Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are important to SchoolRP because they are the main attraction to the game, as the game is about "School roleplay". They are one, if not the most important role in the game, taking part in not only teaching, but also keeping students in place while on school grounds. Teachers are the backbone of SchoolRP. They are almost essential for roleplay during school times and not, and they are necessary for graduating; without them, you can't get into college. You wouldn't even be able to be an adult if not for teachers! In conclusion, teachers take on one of the most important roles in SchoolRP, both in and out of the school.

What's your character's full name?: My name is Lilith! Full name is Lilith D. Rósenstíel... but we are more focused on the shorter things in life...!

Describe your character:
When you first see Lilith, you would see how mini-sized she is... she is 4'6... she is quite small. Don't let her size fool you, she has gone through a lot, and she is a very brave young lady! Lilith has a very petite body, she is very, very slim, very short, and just "fun-sized" in general. Lilith has this very dirty-looking blond hair... though it is a very weird texture, she still manages to take care of it and style it, making it look stunning! Lilith also has a rose tattoo she had gotten many years ago, on both of her arms. It was fading away, but at the same time, very bold. Lilith has brown eyes, quite common, but the way they glisten when she grows fond of you... You will never regret getting to know her. Lilith knows exactly how to take care of herself, whether it is mentally or physically. She takes care of her skin almost every day, having a very specific skin-care routine. she uses all types of hair products, making her dirty blond hair look stunning and flowing. Lilith takes regular Yoga classes at the gym to develop her mental and physical health, and meditates quite often and even goes on runs. Lilith also has her share of scars, she had a big scar on her right calf. She had a small scar on her cheek, and she seemed to be missing the middle finger on her right hand... Lilith is a very, very kind soul. Lilith is the type of person someone would slap, and she will go "It's fine you didn't mean to", even though they did... but it all stops when you cheat on her, or just unloyal to her... then you sparked something inside of her. Lilith is part of many families, 2 to be exact: Rosentiel and Densetsu. Densetsu is quite an interesting one... The Densetsu family is run by Adler Densetsu, who is running it alone at the time. The Densetsu family is a very loyal family, one time Lilith's boyfriend cheated on her, so her father took care of him... To conclude, Lilith is a petite, young lady, who is kind and loving! To the right people...
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
Outlook on students:
Lilith sees her students more like her children! She likes to be kind-hearted to all her students, those who respect her or not.
She sees her students as more of future world changers, not just "Students". For her, they are the future of Karakura! Heck, even the whole world! Though Lilith's patience is not as good as most teachers. But she can discipline herself and her students.
Outlook on Co-Workers:
Lilith sees her Co-Workers as her best friends! Not just people she has to cooperate with. She likes to hang out with them, help them, or even teach them! She sees them as her companions for the rest of her career; her coworkers are her closest companions! After family, of course...
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
My motivation to teach... great question, I'd say my motivation to teach is because of what I went threw in my childhood. My childhood was rough; I won't go into detail, but I didn't get much education back then. Not even Physical Education, the one thing I was most interested in. But now that I am an adult and independent. I can finally teach students myself! Something I've dreamt of doing since I was just a small girl in Cali.

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
If I find out a student is struggling with the stuff I am teaching, I'd first come up to him, I wouldn't call a struggling student up to the board... I'd ask him what he is struggling with and work from there, giving him assistance in what they need and let them know what to do, how, and why.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
The first time the student disrupts the class, whether it is outside on the track field or inside. I will first tell them to calm down and pay attention; first warning. The second time, I'd tell them once again, calm down and pay attention. The third and last time, I'd hand them detention and kick them out of the class. They had their three warnings.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
"Memory Circuit Training" Class Idea
Objective: Strengthen memory through physical activity + mental challenges.
1. Warm-Up for 5 minutes, to prevent any injuries.
Lilith would call out two numbers, odd or even, while students jog in place. (Spam crouching)
Students clap for odd numbers and jump for even numbers.
This trains both working memory and focus!
This class would take place in the track field.
“Human Anatomy Pointout” Class Idea
Objective:
Students will learn about muscles, bones, and organs in the human body in a fun activity.
1. Students will sit down, and Lilith will give a little introduction on what the class will be about
Lilith would call for a student up, position him in a somewhat of a T-Pose next to the whiteboard, before calling for another student.
She will tell the student to point at an organ, muscle group, or bone on the other student, correcting them if their wrong, and maybe giving them a sticker if they are right. Only if it were a difficult question.
and then it goes like that for about 6 rounds before Lilith starts to teach about these organs, muscles, and bones. Their role in the body, their location, how to take care of them, and more.
