Describe your activity on the server:
It is usually at least three times a week for 30 minutes to an hour. However I am willing to fully commit and maintain an activity of at least an hour a day to ensure I am available if needed for my duties and to ensure I meet my quota and provide for the town of Karakura

Governor
What is your motivation for applying?
I originally hoped to be a lawyer, however after looking more into the government faction and a shift in interest I decided to be a Governor. Their duties seem less drama intensive and would allow me to aid the people of Karakura by giving them surveys, checking if shops are up to inspection and helping marriages and adoptions go by. It interests me greatly both the process and executing it and believe I would be motivated in my work because of it. I also have a relatively free schedule going forward so I want to use that free time I have in SRP in order to do something more than just running around aimlessly and help the people of the city through the town. I have always been interested in it and want to finally become part of the team that helps run the city. It would feel incredible just to be part of a trial and I am eager to watch one as a governor, to watch the law of Karakura go on before my very eyes.
Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
Yes, I have an up to date and good understanding of the law systems that are currently in place and a strong grip on what the constitutional rights of those in the city are given.
What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
To get the full experience, to see what being a governor is like and to hopefully become a well liked governor that will be known for being helpful in his role. I also wish to hopefully help the government further itself by overcoming any issues and staying with it through thick and thin in order to help the team become stronger.
In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
Government Leaders (Mayor, Deputy Mayor)
Mayor
The mayor is the leading head of the Karakura Government, the final say and the one whose decision is final. They are responsible for the wellbeing of all in Karakura and are the key voice in the town's future. They propose intense changes such as those to the laws itself and hold meetings with the entire government faction. However, they also occasionally handle the jobs of those in the government’s lower branch such as handling marriages.
Deputy Mayor
The Deputy Mayor is essentially the voice of the Mayor whenever they are not present. They also have a say in the mayor's duties and play a crucial role in the upkeep of a city. They attend functions and any other event where the mayor is unable too and report back to them once they can.
Government Core
Governor
The Governor’s key job is handing out ID Cards, these are crucial to their job and the citizens of Karakura as they act as their way of showing they are really them. They also survey the public in order to maintain happiness and good health within the city of Karakura as well as similar duties to the judge (officiating marriages. etc)
Judge
The Judge performs the duties similar to a lawyer in which they attend trials and aid in front desk work but in a trial, they act as the overseer of the case and decide whether the defendant is guilty or not. They also officiate marriages, issuing warrants and approving adoption papers.
Lawyer
The lawyer takes on a key role and that is representing either the prosecution or the defense in a trial in the city of Karakura as well as acting a voice of the law in all matters such as attorney calls, filing restraining orders, attending client meetings and the trials themself as well occasionally acting at the front desk.

He thought for a brief moment, clearly prepared for this. His arms crossed before he spoke and his cold eyes stared directly towards the interviewer with an unforgiving glare. “I have spent many years in employment, namely as a waiter for a small diner serving coffee on Sundays to those who passed by during the troubling times for two years before heading out to college. During that time I worked in the university of Osaka as a chef while earning my degrees over the 11 years I spent in university, after obtaining my degree in Political Science at said university I moved to Karakura with my wife and have settled with the money I saved up from my time in college to patiently await a job that would suit my capabilities and be able to handle my sense of cold attitude.” He furrowed his brow and straightened his posture, his stance after was an intimidating one, as if trying to show proof of his statement to a cold exterior. “Therefore I am for now without a job, hoping to find employment in the government of Karakura, a perfect place for my experiences in the workforce.”

I remember demolition starting in the area, I might have been the last one born there before the new hospital rose up.”

“I speak only two, my native of Russian and of course, Japanese fluently after so many years here.” His words held no error or mistake, not in pronunciation or the syllables spoken, though you could hear a faint Russian accent, one that is as small as a teaspoon of flour.

He took only a second to think before looking with a stern and composed stare to speak. “Never have I committed a crime in my past either in Russia or Japan.”
What makes you a good candidate for this job?
He took a while before providing a response, his voice was stern following and the response that came seemed like a declaration more than a statement. His voice echoing with assertion and pushing his words as unquestionable fact rather than something to be taken on a piece of paper. “With a strong sense of duty and obligation I believe I can effectively fulfill my duties and provide for the government a hard working man that is able to be both reliable and effective albeit cold and focused on work. There is no hesitation in my writing, there is no delay, no moment of thought for everything that I perform is done with the caution and expectation of great results. For that is what is to come out of Valderesky Nihalkov, phenomenal results that display what a man who started from nothing but rose to something can truly accomplish. A man who does not wait for a phone call, but answers it and swiftly manages the problem. Who in an instant can sign a paper with perfect detail with signature included. That is the foundation of the rough life which I built, brick by brick, stone by stone into the factory of duty and sensibility.” His voice stopped for a moment, though he did not take a breath, he paused not for himself but so those listening could take in his long speech before he continued. “Does this cause me a cold exterior? Perhaps, but it is that cold exterior that denies the unlawful from gaining access to the system, from misdemeanors or even small mistakes from creaking and flooding their way in through the smallest crack in a man. Perfection is what some may call it, but I call it the standard. A standard of the working man at his duty as a governor, a leading role in the city that must be displayed as perfection is described by those who see it, but expectations as those who perform it. I have no quarrel with rising to challenges, I have no hesitation when acting without guidance. For I have studied all that I can to ensure my duties are to be fulfilled to expectations farther than those who simply expect work to be done. And that is the core of what makes me a good candidate.” Another stop, a brief one to make sure that what was spoken next was heard as clear as crystal. “I am willing to change in the name of adaptation. The world changes as much as the government does, and a governor must be willing, proud to withstand that change and adapt. Those who don't fall flat, unable to keep up with the world around them, but I, Valderesky Nihalkov, will be whatever the government needs. I am the worker in question, the government that will change with the people, to be there for the people.”
