What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
(This is to gauge at your current understanding of the faction prior to acceptance)
They help patients that come inside the Hospital, treat wounds and injuries, the hospital has 3 departments + the director, that oversees all the departments,
the paramedics, that operate all around Karakura, mostly keep the patients alive for the doctors
the doctors, that operate only in the Hospital and fix all kinds of injuries
the psychiatrists also operate in the Hospital, but they help the residents with mental issues

Akari grew up in a struggling family, with her 4 other younger siblings, mother and father almost always on bussiness trips, Akari had no other choice, than to take care of her younger siblings. She had to work day and night, except when there was school, trying to provide as much money for her family, as she could. From this point she developed her sisterly caring attitude.
She always admired the Emergency Services, simply because of their determination to help people in need, so she decided to study and train hard, to become a part of them. Everyday, during breaks and after school, she trained on schoolgrounds. Each new day she pushed her limits further. After all that training, she always got drained of energy, which she regained by eating sweets, without gaining any weight from it.
Since she was working long hours to feed everyone in the household, her little time off was taken by working out and studying, but she didn't mind, seeing the greater good she would do, if she got accepted.

Akari is a tall woman (atleast for standards here), being 183cm (6'0), athletic build. She has long brown hair tied into a ponytail and grey eyes. She wears a white shirt and suspenders with grey-ish trousers.
She is unique with her friendly and big-sister personality. She, if relaxing with coworkers and/or friends, also reffers to herself as an "old-timer".
How does your character act around the hospital?
She is friendly, easy-going, easy to talk to, she's mostly strolling around the hospital (when she has no patients)
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Others most deffinetly, but she can work on her own if the need should arise
