WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION:
My friend recently got banned on SRP and I lived in the same apartment with him, meaning I had chests there full of storage of things I had brought. I suggest that if a person gets banned the ownership should be transferred to a roommate until they can pay off the rent in the next few days as this is frustrating to people who cannot hold on to all of their storage. I recently wrote about this in an item request as I have lost all my items due to my friend being banned.

Denied

- Apartments can be disowned for various reasons, including: You yourself disowning it, you run out of money, you go inactive for 30 days+. Upon it being disowned, your apartment becomes available for another player to claim & due to the lack of apartments available, allowing your friend to instantly take ownership upon it being disowned is unnecessary and unfair for other players.
- Your items can/will be returned via Item Request with screenshot evidence in most cases, so long as the items weren't weapons.
