Describe your activity on the server:
If I am being totally honest, I have recently took a huge break away from School RP due to IRL and I just lost interest in playing. I have recently began to play again not as much as I used to but if I do hopefully get accepted into this position I will definitely spend most or all of my time online dedicated to my position as a Lawyer.
I am currently on Summer break and due to this fact I am on alot more, I do play sports so when I am busy with those I am busy through hours 5, 6, 7, and 8 Despite from that I might have some random days where I could for example stay over at a friends house or go on vacation, but I will make sure to notify everyone in a public chat prior to these events.
FOR THE DAYS I AM ALWAYS AVAILABLE I WILL DISCUSS IF I HAVE OTHER PLANS WITH FRIENDS/FAMILY.
My dms are always open it might just take me max an hour to respond fully.
I have other things I like to play other then SRP btw these are just times I am available to play.

What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation to apply for this position are I want to have fun and meet new people, I also want to expierence a whole new side of School Rp I have never witnessed. Another motivation of mine is I really want to put my writing to the test as I know from watching cases unfold in court that alot of preperation goes into a case before it is brought up to a Judge.
I also just want to expierence Law in action an ambition of mine when I grow older is to study to be a Lawyer or a Judge due to my fascination of Law as a whole, I think the more I play and roleplay the more of a grasp I will have of defending cases and putting people away/ defending people.
Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
I do, I have read over them many times due to my past in Gang Roleplay to make sure I do not do something stupid and get arrested.
What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
MAIN GOALS:
I plan to not just meet my quota every week but get more points then needed to show my commitment and dedication to my role as a Lawyer, I view this as a priority as soon as I get accepted so I can establish myself as a hardworking and commited member of the government.
(I believe this will set the standard and also help motivate others in my job to try and do the same and one up me.)
I want to be known as someone who will help others who are in need and people who are confused or stuck and need assistance, I believe by doing this I will make lots of new friends OOCLY and ICLY for my character to become a pillar within the 4 walls of the governement building. I also believe this will bring alot more unity within the Lawyer Position.
I hope I can also learn alot of new things which I may have not known before hand from my colleagues to help me thrive within the court room.
In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
MAYOR
The Mayor is the head of the Karakuran Government they make public speaches and always have the final decision on big things, they are the representative of the town. They watch over city council meeting and make sure everything that is spoken about is taken into account, they also make sure the Laws are being put into place. The Mayor makes sure the city is not being left behind and is always working on new buildings over houses to solve any housing issues, they look after the homeless and make sure every young child or teen is attending school or college.
DEPUTY MAYOR
The Deputy Mayor acts as an substitute if the Mayor has come down with an Illness or cant attend an event at short notice, at every event the Deputy Mayor is always standing beside the Mayor as their Right hand always giving their input and helping the Mayor make decisions. The Deputy Mayor also is normally the favourite in the poll to be the next Mayor once the current Mayor resigns, due to them having served right under the old Mayor for many years.
GOVERNOR
The Seven Governors all do the same thing but they all play a crucial role in the Government of Karakura. They hand out ID cards at the front desk of the Goverment building which are key in order to show your identity to the Police or if you are 21 and intend to buy alchohol, They officiate Marriages making sure people are married properly and binded by Law and not just by the ring on their fingers, They attend and overlook trials making sure everything goes smoothly and things dont get out of control they also make sure the trial is fair and unbiased, They survey the Public making sure people aren't breaking the Law they do this instead of the Mayor or Deputy Mayor due to the fact that their is seven of them and two of them, They Approve Adoptions making sure kids are going to the right families and not abusive and disruptive ones, and lastly they perform shop inspections making sure shops aren't selling faulty and dangerous merchandise, they also make sure shops aren't avoiding taxes and they are paying their workers the amount promised.
JUDGE
Pretty obviously a Judge officiates Trials and makes sure the process is fair and unbiased, They have the final say in the Trial and make the sentencing. They look over the evidence provided by both parties and listen to witnesses accounts to the situation in hand, A judge guides the Jury through the case and if there is no Jury the judge is forced to make the decision of Guilty or Not Guilty. A Judge Also issues warrants to people, in order to do so they have to proof of any crimes taken place by the offender in the case. A Judge reviews cases before bringing them to court as not all cases have to be settled in court and often can be determined outside of the court room by both Parties. Judges also officiate marriages when a Governor is unavailable they do this to make sure the Bride and Groom are binded by a Legal contract and not just their Rings and Vows. A Judge has the responsibility of filing Restraining Orders but these are only ever actually taken to court if they have real evidence of the Offender harassing the defendant. A judge often works the front desk helping anyone in need, what they do at the desk varies. Finally a Judge is also able to approve Adoption Paper work making sure Orphaned Children do not end up in the wrong household.
LAWYER
A Lawyer is a VERY important job within the Government and one of the hardest due to the mass preperation which goes into a case, also the mental fatigue due to the fact that they may have to deal with cold blooded people but also they could have to deal with genuinely innocent people, and of course that is the main aim of the job is to free innocent people who do not deserve to sit in that cold court room. Lawyers always have to have a big enough client list, this is a very good thing to have as a lawyer as people who are in the business industry will often have to send you a call if they get into legal trouble in addition to this they have to have client meetings before court so they can get prepared, this includes all the evidence they have to show and all the witnesses they have, but alot of the time cases do not need to be solved within the walls of the court and can be solved out of it. Lawyers are a key part of filing a restraining orders against other people they gather evidence and make sure once the Order is Filed it is carried through by both parties making sure it isn't breached and if it is the offender will be faced with a court case. Lawyers work the front desk helping anyone who needs assistance. Lawyers are also require to receive attorney calls on the regular, an Attorney call is when somebody who allegedly commited a crime and got arrested pleads non-guilty and requests a Lawyer to guide them throughout their case.
Do you acknowledge that upon being accepted you can be subject to removal at any given time?:
Yes, I achnowledge that I am subject to removal but hopefully I will not breach any of these rules and will stay on the roster for as long as possible!

