Describe your activity on the server:
I would describe my activity as fairly active although I have thought of quitting due to the process of college, life and moving on I have also put into thought about going out with a bang with this faction. I'm a fairly active person and I spend about 2+ hours on the server itself. I am on summer vacation, and I have more room to be flexible with my schedule and that means I will be on more with proper motivation. When I am unmotivated, I do tend to stay on for 2-4 hours but with motivation I can stay on much longer as I previously used to stay on for 4-7 hours or more depending on what I’m doing. I have a wide variety of characters and therefore a wide variety of experiences, roleplay and activity. I have used a lot of motivation to be on multiple characters to create new roleplay experiences for people. I am often seen running around, interacting with friends and strangers alike on a variety of characters including situations, planned lore, unplanned lore and others which I'm always open to. I also run around and do my own thing, I'm open to interact with almost anyone if I think the roleplay could lead somewhere. If it doesn’t, I still enjoy being able to talk with someone new. I don’t mind planning things with other people to enhance roleplay between many people and be open to just about anything with detail and communication.
If I am not active 24/7 on the specific server, I am always open to interact outside, or things related to it. Things like planning lore, interactions and hidden or interesting situations have always drawn my attention, so I am always open to interacting with people and doing some planning on the server itself which gives me the chance to interact with the server itself. I have also been involved in several planned and flash events held by gangs, the server staff itself and the amazing October events that go on. My personal favorite. In summary, if I had to score myself, I would say a 6.5-7/10 depending on the day and what I’m doing. I do take small breaks for about a day or so to play other games on the rare occasion, but I am constantly somewhat always online at some point for track teams. I was in Kaku-kai, Adobansu, Sonomi, Forelli, Mefisuto for a very short time and finally I am currently in Immetreu. The long line of gangs in my own perspective shaped me in a good way when it comes to staying active. Dedication to one thing is an important balance i believe can be achieved when done right. I myself still haven't found that balance but I try my best.

What are your motivations in applying for the black market dealer role?
My motivation stems from my work previously. I was a Fight Club security for about a year but was never directly interacting with black market, although during that time I had very short and small interactions. I was first directly introduced to the black market when I was in Forelli which had multiple direct interactions with the black market and its dealers. I had done a few personal things like escorting, security and ratting people who were selling weapons to the black market. This was the most time I had interactions with the black market, and I continued when I further invested myself into fight club. Around this time was when I got more and more invested and joined the first wave of Crime Clinic security where I did just about the same thing but escorts. I had more invested time to interact with the black market and soon applied myself. After the applications were checked I became a BMDA. Which further interested me in how the black market worked and what they expected. I loved the interactions I had, and it only egged me on to have these roleplay interactions. The amount of lore put into the faction also interested me, past dealers coming back and starting trouble to current dealer's borderline hating to almost killing each other. It was a very complicated but neat line. I am interested in joining. I also loved the events I participated in. The small Fight Club events done while in my time there, including the black market, were very fun and enjoyable. My time in the Bounty Hunters further lured my interactions and it motivated me to show that I had the patience and time to take a major role in the criminal world.
The idea of a black market dealer stems from my first time ordering, I was confused just as any other new player and needed weapons. The idea of calling a random number and hoping it wasn't some person was a bit nerve racking and in an IC standpoint. That should be how most people view the black market. The view of something whispered in rumors and never said out loud. The roleplay stemming from that is a big motivation. Seeing the interesting ways blakc market dealers roleplay without being too loud about things. But when gangs come into the picture, you can play that too many ways to count and even more ways on what you can do to help people or gangs alike. Cutting deals and the cinstant surge of energy to never know what comes next is a big thing. The black market constantly continues forward and I would like to be a part of that, even for a little while.
What helps you to stand out from other applicants & what can you uniquely provide to the team?
