Describe your activity on the server:
My activity on the server varies I try to play for around 3-4 hours on weekdays and weekends, and it may go up to 6-7 hours. The hours will vary from time to time and what I am currently doing in real life.
I spend a lot of time on the school rp just wandering around and interacting with people, but over my 2+ years of playing the server, I've almost dabbled into everything, from jockrp to gangrp. Even trying to start things on my own like a gang or a family. One thing I've just never been able to get into is the different factions, i was a member of the crime faction through Fight Club, but never dabbled with any of the legal factions. I want to try something new as everyone knows the server can be repetitive if you don't continue to try to explore new things!

I am applying for the Judge position!
What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation for applying varies, firstly I just wanna expand my roleplay capabilities and the school rp horizon by trying new things. It feels like I've tried to do a lot on the server already, but I know there's still so much more on the server. Having a role that matters is also important to me, as a judge I'm actively in important decisions icly on the server, and I wanna help impact the bigger things. Learning more about the different communities on school roleplay is important to me.
There might be a future for me inside of law in real life, to be frank, I'm not fully sure yet if I wanna pursue a legal degree, but I think this will anyways be a good experience that I can learn from and take use in almost anything I want to do.
Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
Yes, I've read the laws multiple times because of my crime background on the server but I think the laws and rights in general are just an interesting read.
What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
Honestly, I want to learn and roleplay with more people than I'm doing currently, also the type of roleplay inside of the government faction I feel is so much different from all the other aspects of the server.
So a main goal for me is to experience something new, and learn something from the faction which will make my time on school roleplay even better! The roleplay the government faction does is also extremely unique to the faction, there is no other like it on the server. Being a judge is something unique.
I also want to make a difference, it's always fun to roleplay with the current government workers, whether it's asking for legal advice or just talking with them. I wanna be on the other side and do all sorts of roleplay.
In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
From my time talking to the faction members and past members I've learned they do a lot more than what you would expect. This is what I've seen them do and heard they do.
Judge:
They file restraining orders. (It is an order restricting an individual from doing something, most of the time used to restrict someone from talking to someone else.)
Officiate marriages
Review different cases
File adoption papers
Sometimes they hand out IDs like most of the roles here do.
Lawyer:
They will either defend their client (Defendant)
They may prosecute a defendant (Prosecutor)
Attending trials as either one of these.
They respond to attorney calls.
It's their job to build a clientele.
And they do also hand out IDs or do general desk work!
Governor:
I've seen them do shop inspections, either undercover or just normal ones.
They do a lot of deskwork, so answering questions and handing out IDs
They approve adoptions
I've seen a lot of them do surveys in public.
Do you acknowledge that upon being accepted you can be subject to removal at any given time?:

This changed when I first moved to Karakura i didn't want to rely on Daddy's money anymore and thought it was time for me to make a step for myself. So I did multiple small jobs in Karakura, like at the flower shop Kirei Hanae I think it was called, and also at Yeobo the pink shop in the shopping district. When I left for Paris I did a couple of internships with some of Daddy's friends in the courthouse in Paris!

"The real question is what doesn't make me a good candidate haha, but seriously I think my youthness will bring something new to a team of full oldies, like yourself... Also, I've been in the city already I didn't just move here, all of high school was spent in the corridors of Karakura, so I do care about this city. I think my passion can lead to great things inside of the department."
