What is your motivation to lead a club within the school? (250+ words)
My motivation to be a club leader is for the community that surrounds clubs, and for growing my own creativity while developing something unique. I plan to make a club that give students a chance to express themselves through their body and mind. Movement is one of the best forms of expression and can reveal a new way for people to communicate, I think everyone should have the opportunity to experience that. It's more than just giving free range to the members who already possess the experience or skills, but it's about training everyone who wish to participate and allowing them the option to uncover new sides of themselves.

I plan to make this club as supportive and inviting as it can get, where individuals can freely explore many styles and techniques without worrying about being judged. The important side of this will be focusing on development, happiness, and personal expression. It wont be anything competitive or negative to new or old members. I want to serve a stable art form that boosts social skills, and I plan to establish a club that embodies those benefits whilst still being flexible. My main goal is to create a club that students find exciting to join, one that houses energy, positivity, and the special feeling of being apart of a community for all our members. I plan to have people to come to our public activities to engage with others and develop both more creatively and more personally. I want to make the school more lively when we host events, even if they don't like participating in the main purpose of our events.

Why choose you over other candidates applying for this position? (50+ words)
I think I stand out because I can do more than just create/maintain a club, but to develop and evolve it alongside the members. I have experience in planning and managing events, which means it should come easy for me to host activities every so often. I’ve never had any issues or gotten any punishment at school, and I am very liable to work with. I plan to put in all the effort I can give to this and remain dedicated, I'll excel in confidence and positivity with all my activities.

DENIED

Thank you for taking the time to apply. Unfortunately, we've chosen to deny your application this round. The reasons for the decision are as follows:
With how Minecraft movement works, this club feels like it would be rather restricting with lack of the engaging, constant movement an IRL dance club would likely possess.

For any questions you might have, don't hesitate to contact @windswake on Discord.