I think what helps me stand out is my open-minded aspect. I'm accepting and open to talk about a lot of things like lore, interactions and characters. I'm a very open person when it comes to that kind of thing and I love teamwork and including people as a whole. I can also provide a more creative mind to the team. Being someone who is a team player, I enjoy doing things with other people. I would also say I stand out because of my extensive and broad experience with all types of roleplays and it helps me better understand what people may prefer. I try to keep everyone included and open to unplanned interactions. I'm a very social person and have no issue talking with others or including them in my RP or character lore. I like to create interesting situations are hard to directly take on, waiting and time placement is something I love to play with when it comes to things like events or lore. I'm very passionate about keeping a realistic experience while adding subtle experiences to strike emotion in roleplay.
What previous experience do you have in working with a team?
I have many experiences, besides working with gangs I have also worked with the FC staff in security and events. I have worked with friends and others by planning our own Lore, characters and situations. Teams are important which comes to my real-life experience. I was on a Mock Trial club which itself takes a lot of teamwork, not only that but it takes dedication and a lot of fine detailing, talking, discussing, striking, re-writing and bouncing ideas off one another. This helped me a lot when it comes to working with a team. I have also worked within the Teacher faction to make things more enjoyable and interact more when I was within the School Faction. In more depth, I would try to make it more exciting with duo-classes, teacher time where teachers would meet up Icly for talking and tea. My experience is a bit broad, and I do hope to learn more as time goes and if I am accepted into the Crime Faction as a whole. Hoping not only to learn as a whole but hone and sharpen my teamwork skills to much more finite detail in hopes of being as helpful as possible to people, not only the ones in the crime faction. I’ve also worked to build multiple gang divisions and lead them as such which helps in pre-planning things like IC assaults, Information and in some cases conversation and keeping things calm. I think teamwork it what makes good things better.
What suggestions do you have to help better the crime faction?
(Cannot have with felony)
-Stab Proof Vest-
450,000
(Organized Gangs Only)
1 Resistance to stabbings
The stab proof vest when worn in combat can be mugged off a person once knocked out. It protects the torso including liver, stomach, lungs and kidneys. This vest gives a sort of resistance at first, a single stab is not enough to fully break the vest itself. There are two ways to bypass the vest, you first stab how you would usually and break the vest itself. Then stab again in the same spot (This should be specified in the action) and the stab will then be completed. The second way is to use a blunt object like a spiked bat to damage the vest, then go in for the stab. Although the bat can do area damage via actioning the side, front or back, stabbing directly gives a much cleaner and less bloody way to commit a crime. Leaving no blood on your hands and the opponent a mess of hard plastic and defeat. Once a vest is broke, you can do two things. Order a new one or request a BMD to repair it. Repair is one thing being a cost of 100,000 Yen and 1 OOC day.
(Illegal)
-Bow And Arrow-
350,000
Block Range: 7 Block
As KPD brings in new toys and gadgets, so should the criminals. The bow and arrows have been used for eons in many cultures, crafted into something more like crossbows but the simplicity of this is better. Arrows cost separately which is 150,000 per arrow. These neatly made compound bows and metal bolts are similar to a stab wound and should be used with Major Permission or higher in order to use. You cannot use the said compound bow as a bat or wrench as it has no stats of such. You can be questioned why you have a bow and cannot carry a bow in public and is an illegal weaponry charge. If an arrow is kept in, the bleed out timer will not continue until the arrow is removed. Keeping the arrow in will start an infection timer. You can try to get an arrow back if you risk staying longer. Or let the person keep it. An arrow cannot be used to stab, way to flimsy in this case.
Are you familiar with all rules pertaining to weapon profiles, combat, permissions, and player conduct on the server?
I would say yes, i am currently

Yes, I am familiar
Are you familiar with that you cannot reveal any out-of-character plans or potential addition to the black market to others?

Kyouko is constantly picking on other people’s business, for better or worse. Her time in being two faced with Shibuya Police trained her to really pry information either in a long patient wait or a forceful violent way. She believes the smallest detail can help with anything and that is a philosophy given to her many times over. In good or bad ways she constantly talks, trying to keep conversation going and ranging in topics to pry information in a fast paced and quick way leaving people confused or even going on ‘auto pilot’ as some would say. Using this she waits until she asks a suspicious question, sometimes it helps sometimes it doesn’t. She covers her tracks in conversation.
