What's the title of your suggestion?: Karakura Fire Department Faction

I'm suggesting this after both the meteor strike event in the forest and the recent fires at the toge tunnel and the powerplant, but I think we are WELL overdue for a fire department in Karakura. It will create more roleplay opportunities for people who love to love to roleplay first responders but don't want to go through the struggle of applying for KPD or EMS. Not to mention there are a lot of things that could happen in Karakura that would be very difficult to stop with the addition of the fire department, for example the meteor strike could've been MUCH worse, causing a big forest fire with no engines or water to stop it or the recent fires could've spread and caused wide spread destruction across the town. The link I have provided explains the roles in the fire department as best as they can (because I lowkey suck at explaining things without being repetitive) but I myself and bunch of other people who I have talked to about this think it would be a great idea.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
TL;DR: The fire department creates more roleplay opportunities for people who want to play first responders while keeping the town safe from any dangers that aren't able to be mitigated by KPD or EMS.
