On SRP I try to be as active as I can be. From Monday to Thursday I usualy tend to join in at 8pm but I am not online everyday from Monday to Thursday. On Friday I am available from 3pm till 4pm and then later in the evening from 8pm or 7pm and then until 10pm or bit later. On Saturday and Sunday I usualy join at 7pm or 8pm.

School Employee Role you are applying for?:

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
The school nurse treats minor injuries or provides medication to a student who is feeling sick. If the student has a minor wound the nurse will clean the wound and put a bandaid on it or will bandage it up. If the student has a bruise the nurse will ice it and apply oitment if needed. If the student has a major wound/injury the school nurse will provide first aid by for example cleaning the wound and bandaging it up to prevent further bleeding and will contact EMS so the student can get further medical care. For all majors injuries that accure the nurse will call EMS as the school doesn't have the nessecary equipment for it. If the student has a broken bone the nurse will stabilize the bone to prevent further injury until the student can receive further care at the hospital.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I first started roleplaying on roblox by joining different roleplay servers. I firstly roleplayed on adopt me and then Royale High. Later on I started roleplaying at The Robloxian General hospital. At first i roleplayed there as a patient but then started attending trainings and got the Head of doctors role and I now roleplay there as a doctor. When I got robux I started roleplaying on Bloxburg. I joined SRP somewhere at the end of 2023 summer. When I first joined SRP i got interested in it and I started exploring and learning how things work here. I currently mainly roleplay on SRP for example by interacting with other students or participating in class and etc.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
School employee faction seems fun and interesting. School employee faction is versatile and has many different positions you can apply for and I would love to be part of it. Being part of the school employee faction would give me an oppurtunity to engage in new type of roleplay and roleplay with different people. Now before I also mentioned that I find the school faction interesting I find it interesting because how it has many different positions and how they can all work together to make the life at school better for the students and the rest of the employees and I would love to contribute to that.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
She would kindly tell the student to stop cursing and to calm down. She would also try to calm the student down by reasoning with them and guiding them through some breathing exercises to help them. If the student does not listen a warning will be given. If the student after that still continues to act that way she will give a second warning but if the student still doesn’t listen a third warning will be given and if it continues detention will be given.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
She will at first try to separate the students to ensure no more punches are thrown. After the students have been separated she will ask both students what happened and will then listen to both sides off the story. If there were any witnesses she will also ask them what happened. Once she has gathered info about what happened she will inspect both of the students knuckles to see if there is any bruising. If one of the students has bruising on the knuckles it means that they have thrown a punch if both have bruises on their knuckles then that means they both have thrown at least one punch. If there is CCTV in the area she will ask a caretaker to check the footage. By checking the footage she can get any extra info about the situation. Once all the info has been gathered she will give detention to the student who punched/hurt the student, if both students punched/kicked/hurt/ one another both will receive detention. After that is done she will inspect the students for any injuries that need treatment. If during any point of the time she spots a serious injury that needs immediate attention she will then deal with that by either bandaging the injury, applying ice, stabilizing the injury or calling EMS if the injuries are in need of medical attention that cannot be provided in school by the nurse and then will continue with the rest.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
She would kindly tell the school employee to stop acting that way and that her actions have consequences. If the school employee stops she will kindly remind her to not do it again. If the school employee doesn't stop she will notify SLT about the school employee's behavior to ensure the situation gets taken care off.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
She would have a bright smile on her face and would kindly greet anyone who entered. She would be open to talk why anyone and if someone just needed someone to listen to them or give them insight on what to do in a situation she is more than ready to help them. If she is not needed she would mainly chill around in the break room to relax for a moment.
/me (treating an allergic reaction)
/me she would look at the students hands to see if hives were present, if hives were present the student was indeed having an allergic reaction. She then would turn to the student and ask ,,Any difficulty breathing?" She then would instruct for the student to open their mouth, she would then pick up her penlight and shine it in the student's throat to check for any swelling, if swelling was present then the student would be having anaphylaxic. She would quickly grab the epipen and would say in a calm voice to ensure the student doesn't start panicking ,,I am going to inject you with some ephinephrine, okay? So try to stay still for me." She then would administer the epipen to the student's outer thigh. After administering a shot of ephinephrine she would check the students vitals. She then would proceed by calling EMS and monitoring the student's vitals until EMS get to school.
/me (treating a bruise on the head)
/me she would brush away any of the hair that was obstructing her view of the bruise with her hand. She then would inspect the wound and gently touch the bruise to get an idea on how severe the bruise is. She then would get an ice pack and a cloth and would then wrap the cloth around the skin, this is done to ensure the ice pack isn't directly against the skin. She then would put the ice pack on the bruise. She then would turn to the student and instructs her to hold it there. ,,Hold that there, It is gonna help bring down any swelling." She then would grab her penlight and shines it to the students right eye and then do the left to check the pupils response to light. She then ask the student to follow the light for her. Once she was positive that the student was okey, taken care of propeply and didn't have a concusion she then would kindly escort the student out and wish her a safe recovery.
/me (treating a sc**** on the knee)
/me would walk over to the cabinet and take out antiseptic solution, gauze pads and a roll of bandages. She then would proceed by crouching down infront of the student and rolling up their pant leg to get a better look at the sc****. After inspecting the sc**** she would take a gauze pad and soak it with the antiseptic solution and would then look up at the student and say: ,,This is gonna sting a bit but I need to clean the wound. So brace yourself, okay?. Then would lower the antiseptic gauze pad onto the wound cleaning it thoroughly before grabbing another gauze pad and applying it to the wound and wrapping bandages around it to make sure it stays secure and won’t fall off. She then would address the student and say: ,,All done. You did great. You are free to go, just be careful, okay?