PTSD
a mental health condition that's caused by an extremely stressful or terrifying event — either being part of it or witnessing it. Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares, severe anxiety and uncontrollable thoughts about the event. Most people who go through traumatic events may have a hard time adjusting and coping for a short time. But with time and by taking good care of themselves, they usually get better.
Kyouko suffers from severe PTSD after the Fuchuu prison riot which was put into place by several corrupt guards who let loose major gangs and criminals. Her mentor, Hasegawa, was caught in the crossfire and killed before her. Forcing Kyouko to fight for her life and subdue the prisoner. Loud clanging or constant yelling forces Kyouko to stay away from areas or plain retreat or leave. Anxiety distilled into her very DNA. She has nightmares and sometimes sleeps very little in short spurts causing sluggish movements. She doesn’t run much unless there is motivation to run.
Known Family Members:
“They’re dead, why do you need to know.” She flicked the cigarette aside and slid from the dumpster “ Keep going with the questions.”
Father: Kiyoshi Mejiro | Deceased - Murdered |
Mother: Watashi Mejiro | MIA - Left after father was murdered. |
Describe your character's appearance to the greatest detail:
‘Anko’ is a woman standing at 5’7 with a milk chocolate hair that is often very well kept, cut short and tied back usually with a hair tie. She is seen with big glasses that are clearly a prescription to an extent. Her natural smile is a charm used often and found usually in a long trench coat with a black under dress and gloves that on her right hand, cover her pinkie and ring finger, while the other covers her middle and pointer fingers. A unique fashion while her leather boots are made specifically for law enforcement or some kind of high-grade material. She constantly seems cheery and actively looking for people who ‘interets’ her which shows in her tone. Said tone being a very unique mix of both amusement and distaste or a certain indolence hidden behind a smile. As if she is almost forcing herself to speak, talk even if she doesn’t want to. Her brown eyes are observant, forced to glance at whatever or whoever she’s looking at. Remembering colors, features, anything catching her interest immediately. Her attention is divided between keeping her tone to a more appropriate pitch while making sure her facial expression matches with the mood of the area around her. The crippling scent of cigarettes and mahogany are an odd mixture and add to the more confusing parts of Kyouko appearance.
Her greatest stand out would be the way she walked with such leisure, as if nothing could touch her or stop her in her stride. Each motion was lazy and calculated. Think of the drunken stance in martial arts. Something that somehow works despite the odds of confusion and all other logical thinking tossed out the window but hooked on a string to be yanked back. Her choice of clothing is usually casual, often in jackets and some sort of semi formal wear when it comes to seriousness but usually accompanied by her black dress and trench coat keeping secrets and gadgets inside. Other outfits include civilian clothing, blending in to make sure she does not standpoint immediately to the naked eye of anyone passing by.
Describe your character's personality to the greatest detail:
A cheery woman, smiley and yet alluring. Anko tries her best to be interesting depending on the crowd. Easing her way of acting to fit in and get closer with people. Her very teasing like attitude stems from building people’s confidence around her. Not outright fun insults but making sure the conversation doesn’t die. At times when seriousness calls, she can be very strict if not a book person when it comes to things that don’t go her way. Often offering what someone would take as to ease tension, cigarettes are go to when it comes to trying to make friends. If not, mint gum. A two-sided coin, one being like a long-lost sibling and the other is the officer who's been looking for a criminal for years. Strict to a T and never letting anything slide unless it's worth letting it slip from her grasp. A pre-planner and thinking ahead is something she often does as a means to help sate her hunger for information
Kyouko also tries her best to lighten any mood, being a constantly talking individual unless it's a serious time. In the short moments she could be annoying or a life saver. Diverting attention from herself in order to boost others often. And keeping the praise and 'good job' talk to herself rather than from others. As they say, keep your friends close and enemies closer. That is something she lives by and is seen daily if not often when she comes face to face with enemies or unlikely people. Keeping the causality of the conversation on her side. Loyalty goes farther than words or actions and Kyouko shows this in a variety of ways. She uses favors and those are something she is bound to and keeps like a lifeline. Waving off a favor is like taking desperate water to her and throwing into an ocean. A delicate process.
