Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
To maintain the main theme of a school in the server. To occupy people during school hours and to give them an example of proper roleplay, also its fun!

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?: Yes
Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?: Yes

In-Character Section

What's your character's full name?: Mcdelius Nordestrom VIII
What is your character's nationality?: Jewish, originally came from a different city named Kurukaka, has a very deep backstory I can send you if you'd like!
What is your preferred subject to teach?: Physical Education

Describe your character:
Mcdelius wears a black suit with a red tie. He nearly always wears a hat, usually this fancy black top hat. His dream is to open up his own hat store. He is fun-loving and always up to go somewhere, but whenever needed he can get serious fast. With punishments, he wont punish people who he thinks didn't truly mean it or didn't do anything too bad. If he finds a real troublemaker, instead of just detention, he will think of a creative punishment designed for their "crime." His classes would be unique and interactive. For his prefered subject, he chose P.E, but that's not really what he wants to teach. He wants to prepare students for the real world and things they'll need, and he'd love to teach a class about life skills, covering a vast variety of things you might need to do in the real world. If unavailable, he'd also love to teach basic astronomy, for he has a strong interest in that.

What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
Friendly to all, gives people second chances. If people are rude, he will be rude back, but generally he is kind and funny.

What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
He thinks its fun, and thinks its necessary to teach children the proper way, without all the strictness, but with interactive, useful lessons, to prepare them to uphold their generation.

Roleplay Scenarios

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Explain the subject again and relate it to something they can understand.

A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Ask them to stop, maybe throw in a joke or two! If they continue, bring them up to the front of the class and quiz them about the subject we were learning. If they understand it, then fine, he can go sit back down. If they doen't understand or remember due to not paying attention, I'll give them detention and personally think of a suiting punishment for them, not anything too harsh.

Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
How to take car of a car: I'd bring them all outside and show them a car. I'd explain to them how it works and why it works. Then I'd show them how to take care of it and drive it properly! I'll give them driving tips, explain to them the proper way to clean it and fix engine problems, and other things too if they're interested.

Another good idea for a Life Skills class: How to make friends. Making friends is an important part of life, especially in high school. Some people just aren't good with this, and there's nobody to help them. I'd teach them how to approach people without being shy, how to talk properly, and how to get people to like you. I'd bring up two random classmates that dont know eachother and get them to use what I taught, and hopefully become friends with eachother.

Astronomy Lesson: I'd explain to them about our planets, and talk to them about planetal orbits and gravity. I'd take them outside and talk to them a little about our solar system. I'd show them the sun and explain how our day/night cycle works, and the axis's of the earth and perhaps a little about the moon too.
