I consider myself a pretty active person on SchoolRP. Nowadays, I usually get online for around 5-6 hours daily, and do some Casual Roleplay with other people. I used to GangRP, and I sometimes come back to it, but now, I find it kind of boring after 1 years of roleplaying as a gang member, and I think that there is nothing for me to do on there anymore. I usually get on at around 3pm, until 7pm, that's when I usually log off, to go outside... I know, weird.. After that, I usually come back at around 10PM ,where I play on SRP until 2AM. This can change, when I come back to school, after summer break.

I was once banned for ‘’Glitching into Disallowed Areas’’. Back when the sport dorms were being built, I accidentally clicked a stair next to them, forcefully teleporting me into the area which you were unallowed to enter, and it was either an automatic ban, or an admin banned me. The ban was only for an hour.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
As the name itself says, Caretaker takes care of the school, and the students. A caretakers job is to maintain and to secure the school premises. If a student comes across a danger, a fight, or students misbehaving, the first person he should come to, is a caretaker. Caretakers have access to the CCTV, so in the freetime, they can check the cameras, looking for any unreported misbehavior. A caretaker is also responsible for keeping the school clean, making sure everything looks perfect, or is safe. Caretakers are equipped with a spray bottle, a sponge and a mop to clean the school. During school events, Caretakers spectate them, to make sure that no one is doing anything against the rules, is dangerous to other students, or just to make sure that the event goes down great.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Back in 2019, I started my roleplay experience, by creating a small, private server for friends, hosted on my own PC. We had some basic rules set, and were just doing it for fun. After some time, the idea of RP got boring for most of my friends, but it didn't for me and my best friend. We decided to look for any games related to roleplay, and came across FiveM, an application, which allows one to roleplay real life inside of Grand Theft Auto Five. We decided to try it out, and fell in love with it. We couldn't stop playing it, and we played it every day, during lessons (QUARANTINE TIMES), after lessons, and at night. We didn’t stop the grind, and we focused on one server, where we were basically rich. During early 2022, my friend decided to stop playing, and focus on real life, and so did I. In the winter break of 2022, I didn't have anything to do, so I decided to look for some minecraft servers to play, and came across SRP, and then, I started my journey with it. I mostly did casual roleplay, until the summer of 2023, where I came across a gang called Anarchy, that's when I decided to change things up, and start Gang Roleplay. It was a great experience, but as I said above, it gets boring after some time, and I used to quit, and join, and quit… You get what I mean, I kept changing my mind, trying to find anything to do on SRP. So I can say proudly, that I have a lot of experience in roleplay in general.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I used to be in the school employee faction, but I decided to quit, to apply to KPD, but I got denied. I guess it wasn’t something for me yet. When I was in the faction, I found the whole idea of working in a school pretty interesting, fun and it helped me interact with more people. I also noticed that alot of ‘’Greenies’’ and ‘’NameMCs’’ are disrespected by the more experienced players, taking away the fun from roleplay, just because they are new or basically don't have a SchoolRP shaded skin. I tried as much as possible to help them out, and explain to them how the commands work, the rules, ect.. What I’ve always wanted to do is to help out the new and inexperienced players, and I did. I noticed that at the beginning, when I helped out the new players, they kept playing on SRP, and I saw them get more experienced in RP. What I hate the most, is when players scream or disrespect new players, because they don’t know about a rule and want to call in staff for that. What I always try to do in this situation, is to calm down the person who was arguing with the new players, and try to explain to them how it works. So the main reason to join the school employee faction is to help out the new players. I noticed that I was taken more seriously when I had the school employee tag, so they actually listened to me, instead of ignoring me.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:Aoi would try to remain calm, looking disappointed at the student. He’d perfectly know that that's how most of the students act in situations like that, having once been a student. He’d look at them, before saying ‘’Please, calm down. There’s no need for this type of language to be used.’’ as politely as possible. If this hasn’t worked, he’d tell them to calm down, this time more seriously. ‘’Calm down. As I said, there’s no need to speak like that.’’. If saying that hasn’t worked, I’ll let them know that if their behavior continues, I’ll have to contact SLT. ‘Listen, If you won’t stop disrespecting me, I’ll have to contact SLT, and you know both of us don’t want that.’’ If, and IF, the disrespect continues, I’ll contact SLT, to have a talk with the students, about how disrespecting the Faculty isn't a great idea.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
As soon as Aoi noticed a physical altercation happening, he would run up to the two students fighting, quickly looking around, looking who’s taking a part of it, and who’s just spectating. He would then scream ‘’BREAK APART’’, if nothing changed, and they still continued fighting, he would get in between them, breaking up the fight. After the fight was over, he’d take both of them to the nurses office, asking the nurse to check them for any bruises and physical damage, if any was done. After getting them checked, Aoi hand out detention slips to those who took part in the fight. If they continue fighting after getting detention, he would contact SLT and let them know about the situation, letting them decide what to do about those students.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
If Aoi were to ever notice a school employee acting inappropriately, he'd ask them to stop doing it, and he would let them know that doing it is dangerous and could result in injuries for him or other people. If they continue, Aoi try to get as much proof as possible of them doing it, and I’d hand it over to the SLT to let them handle the situation.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
In the break room, Aoi would let all of him inner self out, relaxing in there, talking with his fellow coworkers. He’d discuss with his coworkers about any situations happening in school today. Basically, he thinks of the break room as a place where he could calm down, drink some coffee or eat at.