Describe your character's backstory to the greatest detail:

The Obsession﹏﹏✎
Kyouko Mejiro was 18, interning as an apprentice for Haegawa Noguchi. The prison psychologist. Yells, mixture of accents and languages, some in Japanese some in foreign. Unspoken codes, rules and regulations differed from the ones police had instated. It happened fast. Screams, then yelling, without warning. Suddenly the doors opened. Men in orange ran out with shives, pipes and started attacking guards. Wailing sirens filled the air as Hasegawa talked to an inmate holding a shiv. It was going well? Not well enough, a stray pipe hit Hasegawa, a yelling order and soon Hasegawa was covered in blood. Kyouko was covered in blood, but not her own. A dead inmate and a shiv in Kyouko’s hand. The riot continued, doors shut. Kyouko slinked around, a fight or two but no one paid much attention to the paid intern college student. She heard yelling, an argument over payment. It was a set of guards talking. Payment.
After the riot was settled, Anko had turned in the information to the Shibuya Police Commissioner. Impressed, a job was lined up, he pulled strings, everyone pulled some strings. Everyone could pull a string. But that wasn’t it. Far from it. Rumors spread as Kyouko got bigger. Years passed quickly as she went through college. One day finding some free for-hire gang members needing money ran into Kyouko. And recognized her from the riot. She took one, half beaten and bloody. Kyouko took him to a warehouse where she spoke with a man named ‘Shina’ , a crime boss from a local shitty gang. And they talked.
꧁Frequent Flyer꧂
A deal was struck, old threads tightened, and Kyouko brought up the riot. The traitor guards and Hasegawa. She wanted the guards dead, in exchange the guy she had ‘lawfully taken’ would be returned. Not to mention Kyouko her boot on his neck, or that she beat him to a pulp not too long ago. They never said what condition he had to be in. After such, she continued to keep him captive, hiding him away and occasionally bringing food. She was civil, not a monster. That is until a phone call was given. They were found, an agreement was made. Kyouko drove, letting the ‘taken’ man come along for the ride. In the trunk of course. She wasn’t stupid. After such, the door opened to men in blue uniforms. Expensive watches and whatnot. Kyouko couldn’t help finding herself in a situation of being both judge, jury and executioner as an axe was handed to her by ‘Shina’ as she stayed quiet. Ringing filled her ears, a choice she couldn't turn back from. Hasegawa died because of them, dead because they gave in. A little coercion from the gang led Kyouko to kill each officer without mercy. The deals continued.
Coincidentally. She got a call to be hired as an intern at Shibuya under officer Kitamura. A smile fueled her face. After the hostage was returned, a drive later and the intern of Shibuya police was in a gang hideout. A rundown church, odd choice but Kyouko didn’t care, she left. Later calling the police and letting them raid the entire place while she played victim. Let the door burst, guns drawn and Kyouko was secured ‘rescued’ as a hostage. And each one was put into Fuchuu prison.
「 ✦ A fox Among Wolves ✦ 」
Kyouko, now 25 and a full officer of Shibuya. Did not hesitate to crack down on crime. The one time, a one time thing turned to many. Criminals weren’t arrested, they disappeared. Not the minor ones, assaults, thefts, it was corrupt cops, murderers and high profile gang members. Even worse? The criminal underworld was shaking, boundaries crossed, gangs and yakuza’s ratted others out. Ratted each other out. Kyouko had a target on her back and it all came down. The clock read 2:00 AM. Kyouko was walking down an alleyway to meet an informant. This was big enough to get a promotion. High intel on a top dog. No name, no nothing. But a body count twice Kyouko’s age. A favor called from a Yakuza gave way to a meeting with nobody. A talk, fancy dinner and then a gunshot. Several. Kyouko behind a pillar and the masked assailant behind the table. The door busted open and it got easier. Soon enough, everything worked out. Kyouko had taken him to an abandoned train station, a personal favorite. Along with the Yakuza’s Oyabun. A personal favorite cashier who liked the way Kyouko handled business.
