Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:

The reason why I think teachers are important to the server if of the fun roleplays they bring to the server, the fun the teachers bring is the role plays you can do so many roleplay scenarios with teachers, from teaching classes to taking care of misbehavior students and giving them detention, the reason why the school is so fun is because of faculty they bring all their unique role plays into the school, no matter where you go you can Roleplay with faculty so that's a reason why it's important. Another major reason why teachers are important is due to the roleplay aspect server, and the overall name of the server 'SchoolRoleplay' The school faction adds tons of roleplay within the server, such as roleplaying out detentions, class time, and fun academics in school. What if teachers were not in SRP? Well, it wouldn't be SchoolRolePlay. It is the most important faction to the server it has a vital part for the server, and without them, the fun of actually roleplaying as a student of Japan is just boring it would be more city roleplay rather than actual school, the school brings many people together from jocks to other factual like professors and caretakers and the rest, due to those players taking their time to roleplay with players show the importance with the teacher faction.

Appearance


Yû Lei was a middle-aged man who was in his late 20s, he would stand in front of you at 6'1 with platinum blonde hair with a fade around his ears, and he smelled of Versache Eros. He had a small arm tattoo that would stretch from his right shoulder to the lower part of his bicep and wrap around the whole arm. Lei had yellow-brown almost golden-like eyes, that were shaped like hunter's eyes as he seemed to be tired but wasn't. Lei also had a small scar on his left eye, that stretched from his left eyebrow to his cheekbone. Lei had yellow-toned skin due to his Chinese heritage of the Yu family, He could be seen wearing piercings out of school, and taking them out once he teaches, He has a very grunge-like style wearing baggy clothes.

How he acts

Yû Lei is a kind and genuine person and treats everyone with high respect in and out of class He treats his students with unbelievable respect, making sure his students feel comfortable around him and their classmates, he also is very supportive of his students and encourages them to try their hardest or to help them feel accepted. He is very patient when it comes to certain things, he is very calm and collected.. though he can be silly at times. He is surrounded by his family too, The Yu's are the best part of his life and he would do anything for them he is seen as an elder brother to his cousins and supportive of what they all do and stand for.

What makes Yû Lei unique

The thing that makes Yû Lei unique to others is his fascination with art and what it brings to him, he finds joy in art and another thing that makes him unique Yû Lei is his talent for art he has been doing art since he was a little kid so he's talent and wants to pass on his skills to people who are also interested into art like him.


Future Plan

Yû Lei's plans for the future are to become a person looked up to by others, either from his family or his colleagues, after his teaching job he wants to help those people in need no matter what it takes and to be a loved person by his community and for people to be glad and joyful around him, also a job he seeks after teaching is to become a doctor who helps those in needs and who is in emergency needs emergency.


What Yû Lei is planning to do in and wants to do, is to finish his teaching job by trying to become the Head of the Department

What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:

Student Outlook

Yû Lei’s Outlook on his students is for them to live amazing lives in the future. Another outlook is for them to enjoy attending his lessons and to be happy and excited to learn from Yû Lei. He wants his students to be happy and joyful every day. He would love for them to get the best grades to get their dream jobs. Yû Lei hopes he can motivate his students to pursue their dreams and influence them to do greater things in life. Yû Lei may be tough on his students sometimes but he means well, as always.


Co-Workers Outlook

Yû Lei's Outlook on his co-workers is for them to host classes without problems. He wants to be the best for his co-workers and to be great friends with all of them. He wants to help them the best he can. He would like all his co-workers to enjoy the job and come to work with smiles on their faces. Yû Lei will always offer help to his co-workers and influence them to be better people. Lei supports his co-workers just as he supports his students, always being very calm when it comes to incontrollable scenarios, He is seen as one of the most helpful and easy to speak to workers in the school.



