What are your current roles on the server?:
Grade 12, Grade 10

Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are extremely important to SchoolRP because they represent what the server is known for- school and the life of a student. Teachers are often some of the first people students meet when joining the server and they influence how they think of the school. In addition, students often grow to idolize and admire teachers that are good at their job and have a contagious personality. When a student finds a teacher, they really like they will often look forward to schooling and going to that teacher's class.

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?: Yes
Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?: Yes

In-Character Section

What's your character's full name?: Zack Smith
What is your character's nationality?: Korean
What is your preferred subject to teach?: Arts (Drama)

Describe your character:
Zack Smith is a very optimistic guy that sees the good in everyone. He carries this positive energy that can be felt when you are having a conversation with him. He stands at 6,1 in height and wears a blue jacket and and a nice light blue jeans, and has chocolate brown hair is a side-swept fringe that is kept neat and professional. His sapphire eyes often are gleaming with positivity and have exciting thoughts rushing behind them.

What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
Zack views his students as more than just people he's teaching. He views them as actual people. People with emotions, thoughts, struggles, and desires. He treats them as if they were his own children and he cares for them with every fibre of his being. He views his co-workers as people he can rely on and people, he can ask for advice. He admires his co-workers and hopes he can teach classes as good as they can.

What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
Zack grew up loving the idea of teaching and knowing that he will educate the future of Karakura. Another reason he teaches is because he wants to be a teacher the students admired. When the students think back to their schooldays, he wants to be the teacher that they think of first. He wants to be the teacher that the students view as almost a father-figure and someone they can trust with anything.

Roleplay Scenarios

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Zack would walk up to the student's desk. He would patiently ask the student what they are struggling with. He would then explain the content in simpler words but elaborate on the part the student is struggling with the most. If the student still doesn't understand the content, he would make simple examples for the student, and he may even give hints to the answer or hints on how to complete the assignment.

A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Zack would walk up to the students' desk, not making an announcement to the class because that may disrupt other students. He would tell the student that if they kept disrupting the class, they may be kicked out of the class or not participate in any fun activities, if any are happening that day. If the student continues, they will get kicked out of the class. If the student disrupts from outside the class, he will give them detention.

Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Charades - Students must act out whatever the teacher whispers to them. The person who guesses it first then goes in front of the class and goes next.

Art to Life – Student will either work in pairs or alone and make a drawing. Then they will go in front of the class and act it out.
