivour to ensure the situation gets taken care off.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
She would have a bright smile on her face and would kindly greet anyone who entered. She would be open to talk why anyone and if someone just needed someone to listen to them or give them insight on what to do in a situation she is more than ready to help them. If she is not needed she would mainly chill around in the break room to relax for a moment.

/me (treating a wound)
/me she would inspect the wound to get an idea of how deep and severe it is and if it needed stitches, after inspecting the injury she would grab a cotton pad and wet it with an antiseptic solution. She then says with a calm and a soft tone of voice ,,This might sting a bit but I need to clean the wound so it doesn't get infected, okay?'' She would then lower the cotton pad to the wound, once it made contact with the wound she would cleaning it thoroughly to make sure it doesn't get infected. Once the wound was clean she would grab some gauze and apply it to the wound, as during her inspection she found that the wound wasn't deep or sever enough to need stitches, she then would secure the gauze pad by wrapping bandages around it.
/me (treating an allergic reaction)
/me she would look at the students hands to see if hives were present, if hives were present the student was indeed having an allergic reaction. She then would turn to the student and ask ,,Any difficulty breathing?" She then would instruct for the student to open their mouth, she would then pick up her penlight and shine it in the student's throat to check for any swelling, if swelling was present then the student would be having anaphylaxic. She would quickly grab the epipen and would say in a calm voice to ensure the student doesn't start panicking ,,I am going to inject you with some ephinephrine, okay? So try to stay still for me." She then would administer the epipen to the student's outer thigh. After administering a shot of ephinephrine she would check the students vitals. She then would proceed by calling EMS and monitoring the student's vitals until EMS get to school.
/me (treating a bruise on the head)
/me she would brush away any of the hair that was obstructing her view of the bruise with her hand. She then would inspect the wound and gently touch the bruise to get an idea on how severe the bruise is. She then would get an ice pack and a cloth and would then wrap the cloth around the skin, this is done to ensure the ice pack isn't directly against the skin. She then would put the ice pack on the bruise. She then would turn to the student and istructs her to hold it there. ,,Hold that there, It is gonna help bring down any swelling." She then would grab her penlight and shines it to the students right eye and then do the left to check the pupils response to light. She then ask the student to follow the light for her. Once she was positive that the student was okey, taken care of propeply and didn't have a concusion she then would kindly escort the student out and wish her a safe recovery.

Backstory
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
During med school I had the dream of joining EMS but after I graduated from med school I had a mental block. I thought I wasn't fit for a job at the hospital and that I wouldn't be able to handle it so I thought I would apply for the nurse position at Karakura Highschool as it is still a medical related proffesion but less itense. Plus this could be benefitial to me in the future plus I would love to make sure that the students at Karakura Highschool are healthy and uninjured but even if they are injured I will take care off it. And as of right now I am starting to like the idea of being a nurse at Karakura Highschool, maybe this was made for me.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
On the job I am proffesional to ensure the best outcome for the students and everyone else who needs my care or help. When I am treating someone I do it with confidence and presicion to ensure the best outcome. I am commited to my job and generaly to any job I do. I always stride to be the best I can be. Now of course I can't be the best in everything but I try to be the best I can be in the things I enjoy especialy medicine. I am an open-minded person and ready to listen to anyones ideas even if they aren't the best. I am a good listener and always ready to listen to any off the problems you have. I don't discriminate or get upset when someone doesn't agree with me or has a differen view on something, I just kindly disagree with them and then we move on from the topic or we will continue if the other person wishes to do so.