a rather tall fit man walks into the room his wavy blond hair flows covering his light brown eyes, as he walked in his suit tie loosened and it looked that he had just came out of a storm..

He sat down in the chair sitting across from the interviewer, he sat his roughed up brief case on the ground next to him before exclaiming.
"My name is Hansuke Ganamaru, Nice to meet you."

A small smile spread across his lips,
"I prefer Mr, Thank you for asking."

He rested his hands on the table,
"I am currently 33 years old, I was born on September 2nd if you need a date of birth!"
As he heard the next question he hurried to apologise..
"Sorry!! I got too ahead of myself.."

He made sure to keep eye contact, this question was one of his biggest accomplishments and one that kept his head high,
"I studied abroad for a good few years before coming back to Karakura, while away I obtained my Masters in a Juris Doctor Degree!"

He crossed his legs, he blinked for a minute as one of his eyesbrows fell into his eye.. Once he regained his exposure he spoke,
"I Majored in English and Political Science!"

"I minored in Psychology, I really enjoyed this course and view it as one of my strongest assets.."

He listened Intentively and answered in a flash,
"When I was younger I worked with my father who was a delivery man just helping him out and making the load easier, as I grew older I kept this job and learned some good skills from doing so.. but then I had to move away for College in the States in my spare time I worked as a tutor to earn some good money whenever I used all my allowance up, I used to tutor kids, teens and even some of my own class mates if they were falling behind on exam preperation or on assignments that were due, this helped me gain lots of patience especially when I had to tutor the kids.."

What makes you a good candidate for this job?
He paused for a minute before leaning back into his chair looking at the ceiling before he began to talk,
"What makes me a good candidate? Hmm.. I can think of lots of things that set me out from the rest of the herd, I am an extremely patient person and I always listen to whoever is speaking to me because that was how I was raised and I also learned to be patient due to my experiences tutoring in the States! I am also a very prepared person always having everything perfect before I commit to it, for example before this interview I imagined questions that would be brought up and prepared every single one of my answers, Preperation is a key skill to have as an Lawyer no? How could you call yourself a Lawyer if you are not going into the court room with every possible measure completed to not just help your client but to keep your reputation high as a reliable member of the Government! Another point is my studies over seas which I witnessed some terrible cases when I studied under different professors this sets me apart experience wise as my competitors might not have faced these types of situations in their own independant degrees."
He stood up keeping eye contact, he moved the chair back into the desk before bowing to the Interviewer,
"Thank you very much for your time, I hope you liked my answers and we can speak again sometime soon!"
He turned leaving the room and opening the door for the next person to come in.
