What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation for applying is, I would like to have a new role-play experience, and feel joining the emergency faction would be a fresh great start, stepping away from a certain role-play atmosphere and would like a change.
Unfortunately, my past police application did get denied, and I've decided I'm going to attempt to try and apply again, as I feel joining the emergency faction would be a fresh great started as I've heard great experiences within it as a few people encouraged me to apply for KPD, which gave me motivation to put in effort in with this application and try out a new and different productive, role-play atmosphere for a change as some close friends of mine have applied as well and myself would like a challenge, seeming inevitable and would be appreciative if given the chance to have the role and play a part for people in Karakura and its community itself, another reason i'm motivated for applying is to be entitled to carrying such a big mantle and responsibility in becoming a police officer, it takes a lot of accountability and responsibility in carrying big tasks that doesn't seem dull in the slightest, that's my motivation for applying to become a police officer, it seems like a fun adventure and journey that id like to be apart of and give the best I have to the max.

What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
I understand the importance of doing police work quickly, and efficiently, as-well as all times, observing everything while taking precautions around your surroundings,In my past experiences within the server and visually seeing them handle and work first hand. It's the police's purpose to ensure safety for the public, whether it's cadet's patrolling, ensuring everything in the Karakura streets are clean, to man-hunting and searching for suspects, patting people down, as-well as fining individual's for under-age drinking or people jay-walking causing disturbances within the community, they have countless of responsibilities, as police work is usually never frittering away time and doing nothing, half the time they're roaming around ensuring everything is tolerable for Karukura citizens to live
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
Police officers work in a mentally physically, and emotionally-demanding field. Having critical thinking, communication skills aswell for determination are important traits to have. I do Indeed have some knowledge on what officers do day to day on a normal basis. Police officers patrol around Karakura, checking CCTV camera's to make sure criminal activity is prohibited keeping the streets clean in good condition and a safer environment for the people of Karukura. Another thing police do is file restraining orders, confiscate items, manhunt and fine underage drinkers who have possession of alcohol. They can also take suspects and put them under interrogation to gain more information from the individuals, in help of tracking down other people who were involved in the crime or situation. this is all the knowledge I have acquired from the police force, but I'm willing to learn more if given the chance to be apart of the force, as goes on.

Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
Damien would appear taller than the average height, standing at around 6'5 with a mesomorph build having dark and brown, hair quite messy with though natural roots could be visible and seen followed by a fade and lineup around his sides. His voice was a monotone in a heavy Russian accent yet spoke with confidence as he stood tall with a strong posture. He normally wore turtle necks with a chain around his neck, sometimes even wore leather jackets. What makes him stand out the most was his boldness and bluntness, half the time was formal yet brought kindness and gratitude when around with friends and hanging around.
What they're like on and off the job?
Damien's a chill and laid back kind of guy, bringing extreme kindness to citizens off duty. He'll normally go on late night walks to clear his thought process and mind, or go to the store to grab something to eat and start meditating after a long day of work to have time for himself and his daily daily routines to reflect on his work and relax to get his mind ready for whatever challenges may come up next. Police work isn't easy, and being put under constant pressure, and stress, is something he understands should be kept in mind. Damien, as stated previously is a very chill and laid back individual, the stress, and pressure is something that he is aware of how to handle correctly, on the job he's dedicated and bringing his capabilities to the max and never stepping down under any circumstances, as for communicating with his fellow colleagues to build chemistry with and to bring the best out of them.
Outlook on their co-workers? Plans for the future?
Damien would want nothing more but to see his fellow co-workers for success as any co-worker should. He would have a strong work ethic, Damien would be the type of man that thrives well on teamwork and helping his fellow co-workers with absolute dedication and does his best to not condemn in anyway, whether it's bringing charisma to lighten up the atmosphere, to communicating and strengthening bonds, as well as influencing his colleagues to remain calm, even when under a lot of pressure in the situation at hand. This showing, Damien will always work hard to achieve his dreams and to create a peaceful mind for the citizens of Karakara. Damien would always stay a strong willed mindset to remain focused on his ideology and work.

On March 3rd in Vladivostok Russia, Damilen Mikhailov was born. Though spending the majority of his childhood in Chicago, Illinois, he was still tied with his Russian roots. His father being a hard overworking individual, Spent much of his time working. Even though he didn't see his father that often, Damien did pick up on his fathers hard working spirit. In school Damien kept up good grades. He also took part in various sports throughout his time in school. By the time he reached his teenage years was when his interest in law struck. At this time he had found himself in Karakura for the first time, Following his father to japan. Ganged up on by various members, receiving his first glimpse of the violence lingering in the streets of Karakura. Shortly after the one year mark of his time in japan, is father had passed after being brutlly burdened in the streets, found in the alleyway one night during his midnight walk, only to be shocked by the sight of his fathers mangled and lifeless body lying in the street. The sight sent a cold chill to his core, an emptiness inside that would remain for years to come. His plan was not to seek vengeance on his own hands, but rather to receive justice for his father. His goal now to ensure that incidents like that of his fathers did not continue. Studying harder than ever before, leading him to his gain in a master degree.
