School Employee Role you are applying for?:
Receptionist
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
As a Receptionist on the SchoolRP server, I understand that I play a crucial front-facing role in the daily operations of the school. My main responsibilities would involve assisting students, faculty, and visitors by providing accurate information, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication within the school environment.
Receptionists are often the first point of contact for new and returning players, which means professionalism, friendliness, and clear communication are essential. I would be responsible for managing the front desk area, answering intercom calls, redirecting students to their classes, and issuing detention notices or reward tokens when necessary.
In addition to assisting students, I would work closely with teachers and school management, helping to organize schedules, coordinate staff duties, and respond quickly to any behavioral issues or emergencies that arise in the school. This includes notifying faculty about incidents, ensuring the front of the school remains orderly, and contributing to the overall immersive roleplay experience of the server.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been an active roleplayer on the SchoolRP server for quite some time, immersing myself in the life of a student and later taking on various school related roles. My experience revolves primarily around building my character, Timur Müller, and engaging with other players in meaningful, character-driven interactions. I started by participating in regular school life: attending classes, joining clubs, and forming friendships with other students. This allowed me to practice reacting to different scenarios and develop my character’s personality and backstory through interactions with others.
As my character, Timur Müller, evolved, I sought to delve deeper into the social and structural aspects of the server. I began to understand the significance of community-building and how important it is for each individual to contribute to the server’s roleplay environment. For example, I often take part in school events, such as clubs, student-run activities, and academic competitions. These events allow me to interact with a larger group of players, contribute to group narratives, and navigate social hierarchies within the school setting.
Overall, my experience in SchoolRP has taught me how to navigate both structured and impromptu roleplay scenarios. Whether participating in lessons, managing maintenance issues, or helping with unexpected events, I’ve come to understand the value of consistency, adaptability, and collaboration. I continuously strive to enhance my roleplay by staying engaged with others, ensuring my character remains a dynamic and integral part of the SchoolRP community.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I want to join the School Employee faction because I believe that my character, Timur Müller, has a unique set of skills and interests that align well with the responsibilities and goals of this faction. Over my time on the server, I have gained a deep understanding of the importance of creating a positive and supportive environment within the school, and I believe I can contribute to this in a more substantial way by joining the School Employee faction.
Having already spent considerable time in the school’s community, I’ve come to realize that while students and faculty members are essential for the academic and social growth of the school, the support staff, like caretakers, play a crucial role in ensuring that the day-to-day environment remains conducive to learning and interaction. The School Employee faction would allow me to be a direct part of this process, providing services that impact everyone’s experience on the server. As a caretaker, I can ensure that the school is well-maintained, free from hazards, and welcoming for both students and staff. The satisfaction of knowing I am directly contributing to the smooth operation of the school is something I find fulfilling.
Additionally, joining the faction would allow me to become more integrated with the school’s social and organizational structure. Being part of a dedicated team of staff members would allow me to develop stronger relationships with other employees and students, creating a more immersive roleplay experience. It would also provide more opportunities for in-depth interactions and storyline development. For example, I could help students with various issues, whether it's cleaning up after an accident or solving problems with the building's upkeep. I also see this as a chance to add to the roleplay experience by offering services that others might not be able to, fostering a more collaborative and supportive community.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
If a student were to start cursing at my character during a work shift calling them pathetic and using inappropriate language my character would remain composed and professional throughout the encounter. As a Receptionist at Karakura High, they recognize the importance of maintaining a calm demeanor, especially in tense or disrespectful situations. Rather than reacting emotionally or responding in kind, they would address the situation with maturity by calmly reminding the student that such behavior is unacceptable and not tolerated within the school environment.
Understanding that they serve as a representative of the school and often the first person students interact with upon entering the building, my character would make every effort to de-escalate the situation using respectful communication. They would express that while frustration is understandable, there are appropriate ways to express disagreement, and swearing or personal insults are not one of them. If the student refuses to calm down or continues to behave in a hostile or disruptive manner, my character would discreetly report the behavior to a higher-ranking staff member such as a Vice Principal or Counselor, ensuring the issue is handled through the proper disciplinary channels while avoiding unnecessary confrontation.
At the same time, my character would also consider that students may sometimes act out due to stress, personal issues, or peer pressure. While upholding school rules, they would remain empathetic and professional, never lowering themselves to the same level of behavior. They believe strongly in setting a positive example for students and maintaining a respectful and safe school atmosphere at all times.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Upon witnessing two students physically fighting in the hallway, my character would immediately recognize the urgency and seriousness of the situation and act quickly, yet with a level-headed and professional approach. As a Receptionist at Karakura High, they may not hold the same authority as a teacher or school security, but they are fully trained to follow internal procedures for handling violent incidents and maintaining campus safety.
Rather than physically intervening since that could pose a risk both to themselves and the students involved my character would swiftly and decisively activate the school's communication system, either by using the intercom, radio, or nearby emergency alert buttons to notify faculty and security staff about the ongoing fight. They would provide clear and concise information regarding the location of the incident and the number of students involved, so that the proper authorities could respond as quickly as possible.
While waiting for staff to arrive, my character would attempt to keep nearby students safe by calmly directing them away from the scene to prevent further escalation or injury. At the same time, they would stay close enough to monitor the situation and, if possible without putting themselves in danger, use verbal commands to urge the fighting students to stop and remind them of the severe consequences of physical violence on school grounds.
