Onrain has gotten several new updates this month! This is what they are and what they’re about!

At the very start of this month Onrain released the update and bug fixed that resolved the issues regarding messaging! The message they released went as followed: “Issues with messaging have been resolved! Thank you for your patience”

Only TWO days later did Onrain come out with yet another big announcement! This update released a NEW onrain feature of advertisements! The message went as followed: “Curious what restaurant to go to? Or where to get your clothes made? #onrain just released its #advertisement system! Allowed everyone to advertise! Check out https://social.schoolrp.net/ads for more information!”

So, how do advertisements work? Well if you follow the link Onrain Official provided, you end up on the screen shown below! There you state your Campaign Name, tour budget, amout of spent credits and posts! Credits are the Onrain currency that you spend yen on in order to be able to post Advertisements, so do note they AREN'T free .. unless you're a shopkeeper! It was released by some individuals that shopkeepers were given a few uses of advertisements for free when the update first came out to test the system and to promote themselves!

But how to ads look when posted? How will they be dished out!? Ads will look like a normal Onrain post, but they have a little yellow ‘ad’ tag in the right upper corner. Ads will also appear on peoples feeds! You can be scrolling through someones profile and suddenly see an Ad. This does add the question though .. will there be an Onrain premium feature added to avoid seeing Ads!?

Six days later on March 12th Onrain announced the photo glitch that took place on the app was resolved! If you aren't familiar with the issue that used to be present, those on laptop or PC often posted photos that wouldn't show up for them and would only appear on the screens of mobile phone users. HOWEVER now with the new update, they're, as onrain states, #fixed !!

Another LARGE update to Onrain came on the 18th as Onrain introduced TWO new additions! The first being events, and then also hype teams! The announcement stated: “#ONRAINUPDATEALERT!!! We've just released Onrain #events and #hypeteams!! Join one of the hypeteams now by navigating to the hype teams tab and get a special badge on your profile!”

BUT! Where can you find the events OR the hypeteams!? Added to the left of your screens, a new section has been added just for both!

Upon clicking the hype teams tab, youre greeted with the screen shown below! There are two hype teams, the Ants and the Aces! Their Slogans state “Join the Onrain Team that is everwhere! (awkward typo from Onrain ..) Just like ants, we are all over Karakura and winning all the rewards!” and “Join the Onrain Team that always wins! There is no better card than aces. In this team we do not lose, we only win!”

As stated below both, when you join a team you get access to .. MERCH!! The merch for both teams vary and there's three pieces of merch per team you can choose from. The Ants merch consists of the colors black, purple, and white. On the shirts a two toned ant rests on the left side! The womans shirt is a crop top while the mens is a full shirt. The beanie has the ant on the left side as well, and is also two-toned! Similarly with the ants, the aces have a black, white and PINK color scheme. Their logos are also on the left side of all products and also are two-tones! Also to note, unlike the advertisements.. The merch is FREE!

As mentioned earlier, upon joining the team you receive a special ONRAIN BADGE! The described for each states “Awarded to those who have joined the Aces/Ants Hypeteam!” Below we have two profile examples of people with the badges, @NotATen and @Pingbong ! From what we’ve seen, more people on Onrain have joined the ACES team!

For the second part of the update which is the new events tab, when you click it youll be brought with a pop-up that lists all the big events that are up and coming! Unfortunately while we wrote this, no large events were posted so we were greeted with a blank screen .. But the concept and idea is still presentable to be shown of where events WOULD be if any were .. posted!!
