What are your current roles on the server?:
ADULT | COLLEGE - BACHELOR | GRADE - 12 | GRADE - 12 | GRADE - 12
Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers play a very crucial role within SRP for many reasons. For one, SchoolRp is about school. Teachers are the backbone of the server along with other faculty. Teachers are typically the first exposure of the SchoolRp environment, usually interacting with newer players as well with more experienced players. Teachers on another hand, have to deal with managing typically a full classroom, which can be stressful and a handful. That's why teachers are the most collected and calm, ICLY and OOCLY. Depending on experience of the player, I for one, used to be a QP professor that taught World History, A Verified gang lead, and the owner of Thrift Shop. Using all this experience, I can safely say that I have been dealing with high-tense situations that are similar to a classroom, trained me into me applying to be a Teacher. Looking into my Professor days, I had to deal with Jocks and around 7-12 college students in my class (Which was higher then average). In a sense, Teachers also have intense Roleplay inside the school and outside, seeing students walk by outside, some might come and interact, which is wonderful for opening Roleplay scenarios. Teachers while also immerse themselves into the server, building a connection with staff and students, while establishing discipline when students break one of the rules inside the school. Quick thinking, but making sure everything you do fits within the rules of the school. Teachers also must keep a strict ICLY status, no biased when it comes down to friends you know, OOCLY. These Teachers are role-models, ICLY and OOCLY, which they need to keep that status. They are one the ones who are guided the main player base into the right direction into further more roleplay diversity and expanding their student views within the server.

What is your character's nationality?: Italian
What is your preferred subject to teach?: History
Describe your character:
Marcello is a well mannered and well disciplined Italian man. He's soft spoken, but can discipline when time is needed. The male would have a deep Italian accent when speaking. His skin tone a nice dark tan, his skin being soft to the touch, practically glowing on how he keeps his skin clean. His brown hair neatly combed and held together perfectly, looking as professional as a man can be. The male would act like his strict father when it comes down to teaching, since that's how he was taught and that's how he progressed within the subject. Marcello acts like a father figure within the school, making sure everyone is safe and is willing to help out anyone in an instant when asked. He's protective over his co-workers and students, making sure he can do as much as he can to help them progress further and making them have a positive experience at school. Typically, Marcello is closed off and usually spends his breaks outside patrolling, looking at the nature and making sure the students behave. In another sense, he's a beam of light in a room full of people, easily noticeable within the crowd and able to pin-point. Marcello itself, having other hobbies then teaching. He enjoys to swim and train his body to the maximum, keeping his figure in shape and only enjoys a reasonable healthy diet, making sure to express his healthy diet to others to get others to follow, some can say he is a leader, not a follower.

Marcello is a outspoken type of person and usually views his students as the next generation to pass the torch, remarkable people with potential rather than your typical teen students. On another note, Marcello is protective and is willing to overstep the boundaries to protect his students from other faculty that are abusing their power as a school official, fellow students, or even parents stepping out of line. Marcello will keep a safe environment no matter if it's in school or not, risking his life for the greater good. Gossip is something Marcello wouldn't do, he is closed off when it comes to other people, not making any fast judgement or picking a side that he didn't hear from the other. Something he would never do is speak poorly of his co-workers. He views other co-workers as hero's, guiding the young into being up-right citizens of Karakura. Marcello's motivation comes from a very young age, when his father was a History Teacher in High-School in Italy. When he was placed into his class, he had no intention into taking any of his lessons into heart and taking them outside of the classroom. But as time went on, Marcello grown onto the subject and started to pay attention further into his father's lecture. After, he started taking notes and was fully invested on learning more. He would be studying outside of school instead of doing his usual video games and skating. Learning and learning, he was the top of his class and passed his father's class with flying A's, even as far as competing in a School tournament, left everyone in the dust, and won the award. Taking a step into College, he knew what he wanted and that was to study in the art of World History. After working hard and really taking the initiative to take this study into a full career after college. Years go by, he graduated with his masters in World History. Taking that degree and applied to some schools, managing to keep a substitute role within a couple districts. He would take that role for a year before moving onto something bigger. He finally applied for a Teacher position into a small high-school within Italy, which got accepted. He taught there for several years before growing tired and dreamed of bigger. Marcello, looking onto the web, searching for better positions, suddenly, a Karakura School add popped up. Once clicked, he was immediately drawn and immersed into the idea. He quickly applied and made his presence known quicker then anyone else. After a couple days, the school system reached out wanting a interview. Marcello, already knowing Japanese due to his high-school club, agreed with no hesitation. It started by a simple online interview, before quickly escalating to a in-person interview. Marcello, quickly packing his bags and got on the quickest and most convenient plane to Japan, renting an apartment, and then getting set to meet the Principle. Once meet, he quickly made a great impression and got the job, which he knew he had to carry a legacy to keep History alive and pass it on to another generation for them to pass it on. History shall not be forgotten.

PEACE AND WAR;
In this interactive class idea, we will be expanding on how the world reacts to one side liking one thing and another side liking something else, for example, one group likes markers over crayons while the other side like crayons over markers . One side of the classroom will be about markers and the other side will be about crayons. One person from each side will be called to go up and to give their insight on how their view is more beneficial and more practical. After everyone listens and gives their views, my character will ask if anyone has changed their mind and wish to go to the other side. This project is to see how listening to other opinions can change someone else's on a widespread debate. This practices the ideology that real world law makers and people that had to decide serious movements to either choose peace or to go into war, due to conflicts.
