What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
From my 4 or so years of SRP i've been through:
GangRP:
(delinquent/criminalRP)
With GangRP, it could be very on the spot and also very tactful. It’s a very competitive and social side of Roleplay, but at the same time depending on the crowd could cause some problems, so learning how to deal with others and display yourself is a huge part both oocly and icly.. Also being a part of Turf wars, Raids with KPD, Large fights involving weapons, and hanging out around the Hospital after barely surviving a Gang encounter.. In my opinion Gangrp is a good way to learn the combat rules and how to maintain a leveled head when dealing with people who might be considered toxic, and the minor, major, and kill permissions that are granted in respect to actions that you might take..
Sports:
(Casual/Jock/RivalryRP)
Bein apart of the volleyball team for a couple of years now and now even being the captain opens your eye to a whole new side of roleplay, and how similar, but yet different the rules are.. Within sports You have to really dedicate yourself to a character since you not only have your team to socialize with, but also other teams, school faculty, Students, and your Bobcat rivals(In my case). Having to teach not only the plug in itself but also the rules to people who come and go, I feel kind of adapted and familiar with the rules and what is and is not allowed within the Sports faction.. It Easily helps better your DetailRP and helps your socialize with people that you might have not known prior.. Sports is a great way to introduce yourself but also have a fun time and really develop a character and their story.. I could speak more about the rule element and how Jock/RivalRP is carried out, but that might take too much, but its very fun to p2l without having to worry about super serious consequences compared to GangRP.
What is your motivation for applying?
My First motivation for applying is to give me something more to do but also further push myself more into the community.. Being a sports captain is great and all, but at times when i'm not Hosting events, practice, or roleplaying with others, it could get very dull and boring.. While instead of having free time, doing nothing, I could put it towards a new, yet different, kind of roleplay and have something else to do instead of wandering around the map wasting time when I could help others..
My second piece of motivation would partly be because of the first but also adding the fact that at certain times of day, I usually don’t see any medical staff online and when Myself or others are in need of one we end up having to SkipRP, or wait until they become active, or log on again.. So Partly to help out The hospital staff and the community, but also to help myself experience a different position that I think Would be fun within the server..
Which role are you applying for?
I Honestly wouldnt mind Being either or, but if I had to choose one I'd go for the Doctor position. Which is the one Im currently apply for.
What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
Director
The Director Is the head in charge. They manage, oversee, and make the final decisions when it comes to Staff, Hospital changes, Plans, and other major changes to the Hospital.
Clinical Manager
The Clinical Manager is in charge of managing and maintaining the quality of the hospital staff and its patients.. Kind of like an enforcer of the rules and customs that are expected from the hospital's staff. They are like the eyes and ears of the director who also works in tandem with the doctor and psychiatrist to make sure they have all the tools and answers they might need for their staff.
DOCTOR/PSYCHIATRIST DEPARTMENT:
Clinical lead
The leads are in charge of leading, helping, guiding, and taking care of their specific department.. Making sure their staff is maintaining what's expected from them and teaching them all they might not know about their position.
Clinical Supervisor
Like the Clinical Manager, the Supervisor’s work to help the Clinical leads as an extra pair of hands and wisdom.. They make sure to enforce, guide, and act as a bridge of connection between the staff and the lead.
Attending
The Attending staff seem to be the experts and the higher ups of their field, they could be considered the trusted out of the staff and have a large knowledge of their field as well as a lot of experience under their belt.
Senior
The senior Resident of the departments seem to also be very experienced and trusted but not as experienced, or havent been around as long as the Attending Psychiatrists/Doctors.
Resident
The Resident roles seems like the casual day to day hospital staff that you could get help from, whether they are doing what their job entitles or if they are aiding their higher ups with situations that might need an extra pair of hands, this role is given to those who have passed their trainee phase and are eligible to begin working.
Trainee
The trainee position Is given to the new recruits of the hospital staff. Those who are in training and still learning the correct way to present, and carry themselves not only as a doctor but with their duties they are soon to be expected to carry out.
Veterinarian/Paramedic
The Veterinarian and paramedic roles are given out to those who are specialists in a certain field.. Whether they prefer to work with animals, or go out to the scene where a patient is in desperate need of assistance. This is more of a sub-role that could be handed out to those who are granted the certificate rather than a role that people are placed under.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
Of course, as a Captain I completely understand this rule and would always make sure to notify the superior who is in charge of said event/ Training whether i'll be online or not, and if I am, I would without doubt make it.

Character Backstory:
On January 19th, 1978; Kenryoku Yuhi was born, Up north, in a Largely populated city in Aomori, Japan. Being born into a lower-middle class family. Being the first and only child within his household. Growing up as a single child, the families legacy, expectations, and pride/reputation would be constantly be placed upon him. I guess you could chalk it up to parents wishing the best from their child, as the reasoning that they were always wanting the best out of him. Family life and early school was pretty boring and nothing you'd hear about in movies or books. He grew up with the traditional one income household as his mother stayed home doing most of the chores. So Kenryoku ended being a very family oriented mama's boy. Always so excited when he met the always increasing expectations of his mother. He wasn't a loner per say but he enjoyed his time expanding his knowledge and finding out new interesting pieces of information. Something about being the only person who knows something just felt right. Having nothing to complain about school wise, since he had a nack to learn, he would focus a lot of his off time into his family. making sure he was well mannered, and maintained a humble persona as he got most of the things he wanted, as long as they were affordable.
