My activities vary depending on my IRL schedule since I'm quite busy with work. I'm usually active during night hours and after work. When I'm off work, I’m usually very active in those times alone. Mostly on SRP daily. Out of 10 I'd say I'm an 8 for being active. I get on to disconnecting from what is happening in the real world with stress and work. Currently I’m on paid leave till January, so I’ll be available any time of the day!

Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?):
N/A

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yes, I understand

School Employee Role you are applying for?:
Caretaker, but I am open to being accepted as another available role, from the experience role I’ve worked in faculty employee.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A School Caretaker is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the school. This includes ensuring the grounds are tidy, and conducting minor repairs where necessary. You may have to also plan for future developments, and manage any external contractors, They are also responsible to keep the school's bathroom and halls clean. They are also responsible for overlooking CCTV cameras for proof when a student report has been submitted or called over the radio by their coworkers to check the scene and confirm if what happened, happened.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I’ve been actively playing on SchoolRP since early 2017 to 2018. Over the years, I’ve explored various roleplay styles including GangRP and CrimeRP, but my most notable involvement has been within the School Employee Faction. I worked as a Caretaker and eventually moved up to Head of Nurses, serving in the faction for a total of 13 months. These roles gave me a solid understanding of how the faction operates both in-character and out-of-character. My time as Head of Nurses especially taught me how to lead, support others, and manage responsibilities in a high-pressure environment. Although I eventually stepped down, the experience was incredibly rewarding and helped shape me into a more confident and capable roleplayer.

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
Having spent over a year in the faction, I know exactly what the role demands and the responsibility that comes with it. I initially resigned to take care of real-life obligations and work-related stress, but now that I’ve had time to reset, I’m ready to return and stay fully committed. I’ve always taken pride in my work and want to bring that same level of dedication and reliability back into the team. I also made a promise to my former faction lead that I would return when the time was right, and I believe that time is now. Whether I return to my previous role or step into a new one, I’m prepared to give it my full effort and remain consistent in supporting the School Employee Faction.

Situations
/*Do not mention use of FearRP*/

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:

If a student misbehaves, she would calmly warn and tell them to "Watch your behavior, especially around others on school grounds." If the student corrects themselves, she'd leave it with a warning. But if the behavior continues, she'd take disciplinary action leading with her handing them a detention slip.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
She would immediately rush over to intervene, demanding to. “Break it up now and let go of each other.” Once separated, she would quickly make sure both students are calm before addressing the situation. She would firmly explain the seriousness of their actions and tell them that such behavior will result in detention for assault before letting them go.

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
She would radio them, ask them to speak with them privately before addressing their behavior and reminding them to stay professional and safe. If the inappropriate actions continue, she'd either take this up to SLT or report them.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
She’d make a point to greet everyone and sometimes brings in her own cooking for her colleagues to try. She might look intimidating, but she always leaves them with a genuine smile and a good lasting impression.

Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:

/me
grabbed the stool from her office, carrying it toward one of the taller bookshelves tucked in the far corner of the library. She set the stool down firmly, placing a careful step onto it as her eyes scanned the upper shelf. Spotting the book she needed, she reached up and slid it free, noticing a thin layer of dust clinging to its spine and the surrounding wood. Pulling her swifter duster from her side, she gave it a few sprays of cleaner before moving in slow, deliberate strokes along the shelf’s edge, sweeping away every trace of dust. She made sure to clean the empty space where the book had sat, checking each corner before lowering herself from the stool and returning it neatly to her office.

/me sat down at the circulation desk, organizing a small stack of returned books when a student approached with a novel in hand. She offered a warm smile and reached for the book before asking, “Do you have your library card?” Once she got his card, she scanned the barcode of the book and typed in the student’s ID. With a quiet tap of the keyboard, she confirmed the checkout and gently slid the book back across the counter. “It’s due back in two weeks,” she said kindly, making sure the student had their receipt before watching them leave with their new reading.

/me noticed a book left open between the couch seats, its pages slightly bent from being read. She carefully lifted the book from the cushions, closing it gently while smoothing out the edges with her fingers. Cradling it in both hands, she made her way to the nearby bookshelf. Her eyes quickly scanned the rows until she found the right spot, then she slid the book carefully between its neighbors, making sure it was aligned perfectly. She took a step back and glanced over the shelf, satisfied that everything was neat and orderly once again.

Backstory

Chapter I - Upbringing
Se-Jin Minori was born on May 18th, 1989, in Seoul, South Korea to a wealthy family. Being the third child out of her four siblings. As the middle child of her affluent parents, who held prominent positions in a major business firm in the bustling city, Se-Jin's upbringing was characterized by privilege and high expectations. She attended the most prestigious schools, where she received the finest education money could buy, and was tutored by the city's top educators. However, Se-Jin's privileged upbringing also came with its challenges, growing alongside her cousin Miyu, who had a closer bond relationship with her than the rest of their cousins. Despite the advantages her family's wealth provided, she struggled with the pressure to live up to her parents' expectations.