What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
The reason why Yû Lei is motivated to apply for the teaching position is that he has a passion for becoming an Art Teacher for Karakura High School and teaching students of Karakura the art skills he's been learning for many years, he wants to show how useful art is and what can be done with the skills learned, he wants to teach his students to the best of his ability so they can pass with flying colors, he wants to show as many art skills, so they can use them in the future, for various jobs like Tailoring outfits, or to be a professional artist, he wants his students who are passionate for his subject, to get the best learning from him, Yû Lei wants to show the future of Karakura his passion for teaching the one thing that is so dear to his heart the subject Art to include his father is an Art professor and Yû Lei looks up to his father very much as he's the one person in his life he loves the most.

Roleplay Scenarios

A student in the class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:

If Yû Lei would to see a student of his in his lesson that is struggling he would get up from his seat and walk over to the student and after going up to the student he would ask his student this question "I saw you struggling need some help I can tell you what to do or what you can do." if he was to get the response of yes he will assist and help out his student so they can correct the work to their liking after the student has finalized his work Yû Lei would congratulate them and hand them a sticker for putting effort into his work he would also say to the student "Always feel welcome to come to me to ask for help don't be nervous or scared him here to help you no matter what."

A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:

Yû Lei
would tell the student disrupting his class to stop interrupting him and distracting other students from their learning if he were to ignore my warning he would be given a last warning if not he would receive detention after school but if they were to keep distracting me whiles I was teaching I would hand him a detention slip for, and then warn him if he continued I would have to radio in for an SLT member to remove them from the class if they continued, but if they ignored and kept disrupting me and making the other students have to deal with him, I would have to remove him, and then tell SLT about how the student would Disrespect me in my class and Disrespect other students by name calling and disrupting their learning, after removing the student I would continue my class.

FIRST CLASS

Here is an example of the intercom for the Fruit Bowl task:

[Intercom] (Pridekyle) Yû Lei "*The sound of an exhausted male with a deep thick Mandarin voice an would speak through the old school microphone* "Good Morning my lovely students this is your favorite teacher and I will host a class in period 2 we will be painting on canvas you will be painting a fruit bowl so head down to my class Period 2 and we will have fun painting see you later."


Fruit Bowl Task

The first class my character Yû Lei would host for his lovely students would be a lesson where he would place a fruit bowl out into the middle of the classroom, and from there, he would say to his students;

Here is the introduction of what I will say:

Introduction: “Today's task is to paint the fruit bowl in front of you in any type of style, I did explain this in my intercom but it's nice to be reminded in case you didn't hear so let's get started and pick out whatever paints you need from the front I've laid them down.”

After explaining what the task is I will let students begin and while they are starting I will check out if any of them need help if they do I will assist them to the best of my ability i, also mention the paints from Watercolors, to acrylic or Gouache paint or oil paints it's whatever paint they desire they can get if it's suitable for school they will have access to then I will also mention to them there’s going to be a vote on the one the students like the most and the top 3 people will receive a sticker for their effort to the class and work.

SECOND CLASS

Here is an example of an intercom I would say for the mask-making class.

[Intercom] (Pridekyle) Yû Lei "*The sound of an exhausted male with a deep thick Mandarin voice an would speak through the old school speakers* "Good Morning my Bobcat students, I'll be hosting again today at Period 3 today I will be so happy to see your lovely faces me your favorite teacher will be giving you all blank masks for you to paint or color them in with designs see you guys in period 3."

Mask Making

The second class my character Yû Lei would host for his amazing students would be about students' creativity, skills, and what their imagery brings to art. He would have placed blank masks on the students' desks. The masks would be all different, and students could pick the one they wanted. They would also be given feathers and glitter, and they could get whatever they desired to add to their mask if it was suitable for school.

Here is an introduction I would say:

“Good Morning, my lovely students. It's amazing to see your lovely smiles. Alright, then I'll explain what we will be doing in today's task. You will have the option to pick whatever masks I've laid out on your desks if you don't want the mask you have on your desk go up to the front and change it if you wish. Alright, I'm here if you guys need me now. Good luck, as the best 3 will get a sticker.”

After the students pick what is the best top 3 the students will be rewarded stickers, and then after the voting is over I will allow students to show each other their masks, after that I will end the class after the period ends.