Skipping ahead a couple of years, finally came the day that all families are nervous for.. The day the college letter came in.. After working his butt off throughout almost the entirety of his highschool, missing out on parties, most drama, and extracurricular activities; Kenryoku Decided focus on a dream. A bar that was set incredibly high. He applied for a very renowned college, located all the way down in Chiba, in hopes he'd get accepted. Not only to get a future in a career that he himself, and his near future family could be proud of, but also as a sign of relief for his parents to show that all the work and effort they have put in has paid off. there were a lot of new challenges and possibilities that Kenryoku would have to face such as living on his own, having to sustain and survive for himself, but also having to move to some place where he knows nothing about.. Either way, He knew his goal, and what he wanted to do, and just because he would be in a new environment he wouldn't let this be what throws him off of his tracks, And who would have guessed it.. The family were cheering and celebrating their son getting accepted..
Now already moved and adapted into his new dorm apartment, Kenryoku would put all his time and effort into gaining not only knowledge, but also as many degrees in the field of which he was pursuing.. That field being the medical and science field.. Taking up the difficult task of majoring in two fields side by side, somehow Kenryoku would carry himself through it, almost seeming like he was a mad scientist who would only love to work.. Along the way meeting a special girl in one of his science classes who seemed to be a science major, she would make the first move on introducing herself to the work-aholic Kenryoku. From being lab and study partners, They would soon become something more than Kenryoku would ever imagine himself as.. Now dating, the Chiba native would show Kenryoku that there was more to life than just working, gaining knowledge, and always wanting to achieve the highest position possible.. Now he would seem more human, than a task assigned to a robot. Once graduating college, he'd soon pursue his next goal.. Starting a family with this woman he'd fallen in love with, the girl who added a kick of life to the man, throughout his time in college. Now married, and moved back into Aomori by the age of 24, Kenryoku would find a stable job as a assistant nurse in a local hospital, Kenryoku would begin to live his life, not only as a husband but now, as a Father to his newly born son Kokichi Yuhi, and to the his other two kids, Eiko, and Isamu Who followed after.
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
Being not only fascinated with the human body and its operating systems Kenryoku would also find what certain medicines and disease/traumas could cause/do to it interesting, Kenryoku would pursue the medical specialty in the field of Orthopedic Surgery. Not only to treat his kids who are all in love with sports but also to have knowledge of problems that might have taken place in the human body. This specialty focuses in the practices of surgery, diagnosis and treatment of the Musculoskeletal system, sports medicine, nervous system, and other parts of the functioning body and keeping it in a healthy state for athletic activities.
What medical residencies did your character take after medical school?
Kenryoku Took up a residency in orthopedic surgery, which lasted about 5 years
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Right after residency, around when he was 26 years old, he'd take up a job as an assistant nurse at a local hospital in his hometown. From assisting with patient care and transportation, he'd also help physical therapy and sometimes surgeries. Quickly being promoted to what would be considered a resident doctor, having patients of his own every now and then. Moving back to Chiba with his family a little later down the road, he would take another job inside of a small local medical office that didn't have many patients due to the low population of the town they lived in, being the head of his department with whatever little work they had. Doing more minor injuries, and the occasional major injuries every once in a blue moon.
Has your character completed any additional schooling?
Nope. After His residency he became contemptuous with his schooling and job positions and now focused on providing for his family instead of for himself.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Kenryoku Yuhi - At first sight, the ectomorphic figure would appear to be a quite slender and tall silhouette. Looking at the person's head, their short wavy-ish hair would appear to be a very dull brunette color as a couple of gray strands of hair would be strung out through their head. Taking notice of their height, the person would seem to be anywhere around 5 '10’’ up to 6' 2'’. Unsure how to pinpoint it, just at first glance, you would have to measure your own height next to them to get a good estimate. Along with the skinny frame, you would also have to guess their weight being anywhere from the 120s to the 170s without knowing for sure. Taking a look at their face you would see a somewhat gleeful yet heavy eyebagged male, almost giving the look as if he were old, or just over worked. Either way he'd seemed like a pleasant and welcoming person just off of his facial expression. Someone that had that fatherly feeling to him. His facial structure seems very similar to the typical native looks of common Japanese folk, with a matching pale/tanned skin complexion.
How does your character act on and off duty?
On and off duty, you wouldn't even realize there was a difference in Kenryoku. He would still be the same, Family oriented, work-aholic, gleeful man he always was, of course still making sure to have a personality instead of just being a walking smile. He would carry himself with pride yet humbleness, be very sociable yet considerate with situational awareness, and very full of personality. Of course still being human he would be able to feel other emotions but being more of a level headed person, not much would make him act out of character unless there would be a family issue with the matter of his kids at stake.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Either or could really apply to Kenryoku, as he both knows how to work by himself and is perfectly fine handling his own, being independent, or even doing something thats very on the spot. But he is also a team player, and knows how to rely on people and accept criticism. Both being able to trust co-workers to handle their side while he handles his, or work in tandem with each other. If he had to choose one though, he would probably prefer to work with another person as its always better to work with a second opinion than it is silent and alone.
What plans does your character have for the future?
His short term goals are to first, get accepted as a Medical staff for the Karakura hospital so he could be closer to his kids that got accepted into the school under scholarships. That way they are not as homesick now that their dad is around to look after them as they play their sports and might get injured.. As for his long term goals, if he did get accepted, he would want to climb the ranks within the Hospital staff until he reached a high position and continue to work as a trusted and experience Medical caretaker in his field, also expanding his knowledge but also give off some knowledge by teaching the newcomers who would end up in his position that he was once in.
