Describe your activity on the server: I get on quite often, multiple times a day, playing for a few hours before getting off.

List your current roles on the server: I don't currently have a role, other than a student.
What experiences do you have with roleplay?: I have roleplayed (not on this server, but just by myself) since I was little. Roleplaying is one of my favorite things to do, I'm pretty good at it too!
What is your motivation for applying? I think joining the hospital was my calling, I want to save lives, and I find everything related to human body fascinating!

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
Not very much, actually. I'm trying to hang around the hospital more, trying to learn all I can.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished? Yes, I completely understand!

Character’s Nationality: Lives in Kakura, was born in Spain and lived there for a period of time
Character’s Marital Status: Is still single
Character’s Religious Denomination: She is actually Catholic.
Character’s Spoken Languages: She speaks Japanese and English, but isn't terribly good at communicating in Japanese.

SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
Hospital Medicine (and if not) Dermatology.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions? No, she doesn't.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others? Shoko has dark, brown, and sorta wavy hair. She has lavender eyes that are hidden behind a few bangs. Her skin in sorta tan, and on her face were some, but not many, freckles.
How does your character act around the hospital? Shoko is reasonable and responsible around the hospital, taking into account the opinions and well-being of others. She tends to be rather considerate, she has since she was little. Her mother was a doctor, and Shoko looked up to her a lot. Her compassion for others is what drove her to want to be as kind as her mother, voice low and happiness high, as she always said.
Does your character function better on their own or with others? Shoko is sorta introverted, although she does like to talk! It's nearly IMPOSSIBLE for her to hold a grudge, and doesn't raise her voice unless someone is being unreasonable or did something stupid. Shoko gets along with most people, unless the other person is generally hard to talk to.
