Describe your activity on the server:
In all honesty, not too long ago I was on and off of SRP for financial personal reasons because I didn't have the time or energy, but I have recently been on SRP like almost everyday or every other day! I'd like to say I am pretty active when it comes to activity. It's sometimes hard to stay online because of my really bad laptop, but I manage regardless. I'd say I have a decent amount of time on this server, since I started playing not too long ago. I believed that maybe if I got into some kind of faction or group of people that I would stay even more active than I am now! I do have work but if anything I can always speak with a higher up about said topic. I really enjoy this server and find myself on here all the time, So to give you a conclusion; personally I think my activity is pretty decent.

Are you aware that inactivity can result in removal from the council?:
Yes ma'am/Sir/Person, I completely understand and will not be upset if kicked for my own actions including inactivity!

What is the student council and what do they do?:
As I learned by asking questions and researching in School Roleplay from players and also this website I learned that Student Council is a group of intelligent and proud students within the school of Karakura that come to work together as a team to dissolve misbehaving students, bad situations on school campus, keeping up with the heads of the school, and even planning events! They are the statues of the school and keep a good image to help influence the students of Karakura. They try to keep the school as safe and nifty of a learning space as possible for students that are actually there to learn and excel.
What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):
Honestly, for within the time I've been on School Roleplay I found out there are so many interesting and intriguing roles you could play as, so I went around asking about them. I just recently noticed the Student Council and that pulled me in right away! Like a spark when rocks collide or a match igniting in the dark, me and the idea of roleplaying as a Councilor grinded my gears in the best way possible. I met a new friend (Emma Emerson) while randomly roleplaying and such, she made the idea of being in Council sound like the best possible direction to take. She was nice and endearing as if she knew I didn't know much about Council, she gave me encouraging words that pushed me to apply for Student Council. Ever since then I have been interested in it.
I also love to write and have been writing before I started playing on the server, so I knew becoming a council member would give me the opportunity to write more as well and make new friends! I hear that planning some events was a possibility and that sounds like a lot of fun that I would love to make with others that are on the same team as I.
Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):
Yes, I am fully aware as I was already told these things. I love the idea of working together with people, if anything that is the reason why I joined the server to begin with! I knew roleplaying and acting creates a sense of camaraderie within our line of work, making connections with each other, and also having fun while you're at it was the plan to begin with. I also love the teamwork ethic in real life. I myself have a job and work with a lot of coworkers to get things done and teamwork is a big part of my life. Teamwork can be put in any situation if needed and it's an excellent skill to have.
Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:
President:
President is heard and known to be the big dog of the Student Council. Their roles are very important when it comes to a team, every team needs a leader to steer them in the right direction and tell them the right things to do. That is the President, the Leader of all Student Council. They lead in meetings and make sure everyone in the council is doing their job right!
Vice-President:
A Vice President can basically do the exact same thing as a president, but the only difference is that the Vice President does the things the higher up does when the person in charge is out of the clock or absent. Helping the President's life making it a little simpler.
Training Committee:
A Training Committee is a Council member that has prior experience and tends to help the newer members, showing them the way of the Council. They work to help them become the best version of themselves for the Student Council.
Student Leadership Team (SLT):
The Student Leadership Team are the School Principals, Vice Principals, and the Deans. The top of the food chain of the school and they are the school's administrators. They are important people and are held accountable for the things that happen in the school.
Faculty:
The faculty are Teachers, Professors, Nurses, Tutors, Librarians, Receptionists, etc. They are lower in rank compared to SLT, but are still important to the school ecosystem. They are the support for students of the school while teaching them everything they need to know. They give out assistance for everyone, especially the council in the things we need to get done!
Regular Council Member:
Regular Council Members are the general members of the Student Council. They work with the President, Vice President, and Training Committee to impose and apply the rules to a normal school day. They show Karakura students how they should act at all times to become successful. All roles work together to also host and make events relating to the school.

