What is your motivation for applying?: Tis a fun server to be on, and I like making sure people are enjoying themselves yet adhering to rules. Having been staff on a different server (not RP, more survival based) I do enjoy doing that sort of job.
Summarize your previous experience (both in general and teacher wise): I've been staff on a survival server before for around 3 months give or take, and I was a good lifeguard on a roleplay series on YouTube. I Think.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that? The teachers aren't mega famous YouTubers with huge channels that can make the class want to be there. I can't change that because my channel is rubbish but hey, it's just a point ^_^
KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knolledge about Teachers in game and out of game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in there spare time in general: Well first off, any good teacher would know that in the application it should be 'knowledge' and not 'knolledge' :^) I mean I'm going off UK things because that's where I live, but yeah salaries vary between £25k and £100k usually depending on the school and how high up the hierarchy they are i.e. bog-standard teacher, up to like head of department or senior board. Teachers are there to, well, teach, but that's a fundamental thing to make sure the next generation are able to really make a stamp on the world in progressing things like technology, businesses, science, medicine, art, and any other walks of life. Teachers don't need to be Einsteins, but they may be bringing future geniuses up. Oh and in my school the teachers are usually... having shared netflix accounts. I'll leave the rest to your imagination.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server: Well it's a roleplay, so if you're gonna roleplay in a school, you have to have all the characters: students, teachers, lunch men/ladies, garbage people... granted, there won't be enough demand for all roles to be done, but hey, might as well get as much as possible, right?

THE LEGACY OF PIE:
Dank meme lord who spits super hot fire and makes a mean lasange :^)
Pie was originally in a space army, being a soldier and all (because you know, people go from military to IT for reasons I don't know). That is, until a fatal accident happened to Pie, and they... died. Literally. Pie got hit by an explosion and their stomach got blown open. However... through some weird medical magic shena****ns, Pie got resurrected as a zombie. A super kawaii zombie, but still, a zombie. Forever stuck in the power suit - usually - Pie has been lost since. Unable to go back to military work due to being, well, dead, Pie got into the next best thing: YouTube.
Pie somehow managed to make his way to a high school with a bunch of other famous people thanks to his YouTube career, although no one could understand how Pie spoke through the helmet. As the helmet became zombified as well, it came out as a confusion of muffled noises and incoherent sentences. With the helmet off, Pie could speak normally, but with it on... not so lucky. Pie found love with someone in that school, but a love triangle ensued, and made love life difficult for the time there. Eventually, the school got shut down, and Pie managed to leave with his love on the train, to new adventures.
Things didn't work out though, and Pie, with more rubbish content on their YouTube channel, found their way to another school. Armed with a knowledge of computers thanks to the YouTube career, Pie decided they'd try their go at being an ICT teacher.
Pie is here mostly for the banter with the students, however teaching is always a priority. A pretty laid back zombie, Pie can make lessons both fun and chill. Other teachers... Well, Pie is more into females, but if they're single... (^:
SCENARIOS
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: SCREAM AND CHARGE INTO BATTLE WIELDING A BAGUETTE AND A PORK CHOP
Come in and make your presence aware, find out what the problem is, and if they persist with it, send them to detention, principal's office, or make other authorities aware, depending on the severity.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do? SCREAM AND CHARGE INTO BATTLE WIELDING...
Tell them sternly that they will get consequences if they continue to act in a disrupting manner, and single out whoever is the root of the troublemaking and make sure they are dealt with in a just yet firm way.
When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act? Usually pretty chill, sometimes edits videos on YouTube.

Provide at least 5 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom.
/me turns on a computer to find someone has pranked his login and made his wallpaper a watermelon
/me writes on a chalkboard but ends up screeching chalk across it
/me starts editing a YouTube video mid-lesson because the students are all occupied with classwork
/me gets out a banana, stares at it intently, before chopping it up to eat it so it isn't inappropriate
/me gives out free pies because it is Pi Day and other obvious reasons
