Describe your activity on the server:
My activity for SchoolRP is quite higher than the majority. I have been playing since the start of 2020, and have been an active player since. From my time of playing, I own and lead two massive servers; That being, Thrift Shop, The third ranked Tailoring server. I also own Manhanto, A organized (verified) gang that I still lead for about a year now. Looking into my roles, I was a QP professor, and had the professor role for about 6 months. In the past, I have taken the college exam and received the college role first try. Another role I have also had in the past was bounty hunter where I was in that position for a couple months. While being a bounty hunter, I was also a Fight Club security that I still work for till this day. I have hosted high scale events and hosted another high scale event with Thrift Shop in the next following days. My honest activity within the server is a 8/10, but I’m very persistent on getting my tasks done and expanding myself within the SchoolRP community. I hosted the TownHall attack, involving destroying the town hall, kidnapping the Judge and stabbing said judge, then having a duel with the mayor, finally ending with a stab to the liver. I look forward to doing even more high-scale events within GangRp, but I also want to discover another side of SchoolRp, that being the EMS faction. Something new and something that involves my real life career I am going towards.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:

GANGRP

This was one of my first true experiences in SchoolRp when I joined in 2020. This is where I learned how to properly roleplay and how the server truly works. Using these factions to grow into the server and have my reputation increase as time increased. With having my first actual application being my UVG application for Sinnerous. One of my many milestones I have made within the server. This is where I joined factions such as Bounty Hunter and Fight Club security. Both factions have helped me increase my roleplay and how to work efficiently by communicating ICLY and OOCLY. Having tasks assigned to me to complete, worked like a quota. Using this foundation, this taught me how to properly act within factions and how to act ICLY when it comes to higher ranks, like it does within Gangs. Now, I own my Verified gang Manhanto where I take on the responsibilities to lead and help others achieve their goals within the server.

FACILITY

While owning a UVG gang, I took it upon myself to apply to the Professor faction. When I applied, I hoped for the best and got accepted on the first try! Knowing this role takes great responsibility, I attended the training and made sure to take notes of everything, taking ss’s and sending it to a fellow co-worker so they could have it as well, helping both of us. In my free time, I would look for things to teach about before my classes started, making sure the students I was teaching would learn something new, instead of just a boring class. While I wasn’t teaching, I was still helping students by standing by the front desk just in case they had a question or a report to make. If not at the front desk, I would be patrolling, making sure all students are following the School Rules. After months of hard work, I got promoted to QP Professor, the second highest rank under HD (Head of Department).

TAILORING SERVER

Thrift shop being one of my most successful servers so far, having almost 900 members within it so far, being the third ranked server in the SchoolRp server. I have been running this server for longer than a year, managing over 100 employees. While doing so, I love giving back to the community so I typically host server-wide events with the help of oInfi to make these server-wide events happen. I love making my tailoring server ICLY and I love making something enjoyable for everyone. This has increased my responsibilities to manage everything, while not being afraid to ask for help when the time is needed.

What is your motivation for applying?

For starters, EMS was always something I was always interested in, but wanted to gather more experience within the server before applying. Now that time has come, and ready to invest time and effort into this faction. Everyone from the EMS faction told me of how great and fun it is. Something I would love to partake in. Moving on, I want to explore the server and its factions, with EMS the most eager to apply and to join. I want to move away from Gangrp and discover other opportunities, wanting to finally roleplay as a law-bidding citizen that works within a faction to assist, not destroy. Following my real life career, I have always been invested in the Medical field, with having certifications to perform actions. I’m very experienced in this field when it comes down to the basics, eventually going to Medical School in the near future to expand on my knowledge. Furthermore, having a role such as this could help me prepare and learn further into the Medical field, preparing me for a small idea of what to come in the near future. Something else that can come from this opportunity is the roleplay diversity. I love Roleplaying and meeting new encounters, with that being said having to speak with patients and co-workers, something new always upbringing. Bonding and building connections is something that is always fascinating towards me and something I’m always looking for to do while Roleplaying with my characters. EMS is a perfect faction for me to get what I want when it comes down to roleplay.

Adding on, EMS will take priority over my other roles, such as Gangrp and my Tailoring server. I'm fully invested into the faction and being apart of the community.