While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?
Kun was quite a serious guy, he's not one to fight or cause commotion and he was defiantly a gentle giant as some would say but when it comes to the job he was handed, he was a natural. He would instantly pull the student who was causing the disturbance to the side calmly and with no further ruckus. He would ask the student several questions such as "Hey, what's going on? What has you acting like this?" or "Do you have any real reason to be acting accordingly?" Trying to get an understanding to why the student is acting the way they are. After some questions have been answered, he will get his conclusion which most of the time students act this way for no apparent reason, so with that being said Kun would only give them a verbal warning. If it continues on, He will go on to give them a detention slip for not listening to the first couple warnings he would give. Kun was a lenient guy but if you take it for granted, you will face the consequences.
A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?
As Kun Jung-Ho would put it, "It's never wrong to ask for help!" Kun would instantly call-in assistance from people in a higher position than him, mainly faculty. He would of course write everything that has happened down, documenting all of the details that need to be known. Finally, he would inform the family of the student and would talk with the council to see how they could fix problems like this to make the environment better for students to participate in. Kun, as a member of the Student Council, only wants what's best for every student, including himself and even the student causing mischief.
A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?
Now, Kun wants to study to become a Doctor and has thought about potentially being a Psychiatrist. He would put the knowledge he knows together thinking that this student could possibly be having trouble at home or in a space they are in. Kun would talk to the teacher quickly about his theory so that they were both on the same page and aimed for the same goal. Kun and the teacher would lead the student to a more private area for a more secluded conversation. They would ask questions that relate to the student's living situation and what they do out of school. Trying to understand the student could be the best answer to most problems.
When a student feels understood or seen, it can change the way they feel or think a lot of the time. Getting all the information they needed, they would turn in the details to a higher up such as SLT. Trying to make sure that authorities could be called to dig deeper into the student's living situation and see it through. Kun would lead the student to one of the Counselor's office, so they can talk to someone more prone for the situation and keep other students safe. Kun would wait outside of the office, to signal and initiate that the student isn't alone in all of this and they have someone to talk to if they needed, not including the Counselor and other teacher. Someone that is or around their age.
A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?
An expression of protest was a beautiful thing to Kun. Kun has protested before for a lot of things, including The 2016–2017 Candlelight Revolution. In South Korea, Kun was there for that revolution. He was young but his family and him were there to protest for the resignation and impeachment of President Park Geun-hye with millions of other people there too. People wanted him impeached over corruption and influence-peddling scandals.
So, Kun knew all about protesting and found it to be something that has to be done sometimes to get something done but there are always safe and smart ways of doing a protest. Kun would first communicate with SLT since he of course does not have any authority to make any decisions for the school. Depending on what SLT says, he will continue forward with said request. He would help the student's organize a small event with a plan holding details such as a time, a place, preferably around a time where classes aren't being held so then students can still attend their classes but also still attend the protest. Kun would be pushing and blasting the concept of deferential behavior to the students wanting to protest.
You can not attend the protest if you are going to be rude, disrespectful, or disruptive to others around you. He would be informative and supportive all at the same time for the students and everyone around the area. He would motivate and encourage students to use only productive conversation, collaborative communication, or solution-oriented discourse as a ways of communicating about the topic at hand that is being protested. There is no need for brawls or hurtful words to be thrown out there but in an overall sense, Kun's objective would to be a support to all students' freedom of speech and voicing.
A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?
Kun would back track his actions to get a clear view of what he has done. He would respectfully bow towards the teacher/receptionist and would apologize sincerely. He would fix himself up and would report that he may need a little more training in his actions to a Higher leveled Council member since he was told by a teacher/receptionist that he may need some room for improvement since he was a bit flawed in the actions he shown.
Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):
An event that Kun came up with that the student council could organize is called “The Amazing Race!” This would be a school-wide challenge event where students form teams and race around different parts of the school completing creative challenges. The goal would be to encourage teamwork, problem-solving, and school spirit while also making the event really fun and interactive.
At the start of the event, teams of about 3-5 students (Have to be strangers at best) would sign in and receive their first clue. Each clue would lead them to a different location around the school, like the gym, library, science labs, cafeteria, or outdoor areas. Once they arrive at each location, they would have to complete a challenge before receiving the next clue. The challenges could be a mix of physical activities, puzzles, and creative tasks so that every team member can contribute in some way.
For example, in the gym there could be a quick sports challenge, like making three basketball shots or completing a small relay. In the library, teams might solve a riddle or puzzle using books or hidden clues. In the art room, teams might have to complete a creative challenge, like drawing one of the school's mascots with their non-dominant hand or building something out of random materials in a short amount of time. Another station could be a trivia challenge with questions about the school, teachers, or fun pop culture topics.
To make the event even more exciting, some challenges could require teams to take fun photos or short videos as proof that they completed the task. For example, they might have to recreate a famous movie scene, do a group dance for 10 seconds, or take a creative team photo in front of a school landmark, which is the big random stone at the front of the school. These could even be shared later on the school’s social media and such.
At the end of the race, teams would gather back in one area and the first teams to finish (or the teams with the most completed challenges) would win prizes like yen, school merchandise, or maybe something even bigger! Even teams that don’t win would still have fun participating.
I think “The Amazing Race!" would be a great event because it gets students moving around the school, working together, and thinking creatively. It would also help students interact with people they might not normally talk to, which could make the school community feel more connected.