Kyouko gave a favor, bailing a certain wanted criminal turned ‘rehabilitated’ back to the streets. Inexchange, another murderer who was hot on the radar of Shibuya ended up disappearing. Investigations stemmed from the shootout area. But nothing was found until later. An officer found something, a gun, unregistered with Kyouko’s fingerprints. After evening, she was confronted. That only ended with the officer in handcuffs, the gun given for disposal to the Yakuza and said officer disappearing. An informant suggested laying low, picking a new name, new ID, she was still Kyouko, but Anko Noguchi might fit better as an undercover cop in Karakura.
∘◦ ✂ ——Fight Fire with Fire——–✂ ◦∘
Anko took the plane, first class. Strings pulled, subtle yet interesting. Attract the eye of people who know where money comes from and what favors come from. The trip was short, but something was off about the island. It was unsettling, the way she got off, the glares, the people. Each person looking with hate or distaste. The train was worse, a fight broke out shortly after she got on. A stabbing, nothing else. It was normal? How was it normal? This wasn’t right. No one called the police. No one helped. A man died on the train, Anko was taken for her testimony but nothing else. She was told to go about her day. A few more trains and Anko arrived on the side of the island of warnings. Killers, psychos and business. Her kind of business. Her kind of island. Her kind of people.
Describe an interaction that your character may have as a black market dealer:
[A clock read 3:01 AM]
Anko sat in a chair, across from her was a person in blue. A uniform she was too familiar with a bag over their head. “Wakey wakey! Come on Comrade, no rest for the wicked!” An officer came to their senses. Zip ties burned into their wrist, struggling against them for a moment “What is this..” Anko hummed, sliding over a file, taking the bag off “A business proposition. You and I are both cops, WE have common ground. Take a look.” Pages flipped, paper clips fell as Anko glanced at the clock.
[3:02]
“I don’t have a lot of time, this organization is something I can’t stand. No class, no rules, no nothing. No order.” She snatched the file “Hey!” The officer barked but her voice had cut him off “I want them off the streets, you’re going to do that for me. In exchange, you get credit, reputation, praise. Whatever you want from this. But you owe me, got it?” A huff was given, clearly a disagreement “It’d be a shame if I called them here. . Took me a long time to gain their trust. What would happen if I let them have a cop of Karakura?” That sparked something. A slow shake of the head, hesitation “No? You did arrest one of their members. Imagine how pissed they are.” She glanced again at the clock
[3:03]
“You have two minutes.” She slid out a cheap flip phone, tapping a keypad as it rang. The buzzing of the title ‘ANIMALS’ That’s all the gangs were. If this didn’t work. She’d do it herself. Self gain, she didn’t have to like them to get rid of the ones that she hated. Keeping the high ones in place. A struggling officer continued to force the restrains. But nothing, no one was coming and the phone clicked “Hello?. . . Hello!?” A finger hit the mute button “What will it be?” Another shake of the head. Anko sighed, unmuting the phone “I got your officer, I’ll send you an address. Have fun.” She clicked the call to end and tapped away. Glancing at the screen
[3:04]
“You’re a cop. Why do this?” Anko popped her head up, taking the mask off and smiling. Confident, snarky and sarcastic “Fight fire with fire. I’m here to rid this shit hole of its corruption. Some people go to far extents to serve justice. You’re a corrupt cop, I’m a corrupt cop. But I’m going to be walking home tonight.” A ping was sent to the phone, glancing she cheesed at what she saw. Proud, walking off and clicking the mask to her face “Have fun boys! A big thank you by the Fox. Let’s keep doing business.” The door opened, bats and katanas entered as Anko slipped out. Whistling.
[The clock read 3:05]
Anko made her way down the street. Tossing the mask into a bush as she snapped the flip phone. Tossing and taking a different one, a smart phone and dialed three numbers 110.
.
.
“Hello? Hi, my name is Anko Noguchi, I think an officer has been kidnapped.”
[The clock read 3:06]
Describe any other additional information that is notable in considering your character for the role of a black market dealer:
Kyouko has spent enough time to get the title of a detective in Shibuya Police Department and thinks like an officer would. Although this can be both a good and bad thing. Judging other dealers for their quirks and a lot of questionable trust. I think it would be an interesting interaction for any person, and I would like to show that in the near future.