/me would pick up his mop, before looking down onto the floor, his face filled up with disgust, as his eyes started to tear up from all the smell. ‘’Looks like… Someone didn’t like the lunch today’’, they’d say, as they placed the mop next to the liquid, before starting to mop it all away… After some time, they’d walk up to the sink, rinsing away all the… pukes… from the mop, before coming back to the place where they mopped earlier, getting rid off everything that was left.
/me walked towards the coffee machine, before turning it on, and selecting ‘’Latte’’. After that, Aoi would walk up towards a chair, before sitting down at it, waiting for the coffee to be done. ‘’So.. How did your day go?’’ they’d say, before hearing the coffee machine stop. Aoi would walk to the coffee machine again, picking up the cup, and taking a sip from it.
/me picked up a mop and a trash bag, before walking towards the cobweb. Aoi would insert the mop inside the cobweb, breaking it apart. After that, they’d reach into their pocket, taking out blue latex gloves, before puting them on. They’d grasp the cobweb from the mop, before putting it away from it, and placing it inside of the trash bag.

Backstory
During their experience in Karakura College, Aoi was the person who was always seen in IT classes, being the most active and interacting with the teachers. Due to their appearance, to be exact their hair colour and the fact they had to wear glasses, people kept making fun of them, calling them a nerd and other sorts of names. Aoi had a few friends, but mostly Neon Hayasaka and V. ‘Karl’ Aiuchi-Stark. Neon kept teasing them for their appearance, but they still were friends due to the fact that she kept contact with him. On the other side, Karl didn’t care about how they looked, and they were still really good friends. After some time, Aoi’s mother decided to move out of Karakura as soon as they turned 21, leaving them her apartment and some money.
When having a Masters degree, Aoi, one day got a notification on their phone. After opening it, they noticed the title "INTERNSHIPS" as soon as they saw it, they decided that they should apply to join the internships for Police, as this is the only job that would've been interesting to them. He didn't believe that they would get accepted, but after a week, he got an another notification about the list of people who got accepted. In there, their name was displayed. Happiness filled their heart, as they instantly dressed themself up, before arriving at the Police Station, starting their Internships. In there, they made a few new friends, but they were mainly focused on how the job itself worked. Right after the internships were done, Aoi decided that in the future, he would want to become an Officer.
At the age of 22, Aoi decided to drop out at a Masters degree. After quitting, they got a few side jobs, but wanted to have an actual, full-time job, where he could make steady income. After thinking for some time, they decided to apply to KPD, as he had some experience in the job from the internships.
Sadly, Aoi's KPD application got denied. Aoi decided to take a break, flying out of Karakura and visiting other countries. After around 2 years, they then decided to come back to Japan, where they got a side job at a few stores, but the income wasn't enough for them. They then started looking around for an actual job, before coming across a KHS Faculty application. Aoi decided to apply for the Caretaker role, something similar to the KPD faction, where they can catch rulebreakers, and also help out people in need. It took some courage for them to submit the applications, but they finally decided to apply for this position. After arriving at the KHS building, they would walk up towards the nearest Faculty member, before asking them about the applications. Aoi would be redirected to the reception desk. As they arrived there, they would request a form from the receptionist, and after acquiring it, they would go to their house, fill out all the information required, and then mail it back to the school.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
My motivation for applying for this position is the fact that I could still keep working around electronics and IT-related things, keep the school clean, and help out other students who might have problems in the school. When I used to attend to this school, my experience with other students wasn’t great, as I kept getting bullied for my appearance and the fact I actually cared about my grades. I want to change that, and help others with their problems and hand out detention to those who break the school rules and make fun of others. I believe that no one should get laughed at due to their appearance, and the fact that they want to keep their grades good shouldn’t be a reason to be bullied.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I think that my dedication to get into this job is already a good reason for being accepted over other applicants. I want to help others with their problems, hear out both sides of the story and let other students feel comfortable amongst other students in the school's environment. When I used to be in this school, I noticed a problem of faculty being biased and not hearing everyone's voice, but only the ones who were hurt. Maybe the other person was made fun of or laughed at by the other side? Who knows, if you don’t hear out both people, you’ll never know.
