More positions for school faculty, The school Is the most important part of SRP and I think there are too little positions for applying as a school employee, almost all of them are taken and there is would never be a unclaimed position. almost All the employees are online at the exact time and some days there would be no employees when there is school hours, so i suggest that we add more positions for school employees, so everyone no matter what their time zone is could enjoy and get help when it is school hours.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
There would be more people wanting to apply for school employees and with that the school would never be empty there would always be a faculty member online that can help and deal with the problems, and everyone could enjoy the school hours no matter their time zone.

-1 I believe they have a set amount they can have in the roster. It does not really make sense to increase spots because caretaker for example is 8. I feel as 8 spots for caretaker is enough. You do not need a lot of each role.

-1 yeah same thing as CakeRP, I feel if there were 8 spots of CareTaker and there are 8 CareTakers then we do not need say 4 more. We need to keep in mind that even if there are too many adult spots then we don't want too many people to be in Adult if you get what I mean

You could apply this logic to pretty much any (decently active) faction. While yes, it does suck that a faction you want to apply for doesn't have enough slots to have their applications reviewed, adding more slots wouldn't solve the issue at all; It would just delay it until faction slots are full once again.

Put it like this: a busy road with 4 lanes gets traffic jams very often, so the city mayor adds 2 more. However, the people staying behind on those jams now use the 2 extra lanes. Does this solve the traffic jam issue? Not really. It just makes it wider.

If you care for a faction, you'll definitely find ways to interact and support them, even as a student. As a matter of fact, doing this will already boost your chances of getting accepted into a faction

No there are plenty of faculty and many sub of those factions. Is ALL THREE Teams are completely full there are 110 different spots to fill. 30 are teachers, 40 for professor, and 40 for Employee. There is ENOUGH of spots

- We'd be open to the idea should a reasonably unique role be suggested, however we'd rather give additional responsibilities and jobs for existing faction members to do rather than create a role with little substance or activities.​
