My suggestion is to be able to pay someone without looking at them. Basically we would type in a command and then write the person's username who we want to pay the certain amount of yen to. Example: /pay printsess300 15000
I have also seen pay commands in other servers that work username based, basically you don't need to look at someone to pay you just type in their username. So this should be possible unless it interferes with another SRP command and causes it to break but I believe it should work.
Edit: Yonio said that sending money should use in-character data, so I decided to change it from using someones username to using the person's character name. Example: /pay Alaya Hitashi 1500 Thank you Yonio for bringing this to my attention, I appreciate it.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
This gives the opportunity for people to pay someone without looking at them. This would also lower the chance of accidentaly sending someone else the money in a crowded area. It makes it easier to send money in a crowded area. And this gives the opportunity to send/pay someone money when they are not online making paying your tailor, artist or whoever you ordered from easier as then you won't have to spend time trying to find a time when you both can get on. As you can just easily type in the command and enter their username and the amount you need to pay.

I was actualy unaware off this but you need to go to a ATM machine or the bank for that i think, so i guess this would make it so you can do it anywhere.

Yes but I believe via username is easier since not all people know the other person's bank number and the other person might not know theirs either so they other person would need to still log in to tell them. And with username you can just type in the command and their username, money amount and your done but for the current one you need to go to the bank, know the other person's bank number (if the person doesn't know they need to log on and find out), then interact with the npc and then put in the things when the npc asks you and then your done. The current one takes longer, plus not all players have a bank account. I personally have but I do not use it. Think of this as using your phone to send someone money, kinda like venmo.

We absolutely need this! We can already do a form of this, but by using the IC account number, which to me has been ineffective as the people I needed to send money to do not KNOW their ic account number. Having an option to use the username instead of the account number would be much easier, and if needed/wanted, give a new rp way of sending money through a bank app like PayPal or cashapp!

Perhaps then we could do it via using the person's character's name like instead of putting in their IGN you but their character's name for example /pay Alaya Hitashi 1500 because everyone doesn't know their bank number and we could perhaps have an app on the phone like paypal now of course this would mean coding and stuff so perhaps when you click the app it just tells you in chat to use the command so it won't be that much coding I believe (I am not sure as I don't have a lot knowledge in coding).

Yes I am aware of that and as I have said before not all players use the bank and not all players who use the bank know their bank number. I believe using the command would be faster and easier as you would not need to know someones bank number and so doesn't person someone is trying to send money to.
