School Employee Role you are Applying For: Mentor
How often do you log onto the server?: Very often, I just left a few days ago for vacation and came on time to time on my laptop but could not come on frequently when I was on vacation just because I was doing social events with my family. But I come on around seven in the morning and I'll log off at nine at night. I know, I really don't have anything else better to do though so mostly I'll just dedicate my time to SchoolRP (but of course I have to go eat and stuff like that).
Do you have TeamSpeak3?: I actually do infact have TeamSpeak3 because in the past I use to use it with other servers so that was when I did get it.
Do you have a microphone?: I do have a microphone, I'm getting an upgraded one because sometimes it cuts out for half a second but I am getting a new one in about a week.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: I have never been banned or warned in any way possible. I'm not really one of those people that'd you'd expect a rebel out of me so really you wouldn't see any bad cause in my performance or anything associated to that.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: I normally will until school starts up and that's that time of day where you are at school most of the day but when I come home, I'll be on mostly all day until I have to do my homework but since it is still Summer for me, I have all the time in the world to spend on here and teach the students and I can insure you that I'll help out.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: I do but I really don't think I'd be fired for that particular reason. I will not get out of character unless you tell me to but in any way possible, I will refuse to get out of character and continue to do my job and since this server is based off of roleplay, I don't think that there will be anything to worry about because normally I'd be roleplaying all the time.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: Really being a mentor, you always need to show rising grades in the student's report cards because I can not just pull the students out of class and waste their time. Also, if I do pull them out of class and not teaching them anything like tactics in raising their grades or helping them out with this particular subject, they'll continue to struggle in school. I also need to show good interpersonal and communication skills so I would not be speaking at all when students really need me when they are wanting help in school. I also always need to have an open ear when it comes to them struggling so I can find a tactic to help them in school and raise their grades. And so on with showing my students leadership skills, self-motivated with a positive attitude, and so on.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: I do actually when I was searching for roleplay servers and before I found SchoolRP, I went on other School Roleplay Servers but they weren't really that interesting. They didn't even have a good school to roleplay in, there were two teachers and so on so I have had past experience but none really caught my attention so I didn't really have a chance to roleplay on another school roleplay server but other servers that had different roleplays that was not based on schools is different. But I guess you can say I have had past experience.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: Like I said, I do have some experience in other roleplay types but not that much related to school roleplays but since I've joined SchoolRP, I've been getting ideas of how to act like a school Teacher/ School Employee and what to do here and there. So, yes, I have been catching up on some ways to improve on being a teacher. But otherwise, I do have some experience.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: I am, and in the past questions I have answered what a mentor should do so I think I have ideas on what to do when I pull children out of class so we can have a small lesson on what I can teach them to improve their grades in school. But otherwise, I know really what to do because once I was sort of a tutor for my siblings and I know it is a big responsibility so I'll insure you that I'll have that responsibility if I do become a mentor at your hard working school.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: How I would react in this situation is by first trying to resolve the conflict through me and them. I'll try to tell them to calm down and ask them what is making them acting so childish through this manner they are presenting to me and if that does not seem to help, I'd try to get a staff member to help resolve the conflict and continue to teach my students.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would first ask how hazardous this really is and what specifically what I have to do. If I hear them out and it doesn't sound too hazardous, I'd considering doing the job but if it is out of my league or I can not do it because I am busy with real life situations at the moment and need to go or something related to that, I'd tell them respectfully that they may need to find someone else to do this job.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would first react by saying if that's what they actually got assigned to do for their job and if they continue to act out of control or anything dangerous in that matter, I'd report it to a teacher or a higher ranked staff member than me.

Motivation for Joining YHS: Really my main motivation for applying is because I really come on quite frequently and even though I just joined a few days ago, and also, I really didn't think I was really doing anything important when I came on this server so I was trying to figure out how to change that and I decided to apply. But, I do plan on coming on more since but I’ve become more interested in the server since my last visit and the server is growing so much that what is there not to keep me coming on the server for? Also, since I've been on since 2015 but that might not come up in your history because I tend the change my name quet frequently. And since I just came back from vacation, it's been growing with an annoyance number of players so I'd really like to help out.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I am normally on so I'd frequently continue to come on so I can teach children and let them have a great future and I'd always be on top of things when I am called to do a job. Yes I might go on vacation once or two more times before school starts up back again but that will only be a minimum of 3 to 4 days. And when I am going on vacation, I'll warn the forms about saying why I'm going to be leaving and stuff related to that. I'm really hard working and I'd like to help out the server and the students that will be struggling in school so if you do hire me, I'd promise to keep being in role of where I'm aiming for and that as me being a Mentor, I’d be able to have my students raise their grades and their performance in their classes and you’d be seeing a big change in their report cards because of some tactics that I’d be teaching my students. So basically, why you should accept my application is because I’m all ears to my students when they need my help and I’d be on most of the time to help whenever. And not just to the students, I'd just be a big help in general.
