Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?: I am active majority of the time. I'm new to the forums but have been looking into them. I have taken breaks a few times here and there. I play on the server almost every day unless I have to go somewhere OOCly, such as an appointment or a family members house. I'm normally online for a few hours each day either in a call with friends or roleplaying, sometimes both

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: My motivation for becoming a teacher is to educate children in the ways if Graphic design, a course that will help artists master digital creations and let their creativity shine just like an art teacher would but computer based. I want to become a teacher because I enjoy helping out students and let their minds wonder and get going to see how far they can go to see what they can create.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: I do not but im willing to give it a go and see how it is for myself, and learn a thing or two here and there using it in the future.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: Yes, I have and if I need a refresher I will continue to read it over and over just to make sure I have an idea for it.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: the classroom logs are basically logs that keep track of what students were in class and what happened in the class, they are important because it helps teachers track misbehaving students and keep an eye on them through classes, if it is needed the teacher would take the evidence from his or her class and take it to a higher-ups or principal for further investigation of what to do for the student misbehaving. Classroom logs are also important for the reason that they provide answers to whatever happened in the classroom. For example, if it was a normal day, you'd say it was a normal day, nothing went wrong, no one was hurt, nothing nope nada. But, on the other hand, if it was not a normal day, then you'd describe every little detail of which that happened in the classroom, for example, if a student got into a fight, then you'd obviously 1. Break up the fight, and 2. Record everything that happened. It's for good and bad reasons.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: If I wanted to start a field trip, I would ask Erove both OOCly and ICly. If to do so OOCly, a month in advance, I'd explain everything, such as people going, cost, time of arrival, where we would stay, what we would learn, and time of departure. ICly, I would do all of that (Pupils going, Cost, E.T.A, Where we stayed, learning activities, E.T.D.) Through an Email/Letter.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?: there must be strict rules in each class to prevent students from misbehaving, like if they do anything bad like writing on the board or doing something inappropriate they'd be sent to detention for example;
Stay in your seat unless for the majority of the class.
Do not:
Eat.
Sleep.
Be Disruptive.
Use technology unless told otherwise.
No Harassment of any fellow students, doing so will get you an automatic detention.

Summarize your previous RP experience (both in general and on SchoolRP): I've been roleplaying for many years about 5 - 6. As I said before, I've been roleplaying on SchoolRP for Many years. Although, before SRP, I was on other roleplaying servers then, once I came across SRP, I played as a student, as a student council member, and many other ranks and roles.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: The Head of Department is an important part of the academic department. For they are the ones to give the teachers below them their lessons, their schedules, and many other things. They are very important and are one of the most respected ranks, as you can't just automatically get Head of Department.
- QTLS: These teachers are known as Qualified Teacher and Learning Skills. They aren't the worst but aren't the best, but instead, are somewhere in the middle. They receive lesson plans from the Head of the department, and are also the ones to "Tutor" for lack of a better word, the Newly Qualified Teachers.
- NQT: Newly Qualified Teachers are, again, not the worst, but aren't the best teachers. They are somewhere in the middle. They are new teachers who aren't always sure what's going on and are usually fresh out of college.

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general: Teachers are the ones standing between you and the real world, and for a good reason. They are there to teach you important things, such as Maths, or English. They earn 200-250k a year, which can usually be adjusted due to their performance. The way the teachers teach can vary from teacher to teacher, one teacher might rule with a strict hammer, while others might rule with a loose hammer.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: Teachers on The schoolRp server are important because they enforce school rules and education, just like in the real world it is needed for a child to get the right education. Of course, because the server is called SchoolRp, it's only right to have teachers actually hosting and starting classes so the server can really be alive, plus it helps students of Karakura in SchoolRp to age and rank up during their experience online and enjoying the server.

What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?: Nohsa Peterson is a male standing at 6feet, he has black hair, royal blue eyes, semi tan skin. He’d normally wear brown tims work boots, comfortable slightly baggy jeans, a button-up shirt under a comfortable jacket and sweater.
Nohsa normally has a laid back tone and he's fairly relaxed keeping each class he hosts mello but he does not hesitate to step on it and make class harder for other students. He holds the other teachers in higher regard and students with some respect due to some actually trying in the classroom, for teachers they have more respect and have more honor in the school and he will show it.
As before, his personality is calm and laid back, he's a sweet guy with caring nature But wont mind to get up and warn students to leave a classroom or the principal or even the college Dean's office if its needed. For the future he Hope's to start a family, get married and have a house with his lover.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would ask them to stop and see if they could move somewhere else, or go to class. If they deny me and give me an attitude I would threaten to call higher-ups. If they continued to loiter in the hallways and get more aggressive I would contact the principal or another higher-ups to deal with them.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I’d slightly raise my voice but keep things orderly and calm as I give each of the students a warning for each of their actions if they continue to bring in disorder I’d tell them that I’d call school authorities like the principal or vice-principal and if they still do not listen I would begin to slowly kick students from class one by one till they understand that my classroom is a place of learning, not a playground, if it gets very out of hand I'd dismiss the class early and report it to higher-ups.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: He’d be pretty relaxed and keeps his cheery, nice and polite attitude due to knowing that other teachers have been there longer than him and they deserve more respect, of course, if there are teachers in the lounge, if not he’d either be chilled out or grading.

Backstory
Nohsa Zachary Peterson was born and raised in Canada But moved to Karakura with his family in grade eight. He was thirteen when this happened and right when he arrived on the first day of school he made friends and worked hard in school, his dream was to become a teacher, he was smart and he wanted to show it.
Nohsa had a love for graphic design, he worked hard and continued to, each day he'd always make a new friend through what he enjoyed, once he got into his senior year of high school he met people who also wanted to become teachers or had a love for graphic design which got him going each day he worked harder and harder and made sure that he'd graduate quickly. His mind was set on being a teacher because not only was he calm and good with children but he was good at simplifying items or classes for his students which would make him a good teacher.
As soon as Nohsa was accepted into college he worked hard in a lot of classes but made sure his degree and major was in graphic design, which he knew was going to be his dream job, to both be a teacher but teach a class that he loves and actually enjoys. In college as a 19 year old he began to study in A.A.A which is for art, he used that for his degree so he can match it up with his major in graphic design. Once he became an adult and graduated college he took what he learned in school and looked around for some jobs, at this time he met his Girlfriend and is still with her today and plans to marry her. Hes twenty-nine and is ready to put his application into the school he grew up in, to become a teacher.
Describe how your character ended up becoming a teacher and his/her previous life: He hasn't become a teacher in his past life, he's only helped other students in his classes out if the teacher wasn't around, that was about the closest he got to be an actual teacher, in the past he has helped out teachers despite not being an actual teacher assistant he still did it and he’d be the teacher if the actual teacher left the class so he’d be the one teaching till the teacher returned from wherever they left off. He was pretty much a co-teacher for when it was needed. Nowadays he begins to study harder and a bit smarter to get his own class working, it took him some time but his friends and girlfriend think that he should become a teacher due to his hard work in school as a college student and college student.
As a college student, he has worked extremely hard to get a degree in graphic design, he continues to ask teachers, professors and any other higher-ups in the school about working there, jobs he could take on and anything that could help him in the long run to get a job. He’s always been pretty good at dealing with children and getting them to understand due to his kind and caring nature, he takes pride in what he does and he won't let it go to waste. Now he has asked the vice-principals, principals and college dean about working there to get an idea of what could happen while he works there in the school.
It has taken a lot of work and dedication to get this far and he’s not ready to give up, he’s now in his twenties and believes its time to give it a go on having his own classroom, and his own responsibilities, taking his hard work during the years into his own hands.
