Summarize your previous experience (both in general and teacher wise): I never have been the best student at p.e lessons but somehow i got a passion for soccer and swimming.those where the sports that I made the effort to show what i was capable and I became a sports lover.

KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. Teachers in general must be professional in-game or out-of-game.since they are adults they can maintain the interactions between teachers/students.They have a important role on the students life,while helping them and motivate them to have better life or get a job.The sallary usually goes 2500 yens per month.
As the teachers are responsable for kids educations and need in general they have to make equallity for all of them,includding extra lessons for people who need more attencion.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server: To help the students have a better general knowlegde and helping them prossive in life

Trainee | (Trainee) : As trainee you will not have the perms of a normal teacher and must ask before holding class, this is a time to get used to and learn how to be a effective and hard working staff member.
Newly Qualified Teacher | (NQT) : As NQT you have the skills and authority to run a classroom, but still need permission from the HD and get the lesson plans from the HD, this is the next step to being an official teacher.
Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills | (QTLS) : As a QTLS you are a real teacher and can have class when you like in a school day, trainees can watch the class being held but not train them.
Head of Department | (HD) : As HD you plan all the lessons for that department and train the new incoming teachers. HD is the highest Teaching rank you can get.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:The school works on the MoSCo system (Must have, Should Have, Could Have).

Mrs Kamryn Todd is a 23 years old Graduated teacher.She has brown hair,brown eyes and a tall women.She always were sports clothes and hates makeup.She's funny and distracted but sometimes she demonstrates her serious side and a its little suspicious of the world.She loves kids and hope one day will become a professional P.e teacher.Even tough she is a single women she is not planning on getting marry and eventually adopt a kid.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: Tell them that is incorrect and warm them depending of the situation

kamryn since the eighth grade has never been a dedicated student and she didnt care about physical education,but one day when she enters 10º grade,a teacher made her realise how good was those lessons. On the first lessons, she was sitting on the bench and ignoring the teacher's intructions.As the teacher got mad at her the first time he made her go to the detention.barely he knew that something was not motivating her.So the next day he asked what were Kamryn favourite sports.hard to get is answer she responds that she loves soccer and swimming.A few week later and The teacher wanted her to join the soccer team and get her motivade to become a great soccer player.she worked hard for the team and made them win a lot of trophys.
.Ever since that day ,after all those words the teacher told her,Kamryn dreaming of becoming a P.e teacher made her realise how she could help the students liking that subject and how healthy sports are.She eventually had to give up her soccer team and joined the universityy in hope she could continuing her dream and a few years later, she actually graduated and her beeing a P.e teacher came true but,there was only a small problem .On her country it was hard to find So she moved out to Japan and trying to find a job.at the first month it was hard because she wasnt use to the environment and her dreams were fading a way and she kept fighting have her dream wish.Now she is a teacher willing to do anything, ready for all the challenges and to give students lessons a better meaning of P.E
