Your best bet is to wait until a shop opens, they sell phones for a reasonable price.

I'd like to add that there isn't much difference between a smartphone and flip phone, so don't waste your money on a more expensive phone unless you are doing it simply for the look.

Pretty sure flip phones can't use onrain in-game, which might be a pain for some people. Other than that, unless you care about the games (which, let's be honest, nobody does) there's no difference.

Ah, but they can still use the number to register, right? (I'm pretty sure not many people use onrain with their in-game phone)