Name:
"My name is Kun Jung-Ho!"
Gender:
"I am a male, I believe."
Age:
"I am 18 years young heh..."
Phone number:
"My phone number is (030)-476-8031! Call me sometime!"
How would you describe your personality?:
"I would say I'm quite the expressive person. I'm usually by myself but with people I tend to get silly and have a lot of fun! I can also be very serious and can get a lot of things done that way. I'm a tattoo artist as a part time job and yes I have the certificate for that. People say I look scary (which can be very true) but I am just a very chill, outgoing, lovely guy that just wants to make friends with people and get to know the community even better than I did before. If I were to describe my personality using words I'd say the words would be Sunshine, Radiant, Goofy, and Protective but gentle. I do look very serious from a distance but in all honesty I'm like a cuddly bear! If you ever see me at school, say what's up!"
Appearance/attire (Please provide a picture):

(He was covered in tattoos head to toe. His head bald, covered in ink as well. He was a very stylish person.)
What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:
"I'd say that my general uplifting energy tends to bring a lot of people so much joy. People gravitate towards me sometimes because of my positivity and creativity. I don't mean to sound self centered or anything, It's just what I've heard from other people. I believe that I can bring change into so many causes and can do a lot for the better of the community. I may look scary or big but I believe in restoration. Sometimes it takes a big guy to get down to the problem in some communities. I'm not the answer but I know I can find one for you."
Why do you want this position?:
"To encourage more interaction between students new and old. The school itself is a community, and sometimes you see students misbehaving, all alone, or even not attending classes missing school time, not engaging with anyone. They may be bored, so you want to provide fun ways people can enjoy school. I plan on being a very interactive part of Council. Being active constantly speaking to students, friending them, correcting them on behavior, and making sure everyone is safe and happy in their time at school. I also plan on making friends in this position. I seem have a hard time but I believe with an objective I will concur all that needs to be done in this opportunity."
What interests you the most about student council?:
"If I'm being real, making connections and event planning! I want to meet all new kinds of people and introduce them to my life but I seriously also want to be apart of something big. Event planning sounds like so much fun to me and I feel like I definitely have a lot of ideas ringing around in my head. Being apart of an event that causes so much joyous and core memories for others would be a big honor for me. The bonus would be meeting new people and having my own core memories with, especially with the Highschool Student Council."
What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:
"I have a lot of time in my hands to be able to try to give every student my attention. I have no doubt in my mind that I can protect the children of Karakura. I'm a brute with empathy that wants to find a way to make this world a better place. I definitely have experience with caregiving, I had to take care of my two young sisters from a lot of brutal things. I am a protector, the first thing I'm gonna do is protect the students of the school. I also can say that I'm a decently intelligent hence my reach to wanting to become a physician. I'm mature and think before making decisions. I only want what's best for the students and will make sure everyone is having fun and safe, I love being a silly guy; I'll definitely lighten the mood." /ᐠ - ˕ -マ≽^• ˕ • ྀི≼ᓚ₍⑅^..^₎♡
