Describe your activity on the server:
I first joined the SchoolRP server in 2023. My activity on the server remains consistent, primarily because I am online virtually every day, enjoying the role-play experience while interacting with many friends and immersing myself in the server's activities and plugins. I would, at times, collect items that looked super cute to use in role-playing. Occasionally, I do take intermittent breaks, but I always announce to my friends that I will be taking a short break from the server, along with how long I expect my break to be, as we all need time off.

What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation for applying comes from a genuine desire to contribute to a more engaging and realistic role-play experience on the SchoolRP server. I remain passionate about creating immersive storylines and believe that taking on a more serious role, such as law enforcement, will enable me to make a positive contribution to the SchoolRP environment. By applying to join the law enforcement team, I aim to enrich interactions, foster thoughtful role-playing among other players, and contribute to the structure that keeps the community running smoothly. Becoming a police officer isn't just about a title—it's about being part of something bigger that enhances the quality and enjoyment of SchoolRP's role-play for everyone involved.

What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
Police work involves a wide range of responsibilities focused on maintaining public safety, enforcing laws, preventing crime, and protecting the rights of citizens, or, in this case, SchoolRP's virtual citizens. Officers train in areas such as criminal law, traffic enforcement, arrest procedures, self-defense, report writing, emergency response, judicial procedures, and generally SchoolRP's rules of conduct. They conduct investigations, gather evidence, respond to 110 calls, and work closely with the community to solve problems and build trust within the community. Police also handle situations involving simple conflict resolution, mental health crises, and domestic violence disputes. In modern policing, there is a growing emphasis on ethical conduct, accountability for the use of force, and community-oriented strategies. Overall, police work demands a combination of physical readiness, mental discipline, legal knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills.

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
Police are essential to SchoolRP as they maintain order, enforce rules, and ensure the safety of the school community within the role-play environment. They play a crucial role in creating a realistic and structured environment by responding to crimes, breaking up fights, handling investigations, and protecting students and staff from in-character threats. The presence of Police adds depth to the RP experience by introducing consequences for illegal or disruptive behavior while encouraging players to think critically about their actions. Additionally, they help balance the dynamic between lawfulness and rebellion, which is essential for creating engaging, credible storylines within the SchoolRP server.

What languages does your character know besides Japanese?:

Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
My character is a 5' 10" (177.8 cm) tall female with pale and creamy skin. Her hair is long and silky, cascading down her back and shoulders, a pleasing pale indigo in color. Her hair is soft, visibly showing its fleecy texture. She has light blue eyes, much like her hair, but more of a blue rather than indigo. Her body is in the shape of an hourglass, earned and not given due to the slightly toned muscular build she adorns and continues to maintain. She has a charmingly sweet personality, otherwise a classy woman who isn't afraid to stand up for herself and others.

How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
In professional situations, my character maintains a charming and approachable demeanor, using her sweet nature to build rapport and diffuse tension while staying focused on enforcing rules and maintaining order. She communicates clearly and confidently, striking a balance between kindness and firmness to ensure respect and compliance. In casual settings, she's warm and friendly, easily connecting with others through her genuine charm. However, she still carries a strong sense of responsibility—ready to step up should the situation get out of hand. Overall, she blends sweetness with strength, showing that being kind doesn't mean she won't stand her ground when necessary.

What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
In law enforcement, the outlook on co-workers and teamwork is deeply rooted in trust, mutual support, and shared responsibility. Officers depend on one another not only for operational success but for personal safety, especially in high-risk situations where coordination and clear communication can mean the difference between life and death. Teamwork is seen as essential—from routine patrols to complex tactical responses—and new recruits are taught early on that no officer operates alone. The profession emphasizes loyalty and unity but also accountability, as modern policing demands integrity and ethical conduct, even among close-knit teams and factions. Overall, strong teamwork and effective communication are viewed as the backbone of responsible and effective policing.

What's your character's backstory?
My character was born and raised in Russia, where she grew up surrounded by a close-knit family and a strong sense of community. From a young age, she was known for her sweet and charming personality, always able to make friends easily and bring warmth to those around her. Recently, she moved to this new country, seeking fresh opportunities and a chance to start anew. Although still adjusting to her new environment, she carries with her the values of resilience and loyalty instilled in her by her upbringing. Her charm helps her navigate unfamiliar situations, but beneath that sweetness lies a strong will and determination to stand up for what's right and bring a sense of order wherever she goes.

General knowledge
Can you legally own a pocket knife in Karakura?

No, you can not legally own a pocket knife in Karakua.

Name 5 medical items that do NOT require a prescription
Multivitamins, Bandage, Paracetamol, Cough Syrup, Iron supplements.

If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
My character would first assess the situation and follow established protocols while working to create an environment where all parties could remain safe, pending an immediate review of the events leading up to the physical abuse of an inmate. Once everyone was safe, she would contact a higher-ranking officer, either by radio or in person, to report the situation. Should an established protocol not exist, and in the event my character fails to receive a radio response, she would proceed to separate the officer from the inmate either by putting them in different rooms or removing them entirely from the situation, after which she would document both sides of the story, first questioning my fellow officer and then questioning the inmate. In the event that an established protocol does not exist, she would try one last ditch effort to contact a higher officer and notify them about the situation, seeking guidance on how best to handle the situation.

What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
If my character saw my co-worker being assaulted, the first thing she would do was call for backup on the radio, informing them about the situation. While making radio calls for backup assistance, she would try to assist her fellow officer. Once the threat was contained, she would do her best to secure the scene while making a detailed report of what occured, providing such report to a higher ranking officer.

What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
My character would follow the established procedures within which I would hopefully be trained. In the event that an established law enforcement procedure did not exist, my character would first try to figure out what was going on by investigating the officer in secret, obtaining as much documentation as possible. First, she would not confront them directly. She would follow them to locations, documenting what was going on between the officer and the criminals. After my character obtained as much evidence as needed, she would then make a report to a higher ranking officer, informing them about the situation, while providing all of the evidence for which had been compiled thus far.

How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
My character would follow the established procedures within which I would hopefully be trained. In the event that an established law enforcement procedure did not exist, my character would first try to get a recording of the criminal as evidence for attempting to bribe a officer. First, I would make it perfectly clear to the criminal she would not be accepting the offer but would ask the criminal anyways what his or her intentions were as a means to obtain a confession. After gathering all the necessary information, I would then inform the criminal that bribing an officer is against the law and only serves to increase the charges. I would add attempting to bribe an officer to their charges and contact a higher-ranking officer to inform them about the situation.
