You'd be talkin bout our signatures. It's a gif we add to our signature, usually custom made, and usually done by an website/app called Canva.

I usually upload my gif by sending the said gif to a private discord server, and then importing it as a link.

But I'm sure you could just upload the entire thing to the signature​
