With the new apartments at the brand new V complex and its pents specifically, the train station noises are audible 24/7/365 even when you reduce all game volume sliders to 0, you need to disable game volume in its entirety to not have to hear them and this is not compatible with RP, considering they arrive every 90 seconds.

I suggest that the sound be classified under some other slider option if at all possible. If not at all possible, Id like to recommend that the train station be moved further underground to counteract this.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
It will benefit the community of peoples who have these new apartments in specific by giving them an opt in/out choice for the new apartment complex.

This is definitely possible by changing the play-sound type to any of the togglable options (Probably best to make it either "player", "ambient" or "weather", since those tend to be the options that are turned off the most in the Minecraft Music settings)