After the situation has been resolved by higher staff, my character would cooperate fully in documenting what happened, offering a detailed account of what they witnessed, including any identifying details or context that might be important for disciplinary reports or counseling interventions. They understand that their role is not just administrative, but also supportive in maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all students and staff.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
If I noticed another school employee behaving in a way that was clearly inappropriate and potentially dangerous during their work shift, my character would take the matter very seriously and respond with a sense of responsibility and professionalism. As a Receptionist, while my character might not have direct authority to discipline colleagues, they play an essential role in maintaining a safe and orderly school environment, so ignoring such behavior would never be an option.
My character would first carefully observe the situation to understand the risks involved and ensure their own safety, avoiding any direct confrontation that could escalate the issue. Recognizing the potential consequences for both the safety of students and the reputation of the school, they would promptly report the incident to higher management, such as the Principal, Vice Principal, or another appropriate supervisor. The report would be clear, factual, and detailed to ensure that the responsible authorities have all the necessary information to act swiftly and effectively.
Furthermore, my character would remain discreet and professional throughout the process, avoiding gossip or assumptions and focusing solely on protecting the well-being of everyone on campus. They understand the importance of teamwork and trust among school staff and aim to support a positive working environment, but not at the expense of safety or ethical standards.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
When my character is in the employee break room, they understand the importance of balancing professionalism with a moment of relaxation. The break room is a place to recharge and take a brief pause from the responsibilities of the school day, but my character is always mindful of representing the values and standards of Karakura High, even when off duty.
They act respectfully toward their colleagues, engaging in friendly and polite conversation without disrupting others who might be using the space to rest or prepare for their next tasks. My character values a positive and supportive work environment, so they make an effort to be approachable and maintain good relationships with fellow staff members, but without letting casual talk interfere with the overall professionalism expected at the school.
Additionally, my character remains discreet and careful about confidentiality; they avoid discussing sensitive or student-related matters loudly, respecting the privacy of students and staff alike. They use this time to briefly unwind, reflect on their work, and prepare mentally to return to their duties with renewed focus and energy.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me Takes a deep breath, setting down the pen with a soft sigh, then straightens up behind the front desk. As the door opens, the Receptionist looks up with a warm, welcoming smile and raises a hand in greeting.
“Good morning! How can I assist you today?”
/me Carefully opens the drawer and retrieves a small box filled with colorful reward tokens. Methodically counts out the correct amount the student has earned, placing them neatly on the desk. Then picks up a pen and makes a note of the transaction in a small ledger.
“Here are your reward tokens. Congratulations!”
/me Suddenly hears loud voices and the sound of shoving coming from the hallway. Quickly rises from the desk and heads out to investigate. Spotting two students engaged in a physical altercation, the Receptionist steps between them with a firm but calm voice.
“Stop this immediately! Such behavior will not be tolerated!”
Carefully scans the students for any injuries, then calmly guides them to a safe area to de-escalate the situation and ensure everyone’s safety.

Backstory
Timur Müller was born and raised in a quiet town nestled in the hills of Bavaria, Germany. Growing up, his family wasn’t wealthy, but they lived a humble, peaceful life. His father, a skilled craftsman, worked in a small woodworking shop, while his mother worked as a teacher at a local school. From a young age, Timur was taught the value of hard work and responsibility. His parents, while kind and supportive, were strict in their expectations, and their discipline shaped Timur’s sense of duty and respect for structure.
Though Timur didn’t excel academically like his mother hoped, his passion lay in working with his hands. He found solace in physical labor, whether it was helping his father build furniture or assisting with chores around the house. However, he always felt like an outsider among the other children. His peers were focused on academic success and social events, but Timur was more introspective, preferring solitary activities like long walks in nature or reading books on mechanics and engineering. He often felt like he didn’t quite fit in with their world, though he never resented it he simply preferred his own path.
During his teenage years, Timur’s relationship with his parents became more strained. While his mother, a teacher, tried to push him toward pursuing an academic career, Timur’s interest in manual labor and practical work grew stronger. He left home at the age of 18, moving to the city to find work. It wasn’t easy at first. He took on various odd jobs anything that allowed him to stay busy and support himself. His resilience eventually led him to a steady position as a janitor at a local high school, where he could work with his hands, fix things, and maintain the school’s facilities.
It was during his time at the school that Timur began to realize how much he enjoyed the sense of responsibility and routine. He was proud of maintaining the school’s cleanliness, organizing the equipment, and being the person who kept things running smoothly behind the scenes. Though the students rarely noticed his efforts, he took pride in his role. Over the years, Timur became a staple of the school, known for his quiet but steady presence.
Despite his humble role, he developed a deep respect for education and the well-being of students. He became close with the school’s staff, not through grand gestures or leadership, but through his genuine care and reliability. He was the person everyone could depend on, whether it was a simple task like fixing a broken door or making sure the school was ready for an important event. He saw his work as part of a greater mission to ensure the safety and comfort of the students and staff around him.
Now, in his mid-thirties, Timur has settled into his life as a caretaker at the school, finding satisfaction in the stability his role offers. While his ambitions are simple, he takes great pride in his work. His dedication and reliability have earned him the respect of both his colleagues and the students, even if they don’t always recognize it. Timur understands that every role in the school is essential, no matter how small it might seem to others. He has found peace in knowing that his steady contributions help keep the world around him functioning smoothly.
While his past still lingers in the quiet moments when he reflects, Timur has come to accept that he is happiest when he is quietly serving others, ensuring their safety and comfort, and finding purpose in his day-to-day work. The lessons his parents instilled in him have shaped who he is today a humble, hardworking man who finds fulfillment in the small, yet important, things that make the world run.
Despite his reserved nature, Timur has developed a quiet strength that reflects in his work. His backstory is one of perseverance, acceptance, and pride in simplicity, and it continues to define how he approaches life in the school and beyond.
