Authorizations to Skip or be Held back a Grade

Basically by any chance to add another character authorization to have a character repeat or skip a grade in the same way we can get characters who are 7 or 4 feet in height or characters having certain prostatic limbs. And I've came up with these criteria's for people who want to apply for that
Rules on Having an Age Gap
What I came up with in respect to it
1.
the character being authorized should have attended a certain amount of classes, obtain a certain amount of credits or have a relatively clean record.
2.
You must write a detailed reasoning of why they skipped or repeated a grade.
(whether your character is smart enough skip a grades or they did something which lead to them being held back with the accepting process to have a certain strictness to them to where it cant be straight forward)
3.
The authorization should only be for characters in High School it cannot be a way to graduate to college quickly
4.
CombatRP Rolls will be in either respect to the Character's Age once accepted they would have to include their accepted app into their bio like you would with having a service animal
(I can be quoted on this but I'm pretty sure the rules states rolls are in respect the character's grade > age but i feel there could be some work arounds)
5.
the gap of age and grade cannot exceed more then 1 increments and character who are currently 18 only be made younger. So to become 19 you need college tag.

Character 2: Age 18 [Grade][11]
(Deniable)
Character 3: Age 13 [Grade][12]
Character 4: Age 17 [Grade][9]
Character 5: Age 19 [Grade][12]

Setting age would reset the Age & Grade gap to what it is now and to regain that, you'll have to make a ticket to gain it back.
How will this benefit the server and community?:
This would bring out more opportunities for players who want to RP out a unique kind of character. Particularly characters who are simply academically gifted (a lot smarter) or for characters to take certain things in their lore into character like reasonings of being held back. And in many schools there are students who have either skips a grade or was held back for a certain reason. Plus statistically speaking there are more people who have skipped a grade then people who are 7 feet tall and it's relatively common to see people be held back a grade as well. Additionally it would also be a way for students to also use their education credits on a certain character you don't plan on getting into college tag.GoodbyeRanden