Which role are you applying for?
I'm applying for Psychiatrist

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
(This is to gauge at your current understanding of the faction prior to acceptance)

THE THREE MAIN BRANCHES OF THE HOSPITAL:
PSYCHIATRIST
DOCTER
PARAMEDIC
These trained doctors are for attending the mentally unwell patients, not the physical.
These doctors are skilled with listening to the patient's problems and evaluating them. They are trained to figure out what's going on and prescribe medication or overall advice to help them recover. Mental health is just as important as physical health, these doctors play a huge role in the hospital itself.
Trained and skilled doctors who treat the physically ill patients. This ranges in medicine for small problems to stitching and performing life-saving surgery. Doctors are one of the most crucial roles within the hospital since they are the final push onto saving someone’s life. They make sure the patients are as healthy as can be when exiting the hospital when cleared to do so. Tasked on giving the best care and taught to do so proficiently. They also tend to the machines as for example, the X-ray machine to give a further evaluation.
These trained doctors are the ones who tend to the outside-hospital treatments, going directly to the on sight scene. They are tasked to perform medical procedures outside of the hospital and prolong their bleeding/death till they get to the hospital. Very limited on what they can do for them, only providing minimal care until treated by the doctors at the hospital. They are also trained to drive a standard ambulance from the hospital and back with the patient. For certain, one of the more dangerous roles in the branches but also one of the important roles.

THE RANKS OF THE HOSPITAL:

Trainees - Trainees are people who undergo training in specified medical fields such as either medical or psychiatry, having to develop several skills while doing so. As well as, they are supervised extensively throughout their training by supervisors and higher-ups while within the hospital.

Resident Doctors & Resident Psychiatrists - These are residents who have graduated medical school in either field, Doctors having graduated the medical field and Psychiatrists having graduated the field Psychiatry, they specialize in both fields and still undergo supervision when in hospital. Doctors treat attendants’ injuries and illnesses with utmost care and Psychiatrists take care of the patients’ mental health and well-being with sincere care.

Attending Psychiatrists & Doctors - These medical professionals have been completely licensed in their professions, having finished all of their training and their residency. They hold the most responsibility in taking care of patients and supervise residents and other trainees.

Clinical Supervisor - The Clinical Supervisor is a medical and healthcare professional that supervises and mentors the trainees of the hospital to make sure they receive the highest level of training and teachings. They look over every hospital worker, informing them with feedback, giving them guidance and helping them build their career.

Clinical Lead - The Clinical lead is an extensively experienced healthcare professional who manages specific clinical departments within the hospital. They make sure the hospital is up to code with the highest amount of care and respect, making sure the patient's care is up to code as well when being taken care of by the hospital staff, handling and directing specific clinical operations within the hospital.

Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?

I acknowledge and accept those terms.

Character Backstory (Optional):

EARLY DAYS

Downtown in Italy, was born a male by the name of Marcello Diez-Romano. He was born on March 15th, 1996 with his parents being Marco Diez-Romano, and Ginevra Diez-Romano. Growing up, Marcello always had a closer connection with his mother than with his father. The memories he and his mother have created. The fondest of memories he carries with him of her. Because at a young age, she went missing, having a negative impact on him and his father. This made Marco have to deal with Marcello himself, he tried his best to make Marcello his happiest, despite having fallen into a state of depression and delusion, this caused his efforts to be a bit short.

At just the age of 18, he got into gambling and became a drinker addict. His father tried to help him with this, knowing the reason was his favorite person, his mother, had gone missing. He suggested therapy, rehab and more to Marcello, but Marcello just always denied it. Marcello’s pain was incurable, at least to himself it was. He lost the most important person to him, his mother, who he spent countless hours with as a child. He was throwing his life away step by step, falling into a realm of despair. In his eyes, there was no way out of this state. He was stuck in this black hole that he opened up for himself. During college, he was the same way, an alcoholic gambler. It’s been like this. But when he reached his junior year of college, he realized he shouldn’t be throwing away his life because he’s been dreading his mother’s disappearance. She would’ve wanted him to succeed and thrive in life. With this new mindset, he quit as much as he could with his addiction in both gambling and drinking. After college, with his Masters Degree with pre-med classes. and he applied to a medical school and got accepted. He wished to get a degree in psychology, as he had a mindset of wanting to help people, the way he should’ve been helping himself. He had to go to Medical School for 4 years of a psychiatry residency where he treated patients under supervision, passed licensing exams to work as a medical doctor, where he specializes in mental health.

PRESENT DAY

At the age of 26, he decided to go on his own journey after receiving his degree. He moved to Karakura, Japan. He heard a bit about Karakura's hospital and heard it was a good place. He wished to move, get a good job there as a psychiatrist, a good life in Karakura and most importantly. A fresh new start at himself just like how his mother would’ve wanted. He also heard about the fancy jewelry Karakura has. He knew he wanted some of it, as he fancied jewelry. It made him seem more professional in his opinion. Having this job, his dream jewelry, he finally realized he had turned his life around, getting back on track to his happy state. He got a fancy golden bracelet, which had a locket that carried a picture of his mother, so she can be with him everywhere he went, in times of grief, happiness, anger, or any other emotion he may feel during any moment of any day.

SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?

