Describe your activity on the server:
I've been playing SRP since around 2021, on and off. As of about 2 months ago, I have once again decided to come back to SRP after a long break and I have decided to give an attempt in being an actually active player this time. I've had my fair share of experiences after all the countless of hours I've spent on here however I've never quite gotten to be on the faculty side myself, which is why I'm applying now! I make an effort to log in whenever possible, trying to balance my own life and being active of course. You can expect to see me on nearly everyday, especially during evening-midnight hours. I'm not sure how important this is however I'll leave an image representing the playtime on my main account.

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Absolutely, I accept that inactivity should be the result of a removal from the role.
School Employee Role you are applying for?:
I'm applying for the 'Receptionist' role.
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
The receptionist role I'm applying for plays a big part in keeping the school organized, safe and welcoming.. As a receptionist, it would be my responsibility to assist students as well as the other staff, enforce rules politely but firmly and contribute to a healthy school environment, be it by maintaining order, providing necessary resources or offering guidance to students, my goal would be to act as a supportive member who upholds the school's standards and make an effort to give the students a positive learning space.
On his typical day, he would arrive as usual, checking in and preparing himself for the responsibilities ahead. He'd start off by reviewing any overnight reports or notes left by the previous worker.. making sure he was aware of any ongoing issues that may have come up. After settling in at the front desk, he'd greet the students as they entered, giving guidance, answering questions and offering support when needed. He'd be seen calm yet alert, keeping a close watch on the students and the communication via. the radio. At times, he'd be seen patrolling the halls and the outside area, keeping an eye out for students in need of help. When not patrolling however, still kept that eye out behind his desk instead, answering questions and completing paperwork. During lunch he'd take a small break keeping a close watch to any radio calls. In the final period, he'd continue monitoring, stepping in to de-escalate any conflicts and offering support to the staff. After the shift's over.. he'd either assist with detention or help secure the school before heading home and relaxing after a long day's of work.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I've been involved with multiple forms of roleplay over the years I've played, both on SRP as well as FiveM.. however more notably still on SRP. Over time though, I've had gone through many many many situations and scenarios where it has helped me to make my actions a lot more creative, adaptable and if needed even professional during interactions. In the time I've played SRP with the characters I've had, I've been on the sports teams having to do JockRP as well as Rivalry, worked jobs as a cashier on stores, delved a bit into BusinessRP and oh so much more to name.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
Joining the School Employee faction would allow me to tinker in more on the faculty side where I haven't given my shot yet, I see it as a chance to learn something new and be a dependable part of the community. Being a receptionist gives me a whole lot more opportunities to get to know new people, not only students but other faculty as well.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
[Receptionist] Junseo Nara folds his arms calmly across his chest, keeping a neutral expression as the student shouts. He waited for the student to finish their outburst before finally interrupting and speaking firmly.. without raising his voice. "That language is unacceptable, what's really going on here, hmm?" he said, signaling for the student to step aside with him while keeping a steady eye contact, showing no anger or frustration.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
[Receptionist] Junseo Nara immediately approached the students with quick steps, he'd raise his voice just enough to cut through the havoc "Break it up, NOW!". Using his body to separate them safely, he kept his arms out to block further swinging at each other.
[Receptionist] Junseo Nara whispers through radio "I'd love some backup in the hallway, children are throwing hands again.."
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
[Receptionist] Junseo Nara looked at them with a professional demeanor.. he'd place himself close enough to intervene if needed but first addresses them directly. "Mr... that's out of the question.. That's like extremely unsafe, I wouldn't want to make a report to the dean about this." he said as he let out a big sigh, pinching the bridge of his nose.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
[Receptionist] Junseo Nara stepped into the break room, greeted them with a polite nod "Good afternoon everyone.". He'd move towards the coffee machine, preparing a cup with three creams, no sugar.. before taking out a ham and cheese sandwich which his wife packed earlier. He sat down nearby using the time to briefly review any notes or reports from earlier. Remaining respectful towards the others not interrupting their conversations, he kept quiet.. before eventually taking the leave after a bit of browsing.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
[Receptionist] Junseo Nara stepped into the hallway, adjusting his posture to stand tall and confident. Surveying the surroundings keeping a keen eye on the students as they passed by, he ensured that the atmosphere remained calm and orderly.. He offered a small nod to any students who made eye contact with him, showing that he's approachable but not to be taken lightly. He made a mental note of the students who seemed out of place or who might need attention later while keeping his tempo down the hallway with quiet steps.
