Describe your activity on SchoolRP:
I'm quite active here.
I've been playing between 3 and 16 hours a day, every day, for the past 4 years.
I spend most of my time in this community.
Here is a screenshot of my current playtime.

Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general:
I've been roleplaying a lot, exploring romance, drama, lore, and all kinds of emotions my characters could go through.
I enjoy adding detail to my actions, and over the years, I've led several families, and I still do.
I like creating connected stories and playing out both pre-planned and improvised scenes.
I'm really passionate about everything the roleplay experience has to offer.
When I was younger, I used to RP on other Minecraft servers.
The roleplays there were less mature and less detailed, but they were still an important part of my journey with this hobby.
What are your current roles on SchoolRP:
Most of my characters are high school students, but I also have one adult and one college student.
I used to be a Caretaker, which was my first role within the Faculty.
What is the subject you want to teach?:
I’d like to teach Social Sciences (Psychology), as they suit my character’s ****ytical and structured nature.

TRIVIA SECTION
What is your motivation for becoming a professor?:
As I did when I applied for the caretaker role, I love exploring new aspects of roleplay.
I aim to experience every faction and position since I intend to stay active on SRP for many more years.
Teaching is something I’ve been curious about, and I’m excited to gain experience and see what it brings.
Along with gaining experience myself, I want to offer my character the chance to grow too. I’ve played him since 7th grade, and seeing how far he’s come is something I’m proud of. Taking on this role feels like an important chapter in his story.
Work out two interactive classes you will host if accepted:
Class 1. Introduction to Psychology
- Jougen introduces the basics of emotional intelligence, identifying emotions, how they influence behavior, and how to manage them.
He might use fictional character scenarios or roleplay to make students reflect on reactions and decisions.
Period 2: Theories of Personality
- A lesson on major personality theories (like Jung’s archetypes, the Big Five, or MBTI).
Jougen could have students take a fun personality test and discuss how personalities influence friendships, conflict, and decision-making.
Class 2. Social Psychology
- Jougen explains how people are influenced by those around them. He might include a classroom experiment (like having a few students purposely give a wrong answer to see if others follow) to show real-time peer pressure dynamics.
Period 2: Roleplay: Group Dynamics and Leadership Styles
- Students split into groups with assigned roles (leader, follower, challenger, mediator) and work on a short activity. Afterwards, Jougen guides a discussion on how different roles and personalities affect group behavior and outcomes.
Work out a field trip (meaning a class outside school grounds) you will host if accepted:
Field Trip: Town Observation Project
Jougen takes the class out to the town’s plaza and parks for a Social Behavior Observation Activity.
Students work in pairs or small groups to quietly observe public behavior, how people interact, body language,
group dynamics, and emotional expressions in different social spaces.
The help students recognize patterns in human interaction and environmental influence on behavior in natural, everyday settings.
The class meets at school for a briefing on observation ethics (no direct interaction, no recording faces/names, focus on anonymous behavior patterns).
Jougen hands out observation sheets with behavior categories: group size, tone of conversation, emotional displays, physical distance, etc.
Then, they head to the plaza and parks. Students choose a spot, observe for a set time, and fill out their sheets.
Afterward, they regroup in the park to discuss patterns they noticed, like people being more relaxed in open green spaces vs. busier areas.
Back at school, Jougen could lead a reflective conversation about how environments influence mood, social norms, and personal space.

SCENARIO SECTION
Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?
Jougen would calmly approach the group, asking the college jocks what’s happening while quietly assessing the condition of the high school jock. If the situation shows signs of escalating, he would firmly instruct both sides to separate and remind them that any breach of school rules would result in detention. He would then radio the rest of the faculty to inform them that several individuals should be monitored. If both parties claim to have been attacked, Jougen would request the caretakers to review the CCTV footage to clarify the events before taking further action.
Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?
Jougen would calmly remind the student that detention is a consequence of their actions and is meant to be taken seriously. He would instruct them to focus on the task assigned and maintain silence out of respect for others. If the student continues to disrupt the session, Jougen would issue a final warning, stating that the matter would be escalated to SLT (Senior Leadership Team). Should the behavior persist, he would formally report the incident and the student’s behavior to the appropriate staff members.
Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and calling out other students in the class, what would your character do?
As he typically does in disruptive situations, Jougen would first ask them to turn off their phones out of respect for the class, their classmates, and the learning environment.
If the behavior continues, he would calmly ask them to leave the classroom to preserve the well-being of the other students and maintain a productive atmosphere.
Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?
Jougen would immediately call for backup from his colleagues through the radio, requesting additional staff to assist in breaking up the fight.
While waiting for support, he would continue to de-escalate the situation verbally and gather information about what led to the conflict.
Once the situation is under control, Jougen would proceed with questioning the involved parties to understand the cause of the incident and determine the necessary consequences then he would escort any injured students to the nurse’s office?

