KARAKURA HOSPITAL APPLICATION

Probably my closest experience to this one would be a researcher position in a different RP server (more closed than SRP) where I was a researcher, from a company that followed very strict protocols because if they didn't... Well bad stuff could happen (also that server had an amazing builder team as the map was incredibly awesome).
Also I must add that I am a biology student IRL and I might go to med school soon. So I'd like to also do stuff ICLY that represents me irl, while also having my first adult character in SRP.
These are the roles I know how they work in SRP:
Doctor - Specialist in general medicine, they can diagnose broken bones, burns, and injures in general. They can also diagnose conditions of all the kinds in what is an acceptable amount of time. I think they can also do surgery although about that I am not very sure.
Paramedic - When the emergency hotline (110) gets called and the emeregency is medical or might have injuries, they are dispatched to the scene quickly to give first aid and try to treat the patient. All this done while taking the patient to the hospital (unless the emergency isn't THAT serious or monitoring is not necessary.)
In-Character (IC) Section
SECTION 1: PERSONAL DETAILS
Hae-Min Jung had a mostly normal childhood, the only obstacle in her upbringing was a decently bad case of ADHD. Basically, she was jumping all over the place and had problems going into primary and middle school due to this, having "troublesome behaviour" according to her teachers and her grades tanking just because she didn't belive in such a thing "school".
All this changed though, around time when her brother passed the tenth grade of highschool. Always having had a rebelious nature, they this time took it more "seriously" and started doing more deliquent acts. Acts which Hae-Min didn't want to be associated with at the start. So she distanced herself from them, taking a colder approach when speaking to them and staying in her room more to focus on studying as she either wanted to be a shop keeper, or a Doctor at this point.
After almost finishing with her studies, she decided that it probably just wasn't worth it to not speak or do much with her siblings. So she connected again with them, becoming close siblings once more.
That's basically her backstory.
StECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
She chose Allergy and Immunology as part of a personal journey of her. When she was younger, she was given the possibility for a year, to work along side researchers and learn from there as "Assistants". From there she learnt a lot about immunology as she was placed in that lab which resulted in her gaining great interes in the topic. Around the same time she started watching various medical dramas like Dr.House, The good doctor and more, from there she found herself very attached to the character that were specilized in Immunology and their abillity to diagnose dieases from said category. She quickly started learning about the topic alone at home in her free time while she distanced herself from her brothers.

Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?She has no official experience besides med school (which people usually finish by her age). But med school is some great theoretical experience and she only need guidance while doing a recidency/internship as she evolves as a doctor (If she gets accepted.)
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
People tend to say she is annoying or overly energetic, jumping all over the place, all the time. But the same people who tend to say that, also stay close to her and enjoy being around her. After all, someone who always has something to do, say or ask for usually won't bore you easily.
And that wasn't all, Hae-Min has strong connection with everyone, from criminals to some shop keepers. She knows or knows people that know people from basically anywhere in Karakura. Thanks to her brother and overly jumpy and friendly approach, she met and made many friends during her stay in Karakura which might sometimes prove useful when you wanna speak to someone or maybe get a special discount on something.
How does your character act around the hospital?She tries to take a serious though happy approach with patients, although among coworker she will show more of her true self. She won't break protocol, at least not knowingly and she will always take patient concerns seriously (as ANY irl doctor should) and test for worse cases scenarios first before moving to the less worrying tests.
As mentioned before, she has ADHD, which she treats by taking a lot of caffeine and loving her job. Even though for many ADHD might cause them a hard time staying still and working. For Hae, it's similar, although her hyperfixation is actually centered on medicine, meaning she has an easier time concentrating and listening during her job.
Another impotant aspect of how she acts around the hospital is how she will treat her co workers. She is a person that belives that higher ups deserve respect and that those who have more experience than her, don't have it for no reason. She will always look up to those above her and try to help those below her to reach and surpass her level one day, after all, Hae is a doctor not just for the money, but for the love of the field and how it works (including it's social structure).
But this doesn't mean Hae-Min doesn't function well alone, she defently can and will handle herself quite well alone. There have been many cases, for example, when she first started learning Immunology, where she did so completley alone and without much help. She works better in group but she works great alone.

I have been in SRP for almost 3 years or more. I am experienced in DetailRP of many kinds, from GangRP to JobRP. Obviously SRP isn't my only source of roleplay. I have a lot of experience in many different types of RP communities, from DND to SCP inspired story lines with literary level writing of rp responses per message. I bascially know almost everything about the different RP communities, the bad and the good in them.[Grade-12] only right now.

What is your motivation for applying?
Before I got into gangRP with my other character, I tried applying on him to be a doctor, but back then I wasn't as experienced. Instead of writing useful stuff for the doctor application that staff could use to chose me among the group of applicants, I wrote lore about Dani which didn't really help. This time I will do it right and I will make this character (Not gang affiliated, no nothing really) fufill this mission of mine.Also I must add that I am a biology student IRL and I might go to med school soon. She doesn't really remember her mother as she apperently dissapered when she was quite young, instead, she learned most of what she knows by either teaching herself how to do stuff, or getting taught by her aunts. Hae-Min is a very energetic individual, always jumpy and happy to help. She usually takes serious situations in a less serious manner, an attribute of her which she tries to mask and block when on the job. Hae-Min defently works better with others, having a better work effeicency when in cooperation with others. She herself actually can be a good leader at times, thing she discovered when creating study groups for school (where she met Dani, the main reason she is applying to be doctor currently).But this doesn't mean Hae-Min doesn't function well alone, she defently can and will handle herself quite well alone.