(Ensure this is appropriate to the position you have chosen. Some examples can be found here)
Marcello’s medical speciality is listening and observing movements. He comprehends emotions very well and is able to read them off of another person, very easily. He’s able to understand and evaluate others just by listening and getting a grasp of their perspective and how it’s like in their shoes, granted no one goes exactly through the same, but that's where you need to be mindful, which he very much is. He knows to get to know the person before asking personal questions, you want to get to know them as a friend then as a patient, which is having them put more trust on you and wanting to speak about it more and therefore having a better evaluation. He chose this path since he struggled with mental health and found peace by helping others and helping himself. Now he wants to give people that light of hope and that hand to grab onto for that extra push into a more positive future.

[!] The male pondered to himself before answering the interviewer. [!] "I study psychology. I wish to be a psychiatrist here at Karakura Hospital. I studied quite hard, went to college for the years needed with the pre-medical classes.. and then medical school for four years. I figured that I should help people with problems. My backstory is what makes me wish to do this." [!] The male clasped his hands and putting them in his lap, his posture always perfect and keeping his attention on the interviewer, he figured if he looked away for even a second, it might ruin his chances. [!]

Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?

Marcello has been to medical school and had internships at the hospital in Italy. Seeing all types of roles and assisting as much as humanly can in his position, always taking that extra stand to help even if it wasn’t his job. In lectures, he’s always taking notes for reference in the future and always on top of everything. The male, also assisted in nursing the unwell patients while also learning how to speak and communicate to irrational guests. Moving on, he’s always learned how to listen and observe, taking notes of the human brain and its emotions. When graduating, he’d fully learned how to evaluate someone mentally.

"Of course I do." [!] The male replied, keeping a stern look on his face. [!] "During college, the medical school I studied at, I had to treat mistreated and ilI patients. I worked at a hospital for my training as well, which helped me learn the values I need for medicine." [!] The male finished speaking. He nodded to his own words that came out his mouth. [!]

SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?

A 6’5 Italian male stood before you. His looks and personality speaks wonders alone, showing he treats himself with respect and self-love. His brown hair neatly combed and his eyes gleaming in the light. Looking at him, you would never guess he had such a troubled past, struggling with his childhood and addiction. Marcello, the one struggling with mental health, now the one helping others once he fixed his one and now having a brighter future. Marcello would be perceived as an overall modern-day real life hero. This man would help anyone and anything when asked, always looking for a better option, and never giving up. Following one of his favorite morals from his fictional hero he looks up to, Spider-man. “With great power comes great responsibility.” Which in this case, working in a line to help others and saving their lives. The most heroic thing for someone to do. Overall, he’s the type of man you would get in need of help. Marcello, will always answer and always reach out a helping hand in the deepest of shadows to assist.

"My looks?" [!] He asked curiously.. he wondered why his looks and peoples view on him mattered, but he answered either way [!] "I say my looks can be deceiving. I'm a nice guy overall, but I always keep a stern expression on my face. Showing emotion to anyone can be an entry point to disasters that no one wants to occur. Simply because, I want to appear strong and courageous to do my work." [!] The male replied, his hands continued to be clasped together in his lap. He seemed very confident in his speaking abilities. [!]

How does your character act around the hospital?

Marcello, treating the hospital as a sanctuary. Hospital to him is the borderline between life and death, knowing these people put it there all to save people's lives, mentally and physically. These people are truly the heroes of Karakura and he will respect them as such. With high respect, sometimes Marcello just sits down and reads his newspaper at the back of the hospital, just trying to get the atmosphere of how the workers feel day and night, while watching the unique injuries coming in, and just overall in need of people who need to speak to someone. Marcello, admires the hospital staff and the overall hospital itself, seeing this, he’s always dreamed of being a part of it.

"Simple." [He started off [!] "I'll do as I'm told, do my work as quickly and perfect as it can get. As a psychiatrist I should know how to have a good and professional conversation with someone, especially if talking about past experiences with any type of trauma they may have dealt with in the past. It's always important to let them have the most words and time to talk as it's my job to listen and help them get better, and to also provide medical management to them if needed." [!] He finished speaking, yawning as he seemed tired.. but dedication overthrown his exhaustion. He wanted to get this done with. [!]

Does your character function better on their own or with others?

Marcello works both ways, but he’s always been better being by himself and working with patients who need advice and overall need someone to speak to. But when needed, he will assist with doctors if needed and allowed. He’s the picture perfect co-worker, never causing issues and just being a friendly face and very easy to talk to. Marcello, being an open book and always having the best intentions in anything he does. When speaking to someone, he’s very pleasant and collected.

"Alone." [!] He immediately answered. [!] "I would rather be alone than with people who can slow me down. Now, I don't mean that to be rude, but I work better alone. I can think, speak better, and get work done quicker. Having another person could be a distraction, which is very bad in the medical field." [!] He nodded, he thought he had a point and hopefully the interviewer agreed. [!] "We're done? Very well. Good day." [!] He got up and nodded his head before walking out the room [!]