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. What does they look like? What makes them unique and different? What is their outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is their personality like? What is their plan for the future?
Jougen is an average-height Tibetan man with delicate, fine traits inherited from his mother’s Chinese ancestry.
His appearance is marked by a few visible scars on his hands, tokens of an eventful past, and two prominent, overlapping scars on his throat, one from a bear attack during his youth, and another from the surgery that restored his ability to speak.
His voice, once taken from him, is now soft and steady, carrying a warmth that contrasts with his strict, old-money fashion sense.
Jougen prefers formal attire, well-kept suits, and his wavy hair neatly styled in a professional manner.
Despite his stern appearance, he’s earned the affectionate nickname "Jougie Bear" from those closest to him for his gentle, nurturing nature.
As a father, Jougen brings a deep well of patience and empathy to his role within the school.
He genuinely cares for his students and believes that education extends far beyond the classroom.
He’s always willing to lend an ear to those who struggle, offering quiet wisdom and a safe space for anyone in need.
While kind-hearted, Jougen isn’t one to blur lines, he knows when to be firm, setting clear boundaries when necessary, and ensuring a respectful, orderly environment for all.
His balanced nature makes him approachable without compromising his authority.
Among his colleagues, Jougen is well-liked for his sociable and easy-going personality.
He naturally connects with others, maintaining good relations through mutual respect and lighthearted conversation.
Conflict, however, is something he prefers to avoid.
Jougen is more inclined to mediate and find common ground than to involve himself in disputes, valuing harmony within his workplace.
Looking ahead, Jougen’s ambitions are simple and sincere.
Having grown up in a toxic household, his greatest priority is to offer his wife and son the stable, loving family life he was denied.
Beyond that, he hopes to honor his mother’s memory by continuing in her footsteps within the faculty, dedicating himself to both teaching and guiding others with the same compassion she once showed him.
Describe how your character ended up becoming a teacher and their previous life. It is optional to include earlier life but recommended.
Make sure this is over 100 words.
Jougen spent his early life in a toxic, unstable household. With a mother who gradually grew more absent and a brother, Tenzin, serving time, he was left to grow up on his own. For years, he was passed between relatives, switching households every few weeks as his home life crumbled. Despite the chaos, Jougen quietly endured and completed his high school years without incident. By the time he turned 18, he was determined to leave Karakura behind and forge his own path.
Driven by a desperate need for closure and belonging, Jougen set out across Japan in search of Tenzin, who had vanished into the country’s underworld, leading a secluded clan of his own. From Osaka to Tokyo, and deep into the countryside, Jougen followed scattered traces of his brother’s life. His search eventually led him beyond Japan’s borders and across Asia, before fate guided him to their homeland, Tibet.
Choosing to settle there, Jougen enrolled in college and found solace in academia. He earned both his Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in sociology, and soon after began teaching college students, focusing on the history and geography of Japan, the country he had once called home. Starting as a teaching assistant and quickly rising to a part-time professor, Jougen thrived in his new environment. Yet, despite his achievements, a lingering emptiness remained, his unresolved bond with Tenzin.
After years of searching, Jougen finally reunited with his brother amid the remote meadows and towering mountains of Tibet. Their reunion was tragically short-lived. In a devastating turn of events, Tenzin sacrificed his life to save Jougen from an avalanche. Stricken by grief, Jougen turned inward, choosing to reconnect with his heritage. He sought out his biological relatives, relearned his mother tongue, and embraced the customs and faith of his people, rediscovering Buddhism and the roots he had long been severed from. He remained in Tibet for one more year, gathering the pieces of his life.
Upon returning to Japan, Jougen found comfort in his one true love. They married soon after, and not long after that, welcomed their first son, Sonam, into the world. Fatherhood rekindled Jougen’s sense of purpose. He decided to return to his lifelong passion for teaching, applying to the Karakura Faculty, following in the footsteps of his late mother, and proudly beginning a new chapter of his life, both as a teacher and as a father.