[Receptionist] Junseo Nara twitched his brow when he heard an argument down the hallway.. he'd stand up from his desk and walked towards the source. Spotting two students standing face to face, he approached them calmly, placing himself between the students, "Tone it down you two, let's take a moment." He said in a firm but quiet tone.
[Receptionist] Junseo Nara noticed a student standing by the locker with their head down, he'd approach them calmly, maintaining a distance "Hey, everything okay?" he asked softly, his voice warm but professional, "Are you having trouble with the assignment?" he asked once again before gently placing his hand on the locker.. he remained patient.

Backstory
Junseo Nara, born in a small to a small town on the outskirts of Seoul, South Korea. His family wasn't entirely perfect, but they were rich in tradition and knowledge. Junseo's parents both educators, deeply taking learning seriously. They passed these values down to their son from a very young age. He grew up surrounded by books and discussions, often having to overhear his parents speak about the importance of education and valuing others potential. At the age of 10, Junseo's life took an unexpected turn. He was sent to Karakura to live with his aunt while his parents focused on their careers over seas. This move, although a necessary one.. wasn't exactly easy for him
At first, it was difficult on Junseo to gain friends, partly due to not knowing the language all that well, however after a couple of weeks he would be seen focusing a lot inside the library, trying to study the new language. It was a challenge for him, however being persistent he kept studying and practicing, not only inside the library but around the town as well. After some time though, he soon found himself improving in his studies. His aunt, a kind and patient woman, encouraged him to immerse himself more in the culture and language and it was here when he really first discovered his passion for education.
He spent his school years navigating the complexities of the city, often feeling like an outsider. However, Junseo was determined not to let his originates define him. He became fluent in both Japanese and his mother tongue.. Korean. He started to gain respect from his teachers and it was around the time that he also met Sarang Maru in a library, a student who shared her interests with him. Their connection was pretty much immediate and over the years, their relationship started to blossom into a deep and supportive partnership. After time, his relationship with Sarang Maru grew stronger and together as they raised a family, balancing the demands of their careers with their love for one another.
After completing his education, Junseo returned to his hometown briefly for a visit before deciding to finally settle in Karakura permanently. With a bunch of experience and a strong desire to make a difference, he became a receptionist at the local school he graduated himself in. His approach to education was shaped by his own struggles, understanding that complexities of the world around us can be fixed if put effort in.
Today, Junseo stands as a member of the Karakura community, a husband, father and a member of the faculty, with a passion for making the world a better place, one step at a time.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
"When I moved into Karakura, I saw an opportunity to make a real impact.. after facing my own struggles growing up.. moving away from family, having to learn new language and finding my place.. I knew I could help others do the same. The many students here are facing similar challenges and I just want to be the mentor who can guide them through it. I'm not here just to guide, but to support and encourage students in both their educational and personal growth. I understand the feeling of not belonging, I want to create a space where students can feel understood and find their own path. Joining KHS is my way of giving something back."
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
"I believe I bring a unique combination of empathy, experience and dedication that sets me apart from the other applicants. My background of moving to a new town.. heck.. country and adapting to different environments has given me a deep understanding of the challenges students face when adjusting to change.. Simply said, I've been in their shoes and I know how important it is to have someone who actually does understand and support you. In addition to my personal experience, I'm passionate about helping others grow, not just academically but emotionally and socially as well. My approach isn't just about teaching, it's about creating a safe, welcoming space where students feel seen and heard. I'm committed to building strong relationships with my students and helping them overcome their struggles."