From a young age, she was disciplined to follow in their footsteps and excel in the world of finance and management, mirroring their achievements and success. By the time she turned 15, Se-Jin had fully mastered the Japanese language, a skill she acquired through her parents' emphasis on global connections and opportunities. Yet, her proficiency in languages was just one aspect of the disciplined upbringing she endured.

Chapter II - Turning Point
Se-Jin's relationship with her boyfriend, Chui Ji, ended when he discovered her pregnancy at fifteen, leaving her to raise their child alone. The situation was a turning point in her life, marked by both struggle and growth. Initially, her mother was shocked by the news but eventually became supportive, standing by Se-Jin during this difficult time. Her older sister, who had also been a young mother at nineteen, played a crucial role in guiding Se-Jin, teaching her how to navigate the challenges of motherhood.

At around sixteen years old, Se-Jin met Yutai after a small incident at the coffee shop where she worked. A spill she caused led to their first interaction, marking the beginning of their connection. Coincidentally being one of the models Se-Jin worked with during their modeling careers, Yutai shared professional experiences with her. Their relationship led to them getting married at eighteen.

In her early twenties, Se-Jin worked two jobs, modeling and at the coffee shop, before stepping back from these roles to join her parents at the firm. She was eager to prove herself in the competitive corporate world. With a bold and assertive attitude, she quickly rose to a supervisory role, managing employees with confidence and efficiency. It was at the firm where she first met Madara Volkonsky, and an immediate siblings-like bond formed between them as co-workers. Their connection strengthened as they worked together, adding depth to Se-Jin's professional domain. Her focus on her career lasted until her thirties, a testament to her dedication and commitment.

Chapter III - Ascend
In 2023, seeking a fresh start and new opportunities, Se-Jin, alongside her wife and the rest of their family, made the bold decision to relocate to the city of Karakura. The move was driven by a desire to build a new life and find a place to call home in a vibrant and welcoming community.

While grocery shopping in the area one day, Se-Jin’s attention was caught by flyers on the wall advertising a caretaker position at Karakura High School. Seeing it as the perfect opportunity to start anew, she decided to apply on the spot. Recognizing the potential this role held, not only for personal growth but also for contributing to her new community, Se-Jin threw herself into the application process with a sense of purpose.

Determined to make a strong impression, Se-Jin meticulously prepared for the interview, purchasing a new outfit that exuded professionalism and confidence. When the day arrived, she stepped into the interview room with unwavering poise, ready to showcase her skills, experience, and dedication. Her composure and commitment to excellence impressed the hiring committee, who could see her passion and determination.

In the end, Se-Jin’s efforts paid off. She was offered the caretaker position at KHS, marking the beginning of a new chapter in her life. This role was more than just a job; it symbolized a fresh start in Karakura, an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others, and a chance for Se-Jin to continue her journey of growth and self-discovery.

Chapter IV - New Horizons
Although it was somewhat late in her career, around her thirties, Se-Jin made the calculated decision to pursue a medical profession, a choice that marked a significant turning point in her life. With her background in healthcare, including her training as an auxiliary nurse, and a growing interest in mental health, she recognized an opportunity to further her impact by becoming a psychiatrist. Despite the challenges inherent in transitioning into a medical specialty later in life, Se-Jin was resolute in her determination to follow this new path.
Leaving behind the rewarding role she had established as a caretaker at Karakura High School was not an easy decision, but Se-Jin understood that it was essential for her continued professional growth and personal fulfillment. She applied to medical programs with the intention of specializing in psychiatry, confident that her prior experience and unwavering commitment to improving the lives of others would serve as a strong foundation for this next chapter.

Se-Jin embraced the uncertainties of this transition with a sense of purpose, fully aware that this new direction would allow her to make a profound and lasting impact on the mental well-being of those around her.

Motivation for Joining KHS (Character Perspective):
“Karakura has been a part of my life for over a decade and this school has always felt like more than just a workplace. It is a community I genuinely care about. I started here as a Caretaker and then moved into the role of Head of Nurses which gave me a deeper understanding of how important it is to support students and staff beyond academics. The faculty team here is like family to me. When I resigned it was incredibly hard to even step outside the school gates because for once in my life I truly loved this job. Now I am excited to explore a new path and try out being a librarian. It feels like a natural next step where I can continue contributing to the school community in a meaningful way.”

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I have worked here before as a Caretaker and Head of Nurses, and I have also been on faculty for a year, so I am familiar with what needs to be done during school hours. I am reliable, organized, and care deeply about keeping everything running smoothly. I want to come back to the school and remain fully part of the faculty because I truly enjoyed being on the team. The reason I resigned before was that I struggled with motivation to keep up with work while managing real-life challenges after hours. Now I feel ready to return and contribute again.