Backstory
Alaya was born in Tallinn the capital city of Estonia to Maria Jõgi and Yuko Hitashi. She spent the first 8 years of her life living in Estonia. During her life in Estonia she made friends and attented kindergarten. A few weeks after she turned 8 her parents discussed the possibilty of them moving to Tokyo as her dad got a job offer in Tokyo. After a discussing it and weighing the pros and cons her family decided to move to Japan. Alaya attented a school in Tokyo before she decided to move to live with her aunt at 15 to enjoy a more peaceful and calm life in Karakura. When she first arrived to Karakura her aunt showed her around and told her a little about Karakura. The first few weeks she spent in Karakura were mainly spent on getting to know the people there and where everything is. One of her favorite places during these few weeks became the forest despite a tragic event that happened in the forest when she was 16. When she was 16 she went on a stroll in the forest thinking it was gonna be a normal a day when she suddenly was nudged into a cave by a bear. That day did not end well for her as she ended up loosing her whole right leg. When she was 17 she bought herself an apartment with the help of her parents. She also found herself a boyfriend that later broke up with her. After some time she decided to try out for modeling and applied to Hoshino Productions and got accepted into it. She was very happy about that. When she finished high school she decided to go to collage and major in pre-med so she can be well prepared for med school. After finishing collage she applied for Keio University in Tokyo. She ended up getting accepted and she was thrilled. Once she finished med school she applied for a nurse position at Karakura School.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
During med school I had the dream of joining EMS but after I graduated from med school I had a mental block. I thought I wasn't fit for a job at the hospital and that I wouldn't be able to handle it so I thought I would apply for the nurse position at Karakura High school as it is still a medical related profession but less intense. Plus this could be beneficial to me and maybe even others in the future plus I would love to make sure that the students at Karakura High school are healthy and uninjured but even if they are injured I will take care off it. And as of right now I am starting to like the idea of being a nurse at Karakura High school, maybe this was made for me. Either way I am excited to be potentially working here and helping everyone else here.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
On the job I am professional to ensure the best outcome for the students and everyone else who needs my care or help. When I am treating someone I do it with confidence and precision to ensure the best outcome. I am committed to my job and generally to any job I do. I always stride to be the best I can be. Now of course I can't be the best in everything but I try to be the best I can be in the things I enjoy especially medicine. I am an open-minded person and ready to listen to anyones ideas even if they aren't the best. I am a good listener and always ready to listen to any off the problems you have. I don't discriminate or get upset when someone doesn't agree with me or has a different view on something, I just kindly disagree with them and then we move on from the topic or we will continue if the other person wishes to do so.
